It’s only been almost two weeks since Kim Kardashian welcomed Saint West i nto the world, but even the holiest of pregnancies can take a toll on a woman’s body, so Kim his already busting her famous ass to get back into the shape that helped make her famous. We already know that Kim lost 17 pounds within a week of giving birth, because that’s the sort of thing she likes to brag about online. But apparently diet and exercise aren’t enough to provide the mother of two with the sort of instant transformation she’s looking for. Yes, according to Radar Online, Kim is taking more extreme measures and planning to go under the knife in order to perfect her post-baby body. “Kim has undergone cool sculpting because she said that she needs to look super-hot for New Year’s,” says one insider. “Kim would totally get liposuction, but Kanye would lose it because he is very against that specific procedure for his wife.” No surprise there. It seems Kanye won’t even get a vasectomy because he’s vehemently opposed to all elective surgeries (except, of course, for the many that his wife got before they were married). But we can understand why his wife is in such a hurry to drop the baby weight. Sources say Kim is hiding out at home until she sheds the pounds, and being under the same roof with a needy, tantrum-prone little man who needs constant attention has gotta be exhausting.
