Okay, okay, okay. We’ve said it many times before, but now we truly mean it: THIS has to be the raunchiest Kylie Jenner photo to date … The 17-year old (17 years old!!!!) reality star has posted a new photo on Instagram, one in which she places her hands over her boobs. In order to make sure they don’t go flying away, we’re guessing. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star didn’t include a caption with the image either because, really… what is there to say at this point? This is the second time in a few days that Kylie has shared with the ogling public a picture from her recent photoshoot with Neave Bozorgi. Kylie fans know she previously went all NSFW on followers by flashing some serious under-boob in an equally eye-popping photo. The youngest member of the Jenner clan has also been in the news this week for personal reasons that go beyond her private parts: She has shot down rumors of a pregnancy , using basic math; She has not shot down rumors that she’s engaged to Tyga . If the latter is actually true, we feel pretty bad for the rapper. Not because he’s breakin’ the law with jail bait … but because he’s gonna have to share his fiancee’s breasts with the Internet for all of eternity. 9 Things BANNED in the Duggar Family: Rules to (Not) Live By

The Duggar family dating rules have been well documented. Here are nine things they specifically do not allow. 1. Dates Without Chaperones The Duggar parents often accompany their kids on dates in order to maintain “accountability” and “keep things from going in the wrong direction,” per Jim Bob. The girls are fine with this, as being alone with men puts them in grave “moral danger.” When the parents aren’t available, their older siblings will often tag along, making every date a group date and a family affair. 2. Non-Group Texts Even in the kids’ late teens and early 20s, mom and dad are creeping on their text messages. When Ben Seewald jokingly wrote to fiancee Jessa, “Give me a ring,” Jim Bob actually jumped in on the group text, writing “No ring yet.” With a smiley face emoticon. Seriously, he did that. Jim Bob needs his own Instagram so he can start posting screen shots of this stuff. 3. Hugs on the Chest This moment you see here between Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard would not have been permitted until the couple was married. Side hugs are the preferred method of PDA in order to prevent any further temptation or hanky panky, as has been well documented on 19 Kids and Counting. The Duggars love their side hugs so hard. Any touching beyond that? Save it for your wedding night. 4. Alcohol This is probably an obvious one if you know anything about the Duggars. The family does not smoke or drink. They do, however, enjoy the occasional sugary dessert or getting high on life and love. 5. Romance Novels Safe to say the Duggars are in the minority, having not read Fifty Shades of Grey (the movie adaptation of which they won’t be seeing either, we’re guessing). The Bible warns not to “think about gratifying the pleasure of the flesh,” so instead the family studies Christian text and not E.L. James’ erotic fiction. The Duggars’ option is probably better-written. 6. Modern Music and/or Dancing Avert your eyes, Michelle Duggar! The family matriarch feels that dancing encourages “sensual” feelings, while Jessa Duggar has said that she feels modern music promotes “sex, drugs, all that type of stuff.” Instead, the family chooses to play gospel music together. Khloe Kardashian Raises Ire of Animal Activists: Find Out Why!

You almost made it, Khloe Kardashian! You almost made it a full day without a controversy cropping up over your Instagram account. Instead, however, the critics are out in full force once again. Not long after haters went to town on Khloe for posing in traditional Muslim garb , the reality star shared a seemingly harmless picture of herself and a baby tiger online. “Kisses,” Kardashian penned as a caption to the cute image. Except a handful of animal activists out there see nothing adorable about this photograph at all. “You are contributing to a sad life for this captive WILD animal,” wrote one Instagram user, adding: “Your family has so many followers, and can do some great things with that. Instead though you take a selfie with a tiger, wear fur and ride elephants.” Hey, at least the elephants get some revenge on occasion! Remember when that elephant attacked Kim Kardashian  in Thailand? Another critic lashed out with Khloe by using some harsh language: “You’re a moron. Soooo dumb to not understand these tigers are taken from their mothers. Their teeth are shaved down and claws pulled. F*ck use your head.” This isn’t the first time Khloe Kardashian has received animal-based criticism. She once came under fire for dressing like a sheep and holding a gun . Josh Duggar Victims "Reliving the Horror" In Wake of Public Revelation, Source Says

While his crimes took place well over a decade ago, it was only last week that the public learned about Josh Duggar molesting his sisters  and several other young girls. A coordinated effort by the Duggars and their handlers helped keep Josh out of jail and the accusations under wraps, but now that the truth is finally out, Josh’s young victims are understandably feeling that old wounds have been reopened. “The girls are reliving the horror all over again,” an insider close to the Duggars tells Radar Online. “They thought the difficult times were behind them. “The family thought they had moved past this. No one ever thought the story would come out for all to hear.” The identities of the girls who were assaulted have not been revealed, but the court that made the decision to seal the Duggars’ files has indicated that some of Josh’s victims are still minors . As Josh’s string of attacks began in 2002, that means the girls were much younger than initially thought when they were assaulted. It’s unlikely that any further information will be revealed, as Josh sued the state of Arkansas to have his files sealed, and the rest of the usually-outspoken Duggar clan has gone radio silent.  The fate of the reality show that made them famous is still unknown, but most experts believe 19 Kids and Counting will be canceled within the next week.  View Slideshow: 19 Controversial Duggar Family Quotes

If you're the kind of person who broke into the “Single Ladies” dance when you first heard about the upcoming Duck Tales reboot , then have we got a treat for you! Some genius realized that the clip that was once so memorably dubbed the best video of all time (THE BEST OF ALL TIME!!!) matches up surprisingly well with the theme song from the beloved late-80s Disney series. Not every “woo-ooo” syncs up perfectly, but we can't help but feel that our childhood afternoons would've been much more interesting with Bey and her leotard-clad dancers introducing the adventures of Scrooge McDuck and company. Although we certainly would've missed the sight of that rich geezer swimming in his gold coins. #LifeGoals

Of all the crazy rumors surrounding the Kardashians, one of the craziest of all just will not go away, and has come back with a vengeance yet again: Alex Roldan , long rumored to be Khloe Kardashian’s biological father, is the subject of tabloid speculation once more this month, with a big twist: According to insiders, Khloe reportedly confessed to her estranged husband Lamar Odom that Robert Kardashian Sr. was NOT her real father! “Khloe told Lamar that she knew that she didn’t have the same dad as her sisters,” says a source of the couple, who are still not divorced. Tabloids have also hinted that Robert Kardashian Jr., a.k.a. Rob Kardashian, plans to OUT Khloe’s secret in a tell-all interview as payback. Payback for Khloe saying Rob partied with whores at her house on a recent episode of E!’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians , that is. Speaking of the family franchise, an Australian gossip magazine says Khloe will “face her father” on the Season 10 finale later this year.  Some of the stuff writers make up is just hilarious. Almost as much so as reports that the biological father of the youngest of the three Kardashian sisters is not Rob Sr. OR Alex but … O.J. Thomas Scotto, O.J. Simpson’s friend, has spoken on the topic before and said that he believes the Juice could, in fact, be Khloe’s dad. He said, “O.J. shared [this] with me on a few occasions … to put this rumor to rest, I suggest that O.J. and Khloe submit to a simple DNA test.” “That would end all speculation and rumors.” “The truth can be revealed once and for all. America's Next Top Model has been around for a very long time. We’ve been through over 20 cycles of the reality TV show. We’ve squirmed over Tyra Banks, we’ve cheered over some of the results and we've jeered loudly in response to others. As for the actual women who have donned the clothing that have made America's Next Top Model such a long-running hit on The CW? We remember a few and we've forgotten our fair share. Which is why it feels like the right time to catch up with a bunch of America's Next Top Model contestants now… 1. Adrianne Curry Adrianne Curry won the first-ever cycle of America’s Next Top Model. Jennifer Garner: Living in Montreal After LEAVING Ben Affleck?!

After months of rumors and speculation it, looks like it’s officially over between Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck.  Radar Online is reporting that Garner has moved to Montreal , leaving Affleck at home with the couple’s three kids. She’s currently shooting the movie Nine Lives, but insiders say Garner plans to have the children join in her Canada in time to start school there in September. Bizarrely, Affleck also fled to Canada when the couple was having relationship troubles earlier this month. He was spotted without his wedding ring in Nova Scotia and reportedly sought solace at a Buddhist monastery in Ontario.  So we think it’s safe to say these two are engaging in some Canuck-ish uncoupling. The signs have been everywhere for quite some time, and just earlier today we learned that insiders expect Affleck and Garner to announce their separation within the next month. Prior to that news, several tabloids reported that Jen and Ben haven’t been seen together in several weeks.  No one knows the exact cause of the split, but whether it’s his boozing, gambling or bad habit banging Emily Ratajkowski on the Gone Girl set, everyone seems to agree that the blame falls on Ben. Sam Shepard: Arrested for Drunk Driving

Sam Shepard, an actor and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright most recently seen in the Netflix drama Bloodline, was arrested on suspicious of drunk driving Monday. After being pulled over in Santa Fe, the 71-year-old told a police officer that he had two drinks of tequila and was on his way home. “Our officer could smell alcohol on his breath, and he had bloodshot, watery eyes,” Santa Fe police Lt. Andrea Dobyns said. She added that Shepherd refused to take a breath test, yet he did perform a field sobriety test, which he failed. Shepard was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated outside La Choza restaurant in downtown and released on bond Tuesday afternoon. Watch the above video for more.
