Teresa Giudice: Sentencing Delayed AGAIN?!

On Sunday night’s episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey , Joe and Teresa Giudice pled guilty to fraud charges that could result in them getting locked up for 46 months and 27 months, respectively. Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 8 Online The episode was filmed over six months ago, but the Giudices have yet to face the music, as their lawyers have now successfully petitioned the court to delay their sentencing hearing for a second time. Teresa and Joe’s sentencing was pushed back to September 23 following the death of Joe Giudice’s father . Now, lawyers for the couple have requested that the hearing be delayed again – this time until October 2 – as they’re still in the process of gathering information for the judge. “The lawyers are in the final stages of preparing their sentencing brief, and just needed some additional time to gather more facts,” says a source close to the case. “It’s about giving Joe and Teresa the chance of getting no jail time, and probation in the case.” Teresa initially seemed confident that she wouldn’t face any prison time, but sources say she’s become deeply worried in recent weeks. Courtney Stodden: I’ve Only Had ONE Plastic Surgery Procedure! (What Was It?)

The lovable and affable Courtney Stodden says she has had only one plastic surgery procedure in her ENTIRE life. We’ll give you one guess as to what it was. “I’ve been under the knife once in my life,” the 20-year-old says in a recent interview. “In May 2013, I had my breasts enlarged three cup sizes.” Given the sheer size of Courtney Stodden’s boobs ? Not a shocker. “For the record, I’ve never been under the knife for procedures on my face or any other part of my body whatsoever,” she adds, with this mini-PSA: “Yet if I had, I certainly would not be afraid to admit it because I believe a person’s body is theirs and they can alter whatever they choose to alter.” Apparently her lip injections don’t count as surgery in her mind. “I hold my hands up, I’ve had temporary filler injected into my lips about a year ago that lasted approximately six months,” Stodden confesses. As for why the anti-Anna Nicole Smith would get fake boobs? “One thing is for sure, I have never felt pressure by anyone,” she says. “It was by choice, my choice, and my choice only, to get a breast augmentation.” “I wasn’t depressed with a smaller chest, it’s just that I didn’t feel my most confident self. And confidence is so important in all aspects of life, it’s what takes you far.” Why you need epically enormous boobs to have confidence is another story, but so be it. Stodden says not everyone saw eye to eye with her on this, though: “There were a few hurdles. It wasn’t exactly accepted by everyone in my family when I first started discussing it with them, especially my husband Doug.” “He wasn’t happy. He saw me as perfect the way I was and couldn’t understand why I’d want to change. I knew what was right for me though and what I desired.” “Regardless of how anybody else felt,” Stodden concluded of this internal debate, “I still went through with it. It’s my body after all and I’m so glad I did.” While we give Hutchison credit for sending her a positive message, we’re guessing Doug came around too after he saw her birthday video this year. 23 WTF?! Justin Bieber once again spent time with Selena Gomez this weekend, but good news for fans of the singer: He didn’t get arrested this time! A week after riding ATVs with Selena in Ontario and then getting into an altercation with a photographer , Bieber posted the following photo to Shots yesterday. He didn’t include a caption with it, although he did later write: “I’m calling out the first fool to copy me with the baseball jersey swag.” Seriously, folks. Only Justin Bieber can wear a baseball jersey! Are Justin and Selena back together? It certainly seems that way, based on a number of selfies and sightings. But Gomez caused fans to wonder a few days ago when she said “I live for a good boyfriend T-shirt , even if I don’t have one.” The Biebs, meanwhile, is due back in a Canadian court later this month to answer charges that he assaulted the driver of a van that was following him and Selena last week. His lawyers have blamed the incident on paparazzi harassment . We’d agree and go with that basis, along with the fact that Justin Bieber can be an arrogant jerkface. Lindsay Lohan Celebrates Throwback Thursday With Meryl Streep Photo, Reminds World She Used to Have a Career

Lindsay Lohan may be done partying and dating these days, but she’s not done seeking approval and attention from strangers on the Internet. While other celebrities were paying their respects to Joan Rivers on Twitter, Lindsay took to Instagram yesterday to subtly (in her mind) remind us that she was once an in-demand actress with a promising career ahead of her: That’s Lindsay with Meryl Streep doing a magazine shoot for the film A Prairie Home Companion in which they co-starred. Yes, Lindsay Lohan used to get cast in acclaimed films alongside esteemed actresses. It’s probably no coincidence that Lindsay chose to bring this long-forgotten fact to our attention the same day that Rivers died, as Linds was a favorite target of Rivers’, whereas Streep…well, everyone loves Meryl Streep. In fact, Rivers wrote about Streep attending her funeral just a few months before she died. It’s interesting, but kinda depressing to see Linds try and get one over on us while simultaneously flipping off a recently deceased legend. It’s like when you’re taking care of someone else’s kid, and the they try to convince you that their parents totally let them have ice cream for dinner. They think they’re being clever, but they just don’t have the mental capacity to realize how obvious they are. It’s funny at first, and then kinda sad, because you realize this kid ain’t getting rocky road before bed any more than Lindsay Lohan is getting her career back.   17 Wackest Photos of Lindsay Lohan 1. Iggy Azalea Caught Lip Syncing On Stage, Doesn’t Even Try to Hide It!

Long before Iggy Azalea and Jennifer Lopez recorded “Booty” together, they shook their ample asses on stage at a concert in Chicago.  Unfortunately, for Iggy, that’s about all she did, as she missed her cue, fell out of sync with her pre-recorded vocals, and pretty much just awkwardly twirled around pointing at her butt for the rest of the song. Iggy Azalea: Lip Syncing Disaster! To her credit, she doesn’t even attempt to hide it – an approach that calls to mind the famous Ashlee Simpson SNL lip syncing scandal of 2004, in which Jessica’s little sis opted to dance a jig on stage rather than even pretend to sing. Of course, this newly released footage might add fuel to the Iggy Azalea-Nicki MInaj feud , as the whole thing supposedly started when Iggy trash-talked Nicki for lip syncing at the BET Awards. There’s also a rumor associated with this clip that could result in yet another celebrity beef for Iggy-Ig: Sources say Azalea didn’t want to lip sync in the first place, but was talked into it by J-Lo. Apparently, Iggy made no effort to keep up with the “guiding track” because she wanted send a message to Jenny From the Block. If that’s really the case, then wow. It’s awfully early in her career for Iggy to be pulling diva stunts like that. So there was a big celebrity photo hacking scandal in Hollywood recently. Lots of stars’ naked pictures were posted online. Maybe you heard about it. While much of the attention (understandably) has focused on Kate Upton and Jennifer Lawrence nude photos , some facets of the story have been overlooked. Like this one: According to a new tabloid report, Kim Kardashian’s iCloud may have been targeted and compromised, revealing a treasure trove of material. Not of the Kim Kardashian sex tape or nude pic variety, either. Apparently, her phone contains “proof” that she was sending flirty texts to her ex Reggie Bush. While she was with now-husband Kanye West. Who would not be happy. That’s not all, either. Says a source: “It can also expose their out-of-control spending habits and how they aren’t actually worth as much as you would think.” “Kim’s career could be ruined by what’s on her cloud.” Uhhh. Say what now?! You’re reaching here, Source. Not sure any figure purported to be Kim’s net work could in any way “ruin” her career, nor would seeing any naked or topless photos of the reality star. Did you see this week’s Kim Kardashian nude spread?! If not, follow that link for the smoldering and quite NSFW GQ pics. But point being: Kim poses like this all the time, people, and for public consumption! Nothing on her phone could shock us at this point. But sexy texts to Reggie Bush, who is also married with a daughter, might not go over well with ‘Ye. Yeezus reported hates Bush anyway, for what it’s worth. The main caveat here is that In Touch is reporting this alleged scandal, and that gossip source doesn’t have a reputation for being … what’s the word … Oh, right. ACCURATE. A few days after exchanging vows with Donnie Wahlberg, Jenny McCarthy has given fans their first look at her wedding dress. The blonde beauty tied the knot with the Blue Bloods star in St. Charles, Illinois and she did so in a gown designed by Ines Di Santo. Miley Cyrus Smokes Joint, Trolls Nicki Minaj on Instagram

Miley Cyrus has posted a couple weird photos on Instagram. We know, we know: What else is new? Well, this is fairly news: in one of the pictures, Cyrus is smoking something that is decidedly NOT a cigarette. Miley doesn’t include a caption with the image, but it comes just days after Cyrus said in an interview that she doesn’t “promote” marijuana use or tell “a bunch of kids to do a bunch of drugs.” Not explicitly, no. But isn’t a photo such as the one below implicitly telling followers that smoking up is cool? Elsewhere, Miley has published a picture that appears to mock Nicki Minaj. It features the 21-year old wearing a GIANT prosthetic rear end and it includes the caption “ass so fat need a lap dance.” Minaj, of course, currently has the number-one video on VEVO with “Anaconda,” ( knocking Miley out of the record book in the process) which features Nicki often Twerking with her butt and, yes, giving a lap dance to Drake. She threw some shade Miley’s way last month after Miley parodied Nicki’s latest single art. Is this Instagram picture Miley’s attempt at revenge? Or are the two artist just good friends, sharing a few light-hearted barbs back and forth? Ponder. Debate. Decide. Spirit Airlines Mocks Naked Celebrity Photo Scandal: Funny or Foul?

Has Spirit Airlines gone too far? Or is the company’s latest ad campaign just too darn funny? With more and more lewd pictures of celebrities being released online each day ( Jill Scott nude pics have now been verified as legitimate) by a hacker on the photo-sharing site 4chan, Spirit has taken advantage of this scandal with a new advertisement. It features a nude woman covering up her breasts and it includes the tagline: Our Bare Fare was Hacked! “We feel naked; you were never supposed to see this Bare Fare!” reads the flyer. “It was meant for a special someone (who isn’t you). Now it’s all over the internet for you to take advantage of as you see fit. Scandalous! “We thought the cloud was our friend, y’know, because we spend so much time flying with ‘em. But now our private prices are on display! Bad for us; GREAT for you.” The campaign as come under some from those who don’t believe this nude photo scandal is something to mock. Lena Dunham, for instance, believes the hacker is a sex offender and has urged everyone to boycott the illicit images of Jennifer Lawrence nude and Kate Upton without clothes on. “Spirit isn’t your typical airline,” a spokesman for the company says in response to the backlash. “Our ads are fun and often irreverent. We have a long history of taking major, national news stories and connecting them to our marketing.” This is true, as also evidenced by the Carlos Danger ad that parodied the Anthony Weiner text message controversy. Of course, no woman had her privacy intimately violated in that controversy. And, perhaps even more importantly, this new ad campaign simply isn’t funny.
