Juelz Santana’s girlfriend Kimbella is joining the cast of VH1′s “Love & Hip-Hop” for the show’s upcoming second season , according to AllHipHop . The rapper met the video vixen on Twitter back in 2009, began dating, and now have one son together, a 10-month-old named Juelz Santana James. The newborn baby makes a family of five, as Juelz already has a son from a previous relationship, as does Kimbella. Kimbella also appeared as Juelz’ leading lady in his video for “Back To The Crib” featuring Chris Brown . After filing for divorce last season, NeNe Leakes and husband Gregg were spotted cozying up in New Orleans at the 2011 Essence Music Festival . NeNe, who also appeared on “Celebrity Apprentice,” rocked a sky-high pair of Louboutins on the red carpet while Gregg sat around looking bored, but when all was said and done, the couple were seen leaving the club together. Bryson Bryant, the son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes, has been arrested again. Bryant was arrested by Duluth police yesterday on charges of shoplifting. According to TMZ, Bryson Bryant was charged with shoplifting and a probation violation around 9 pm. This is not the first time Bryson has been in trouble with the law. As we previously reported, he was arrested last year for charges of marijuana possession. At my staffing firm the front desk person had input on every potential new hire. Being rude or short with anyone is self defeating. Do take at least two clean copies of your resume (on good quality paper);a copy of the job description; something to write on / with; a separate sheet of paper with your employment references and your list of possible questions to ask. If you don’t have a professional looking pad holder use a file folder to hold these things. Don’t bring up the Pay Rate subject. You should have determined whether the hiring range was within your acceptable limits before getting to this meeting. The party that raises the question of pay first from that point on is in the weakest negotiating position. Don’t ask about vacation time or other benefits in this first meeting. This information may be offered but don’t ask if it isn’t. Your goal at a first interview is to either make the hiring authority want to hire you or make it to the next round of meetings. Michael Rapaport said he was done trying to make Q-Tip happy about his Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest documentary which hits theaters today. Tip publicly had beef with the project and Mike catered to him, but recently the film’s director told the press that the Tribe front man would “come around.” And it seems that has happened as Q-Tip and Ali Shaheed Muhammad spoke to Angie Martinez on Hot 97FM and stated they got the creative control they were after. “If we hadn’t been supportive of the film, it wouldn’t be out. When I said that I wasn’t in support of it on Twitter, the director needed to respect the subject’s few requests that they had about the film artistically, an editing thing,” Q-Tip said. “Like I said before on MTV, it was more like a flare to get his attention, like, ‘Hello?’ because we were trying to get his attention. So we did it and then two days later, they were on a plane and came and worked on the edit.” Even though the movie was changed to the suit the subjects, Mr. Rapaport’s statements in The Daily News rubbed Tip the wrong way. Despite Gucci Mane telling Waka Flocka and Hot 107.9′s DJ Drama that he would be released from jail on July 5, the Brick Squad rapper is still incarcerated, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office . Karrine Steffans is moving past the stories you’ve heard about her and how she got her infamous nickname Superhead. And instead of raunchy tell-alls about a laundry list of rappers, ball players and actors, the 33-year-old single mom says she’s past her vixen days and is moving into television. In June, the internet was abuzz over a video where Steffans proclaimed that the “vixen does not exist” leading many to believe that her previous books were fictitious. “The vixen doesn’t exist. You can’t tell people that because they don’t believe that. It was all fabricated. I didn’t even name my books.” Karrine says however that people misconstrued her words and quite frankly thinks everyone who believed that is “stupid.” “I think people are confused because people are stupid…Generally people are not that smart and in general people don’t listen and in general people don’t understand a lot of things that are said and done” Our friends over at HipHopWired got a chance to sit down with Steffans who revealed that she’s disgusted by her “super slutty” new book, confirmed that she’s bringing her books to television and wants nothing more than to save her brand from the “vixen” persona. HipHopWired: How are you doing personally? We’ve gotten these videos where you say you’ve lost yourself, you don’t know where you’re going. How are you fairing at the moment? Karrine Steffans: Personally I’m good, I think it’s more of a professional issue. I guess that means more of what do I do next and how can I do something that fulfills me. I’m not willing to do something that fulfills an order from editors, publishers or anyone else. I want to do something that I’m passionate about. HipHopWired: And what is something that you’re passionate about? We’ve seen the videos where you say you wish you could be anonymous. What is something that you would be doing right now if you weren’t famous? Karrine Steffans: Personally I don’t think I’m famous, I don’t know why people think that. No I’m not. There are people who are famous and then there’s me. I’m not that. I live in L.A. It’s very easy to see people who are worldwide famous but no one knows me. People don’t know me. Between books I’m not on the internet 24/7, I don’t Twitter. That’s not my personality. Publicity is part of my contract, it’s part of my job and that’s why I do that. Since these books have my face and my name, it’s part of my job. I’m a little over that at this point. I’m now moving into television, it’s much more exciting for me. I get to write. It’s what I like to do; it’s what I love to do. I get to write in a different genre, a different format. Television is super important to me, I think in my house it’s the only thing that happens everyday. It’s at the center of my existence.
