Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend, David Eason, was arrested today. If you watch Teen Mom 2 online , or even if you’re only vaguely aware of the details of Jenelle’s life, then you know brushes with the law aren’t exactly rare in the life of Ms. Evans. This time, however, it seems her man simply got a raw deal. According to Radar Online, Eason was taken into custody this afternoon after he saw his son at a local grocery store and gave the boy a hug. Yes, the man was literally arrested for hugging his son. It seems Eason’s ex was granted an order of protection against the 27-year-old following an incident of alleged domestic violence last year. Apparently the boy was shopping with his grandmother, who got angry when she saw Eason give his son a hug. “David got arrested today because he has a no contact order on him,” a source explains. “And he was in the grocery store getting juice for Kaiser when he saw his son and gave him a hug. “His ex’s mom was with his son, not his ex, and her mom got mad and told his ex. His ex contacted the police…Since he was around his son, he ‘violated’ the no contact order.” Eason was held for several hours and eventually freed on $2,500 bail. Eason has been arrested several times , and the details of his restraining order are not known, but for obvious reasons, most fans are taking the stance that his ex’s mother seriously overreacted by calling the police.
Last week, Teen Mom star Catelynn Lowell checked into rehab in order to receive treatment for a number of emotional issues. In the days prior to her departure, there were rumors that Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra were headed for divorce , as both newlyweds posted cryptic and troubling social media messages hinting at trouble in the home. Fortunately, Tyler put those fears to rest over the weekend when he tweeted about bringing daughter Nova to visit Catelynn for the Easter holiday. “On a flight to go see Cate & Nova first choked on a cracker, then puked up the cracker all over me & then pooped, all within a half hour!” he tweeted on Saturday. Catelynn has spoken openly about her past struggles with postpartum depression , and though she didn’t go into detail about her latest bout, she has confirmed that she’ll be in treatment for the next several weeks. In the meantime, Tyler seems to be holding things down at home. According to his social media pages, he spent the weekend completing a renovation project and catching Batman v Superman with friends. The location of Catelynn’s treatment facility is unknown, but it seems Tyler and Nova will spend the next few days at a nearby hotel. Khloe admitted she’d be thrilled at the idea of reconciling with the NBA star a few weeks ago during an episode of Kocktails With Khloe . “The best dream would be, like, okay, I hope that first marriage could happen again,” she said. Of course, she’s got to get past Lamar’s history of serial cheating and substance abuse. But oddly enough, his near-death experience after being found unconscious in a brothel after a weekend bender with hookers and drugs has only brought the two closer. Jim Harrison- the acclaimed American author best known for his 1979 novella Legends of the Fall – has passed away at the age of 78. According to a statement from his publicist, Harrison died Son aturday afternoon at his home in Patagonia, Arizona. No cause of death was given. Though it was Harrison’s work in Hollywood that garnered the most attention, his career as a poet and novelist has made him a towering figure in the literary world since he first began publishing back in the ’70s. The proud native of rural Michigan won over generations of readers with his humorous, semi-autobiographical Brown Dog series – six novellas focusing on the misadventures of a boozy, lusty title character who brings to mind Hemingway with a sense of humor or a thinking man’s Bukowski. Harrison’s food writing, as well as his reputation as a man’s man with a passion for the back-to-the-land living, made him a favorite of celebrity chefs such as Anthony Bourdain (who dined with the author on one of his TV series) and Mario Batali (a frequent duck hunting partner). Like so many writers before him, Harrison reluctantly turned to Hollywood in the later years of his career. After the movie adaptation of Fall proved to be a box office success (and the breakthrough project for a young actor named Brad Pitt), Harrison worked on several other films, including the 1994 Jack Nicholson-Mike Nichols collaboration Wolf , for which he wrote the screenplay. We haven't seen much of Renee Zellweger since she appeared on a red carpet a year and a half ago looking, well, a little different than we remembered. Everybody lost every last one of their marbles and accused the actress of ” getting a new face ” via some plastic surgery nightmare come to life. It couldn't have been easy for her. However, her public response at the time remained totally chill. She basically wrote off the allegations and chalked it up to living a good life. “I'm glad folks think I look different!” Renee said. “I'm living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I'm thrilled that perhaps it shows.” Now that she's promoting her upcoming film Bridget Jones' Baby , she must face the public again, and because humans suck, peeps are more interested in her face than the flick. During an interview with the Today Show , Renee shares clips from the much-anticipated sequel to Bridget Jones' Diary and Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason , but host Sheinelle Jones couldn't resist asking about the brouhaha surrounding the star's appearance. “I remember a couple of years ago people were talking about, 'Oh, she changed her appearance.' Does it bother you, does it get to you or is it just par for the course?” inquired the host. And once again, Renee kind of side-stepped the issue, probably and understandably annoyed that she has to address it in the first place. “It's not really part of my life,” she said, referring to the scrutiny. “It's part of the job, that I don't really experience except when I step into this arena.” Translation: Yes it gets to me, you f**king jackass, and I'm sick to death of it so could you just STFU about it once and for all? That'd be our guess. “In my home I'm not aware of it,” she continued. “I don't do any kind of social media, so I don't see it. I like to have – I guess you would call them real experiences.” For what it's worth, Renee is looking a lot like her old self, so it seems everyone went bonkers for nothing. Oh, Rob, are you backsliding on your diet already? It was just a couple weeks ago when the sock designer flaunted a brand new slimmed down figure – the result of a strict diet and exercise regimen prescribed by his girlfriend Blac Chyna. Word has it Rob's lost more than 50 pounds under the guidance of his new lady love, who he's been dating for about two months now. But anyone who's ever been on a diet knows the drill. You start to see results, then you treat yo'self. Again. And again. Yesterday, Bobby Boy posted a video to Instagram of him and Blac at the drive-thru at In-N-Out Burger, apparently his favorite. “Where we at?” he asks Blac, who is busy on her phone. “In-N-Out, baby,” replies Ms. Chyna, who surprisingly doesn't seem too miffed. “Yay! Yay!” chants Rob, obviously sick of the steamed cardboard diet Blac's been feeding him. We kid. Blac's reportedly been cooking her man healthy, home-cooked meals, but also insisting that he stay away from fast food. To say she's been strict is a gross understatement, as we saw her lose her sh*t upon the sight of tortillas in Rob's pantry. On his birthday last week, Rob also stopped by the burger joint to treat himself to a Double-Double, possibly animal style. Totally understandable – everyone knows calories don't count on your birthday. Then earlier today, a TMZ paparazzo caught Rob and Blac at the airport and asked about cheat days . “It's my birthday, so we do a lot of cheat days,” Rob replied. Evidently he's one of those annoying people who insists upon everyone celebrating his “birthday month,” because his actual birthday was more than a week ago. However, it looks like Rob received the best prezzie possible on his big day: a GIFT CARD to In-N-Out. “Finished up my IN N OUT gift card today lol mannnnnnnn,” he wrote on Instagram. Aww. Pop queen Mariah Carey announced yesterday that she is canceling an upcoming concert in Brussels due to safety concerns in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks the city suffered earlier this week. The concert was set to take place on Easter Sunday, which also happens to be Mariah’s 46th birthday. The “Hero” songstress issued the following statement on Twitter and Instagram: “I love my fans in Brussels and at this time I am being advised to cancel my show for the safety of my fans, my band, crew and everyone involved with the tour. “I hope to see you soon and send my prayers and eternal love, laughter and light to my Lambs.” While some fans expressed anger and disappointment, most were supportive of her decision. “You are letting the terrorists win!” wrote one fan via Twitter. “You’re doing the right thing. Safety first. Love you,” tweeted another. During a concert in London earlier this week, Adele dedicated an emotional performance of “Make You Feel My Love” to the terror victims in Brussels. Audience members waved their phone lights in the air as they sang along with her. “I don’t think I’ve ever actually been so moved in my life at one of my shows,” Adele said following the performance.
