Dr. Luke Countersues Kesha, Accuses Pop Star of Extorting Him With False Sexual Assault Story

Earlier today, we learned that Kesha is suing Dr. Luke on the grounds that the famed pop music producer harassed and sexually assaulted her several times over a period of ten years. Moments ago, TMZ reported that Luke is countersuing Kesha, claiming that not only is the singer extorting him, she’s also using false accusations to extort him and try to escape from a legally-binding contract. Luke (real name: Lukasz Gottwald) says Kesha has conspired with her new management firm and her mother, Pebe, to try to blackmail him into allowing her to record with a new label. Gottwald claims it’s not the first time Kesha has pulled such a stunt. He says she once threatened to provide untrue information to a “Free Kesha” blog unless he agreed to release her from her contract. Fans have frequently expressed their belief that Luke is to blame to Kesha’s eating disorder , and the singer has never publicly disputed the claim. Her condition got so bad that Kesha that she was forced to check into rehab for 30 days at the beginning of this year. Her difficulties are widely believed to have stemmed from an incident in which Dr. Luke attacked Kesha’s appearance on a music video set. The singer’s lawsuit contains a number of shocking accusations, including allegations that Luke forced her to take drugs and sexually assaulted her while she was under the inluence. Taylor Swift Comes "Out of the Woods," Releases New Single

Ready to have another Taylor Swift song stuck in your head for weeks at a time? The singer has shaken off criticism of her cat and released “Out of the Woods,” her second single off the upcoming album 1989 , which will be available on October 27. Taylor Swift – “Out of the Woods” And while Swift’s initial album release (the very, very, very catchy ” Shake It Off “) addressed her critics, “Out of the Woods” turns her attention back to Taylor’s favorite single-writing subject: MEN. “This was a relationship where I was kind of, living day to day, wondering where it was going, if it was going to go anywhere, if it was going to end the next day,” Taylor previously told JustJared of the song. “It was a relationship where you, kind of, never feel like you’re standing on solid ground.” Now, of course, Taylor Swift is single and appears to be quite okay with that. It seems like everybody’s a comedian in the Harris house these days, but T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle Season 4 Episode 19 took this to a new level. Domani appears to be one of them, yet is determined to pursue this potential career path, no matter how difficult. Enter T.I., ever the supportive patriarch. The Blacklist Season 2 Episode 4 Recap: What’s Behind Door #1?

We kicked off The Blacklist Season 2 Episode 4  with a woman being denied her loan at the bank – and also with a man we later learn is Dr. Linus Creel taking notes while watching the woman go into her car. She gets a gun from there and takes out numerous people at the bank. Watch The Blacklist Season 2 Episode 4 Online Cut to Red and Naomi are fighting because he wants her to stay in hiding and she desires to go back to the family she made after leaving Red. She talk about keeping her past a secret and how she’s amazed Red has arranged to work with Liz and how her new husband has sacrificed so much for her. Red says he can put them both into hiding. Liz then phones Red and says she wants to interrogate Naomi, but Red changes the subject to the bank killer and other seemingly innocent people who went nuts; he believes it’s all part of a mind control experiment being conducted by government agents. Okay, he’s got our attention now. Aram then determined Maddie and the other people who have committed random homicides of late all appear to have a genetic defect that makes them more prone to violence. We also learn that Maddie’s life pretty much sucked before she shot up that bank. Back over to the not-so-good doctor, who pulls out hair from his own head and calls up Senator Sheridan. Liz enters Cooper’s office and he informs her that these mind-control experiments are real because he witnessed some during his military days. He refers to it as Sub Project 7. So it’s off to Sheridan’s office for Liz and Ressler because he’s in charge of  black budget programs. He denies any existence of Sub Project 7, but as our heroes depart, yup…. Dr. Linus comes in. Thanks to the work of a code-breaker, Dr. Creel is eventually identified in a photo from documents taken from Sheridan. So Liz goes undercover and pretends to be someone in need of psychiatric help in order to get close to Linus. She tells him a story about her husband leaving her and how she sometimes want to kill him and that his name is “Tom.” We have a feeling there wasn’t much fiction involved in this story. A lot of chaos then ensues during an anti-gun rally, as Linus has programmed another person to kill. But just as Linus holds a gun to Liz’s head, he’s shot dead… by the guy from the same hotel as Liz last week!  Red later admits to Liz that he has hired this sniper to follow her around and if she wants him gone, then she must be hiding something. (Like a tied-up Tom, perhaps?). Liz hears this and leaves. The episode concludes with Liz sitting down and looking at a locked door. She has keys in her hands and keeps staring at the door. Tom HAS to be in there, don’t you think? Finally, Red convinces Frank and Naomi to go into hiding by blackmailing the former over an affair he’s been having. According to research conducted by Dr. Fuat Yuksel for some reason, 45 percent of all British women seeking to enhance their rear end are requesting what has come to be referred to as “The Kim.” And, no, this doesn’t mean Ray J will be setting up a camera to film the proceedings. “Kim has been popular among women seeking bottom augmentation or ‘Brazilian butt lifts’ as they are more commonly known, for a few years,” Yuksel tells Life & Style, explaining: “But in the last 12 months, we’ve had a massive rise in the numbers asking for a Kim Kardashian bum.” And what, exactly, does a procedure entail that enables one to possess  Kim Kardashian’s butt ? “The procedure is performed through liposuctioned fatty tissue being injected into the buttocks,” Dr. Yuksel says. “Kim has risen from just outside the top ten to the number one position in record time and is a firm favorite among women in the UK and elsewhere around the world.” The plastic surgeon adds that there’s been a 200 percent increase overall in UK citizens asking for a Brazilian lift in order to resemble Kim or Nicki Minaj. Tori Spelling is not pregnant, despite what the promos for True Tori Season 2 might have you believe. It’s just a tried and true made for reality TV storyline. Not unlike alleged home wrecker Emily Goodhand, some might argue! McDermott’s longtime friend Dan Kibsey says, “Use your common sense! When she had the last baby, there were a lot of serious issues. It takes time to heal.” “For me, having two children is a big family and they’ve got four.” “Obviously they’ve already interjected [the storyline] into the show,” he continues. “I know if it’s true or not, but I don’t want to be the one to come out and say.” Another Tori source adds, “It’s not true. It’s just for the show .” Addiction, adultery, and money troubles have all hit Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott hard, and make for more than enough reasons to watch True Tori online. But “there’s one more thing,” she says in a True Tori Season 2 promo . “I may be pregnant.” Our intern may be dating Emily Ratajkowski too. Or he may not be. Spelling is mom to Liam, 7, Stella, 6, Hattie, 3, and Finn, 2, while Dean also has a son Jack with Mary Jo, to whom he was married when he got with Tori. Finn’s birth in 2012 was a difficult one for Spelling, 41, who was hospitalized multiple times throughout her pregnancy. So a fifth would be highly unlikely. If we assume Dean did cheat on her with Emily Goodhand last year, she has a great many reasons to stop at four kids, and only one reason not to: Ratings. She’s a savvy (and shameless one), that Tori. Alone, depressed and reeling from both her divorce from Lamar Odom and her breakup with French Montana, Khloe Kardashian is going through a dark time. At least according to a new tabloid report, which alleges that Khloe is still not totally over Lamar, and also coming down from a months-long high of sorts. The Walking Dead Season Premiere Shatters Series Ratings Record

Yup, The Walking Dead is still very popular. AMC has sent out a press release that touts The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 1 as the most-watched hour in series history. Altogether, 17.3 million people tuned in to see Rick and company escape seemingly certain death at Terminus, with 11 million of those viewers falling into the advertiser-friendly demographic if 18-49-year olds. AMC President Charlie Collier made his feelings on the ratings well known via a gushing statement. It’s a Dead man’s party. Misty Upham Missing: Actress’ Family Fears Possible Suicide

Actress Misty Upham has been reported missing in Washington State and her family is reportedly fearing the worst regarding the August: Osage County star. The actress, 32, was last seen walking by herself from an apartment Sunday near Auburn, Wash., where her dad says she told him she was going to see friends. That was six days ago. The acclaimed Native American actress played housekeeper in August: Osage County and was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for 2008’s Frozen River . She had been working recently, including filming a role alongside Jennifer Aniston in the upcoming movie Cake , but no one knows where she is right now. “Our officers responded to her apartment where she lives with her parents on Sunday for a suicidal call,” Commander Steve Stocker said late Friday. “When our officers got there, she had already packed up some belongings and left the apartment, so the officers were not able to contact or find her.” The following day, Upham’s father, Charles, tried to get her listed officially as a missing person, though she is not technically “missing and endangered.” According to Washington state law, the person’s missing occurrence has to be “unexplainable, involuntary or suspicious,” according to local police. As authorities see it, “she took some things with her, she has a bus pass and access to some money, and [the case] has been assigned to a detective.” They aren’t, however, “putting additional resources [to look for her].” This isn’t the first time police have responded with concern to a situation involving Misty Upham . In fact, there have been four suicide calls in recent years. “She hasn’t been in contact with her family or friends since her disappearance,” Charles Upham said, adding that Misty has an unspecified “medical condition.” “She had recently changed her medication, so she was sort of having erratic behavior. She told me and her mom that we didn’t have to worry about her anymore.” “I thought it sounded suicidal myself, so I called the police. She’s always been a suicidal person. She used to make [suicide] threats, but she never went through with it.” “I think that she is either in a place where she can’t get help … maybe she fell down and broke her leg and something, or she got in with the wrong crowd.” “I don’t think she would have taken her own life,” the concerned father added, even if forced to consider the possibility. “I don’t want to think she is dead.” Here’s wishing for her safe and swift return.
