Bush and Avagyan, meanwhile, got engaged and welcomed a little girl of their own last May.

Kristin Cavallari Defends Anti-Vaccine Stance: I’m Just a Mom, it’s Just My Decision!

Kristin Cavallari knows a lot of people don’t support her choice to not vaccinate her son, but she’s okay with that, saying it’s her personal choice. Appearing on Watch What Happens Live Tuesday, the pregnant former Hills star defended her anti-vaccine stance as “the best decision” for her family. “We got a lot of questions, Kristin, about your stand on vaccines,” Andy Cohen said, not beating around the Kristin Cavallari anti-vaccine bush. “Kat George wants to know, ‘How can you knowingly support the spread of potentially deadly diseases by not vaccinating your children?'” The reality star turned shoe designer, 27, replied, “Here’s the thing: At the end of the day, I’m just a mom. I’m trying to make the best decision for my kid,” “There are very scary statistics out there regarding what’s in vaccines and what they cause, asthma, allergies, ear infections, all kinds of things.” “And we feel like we’re making the best decision for our kids.” She notably did not include autism in her answer … this time around. Kristin Cavallari’s opinion first came to light last week when she confessed on the Fox Business show The Independents that she hadn’t vaccinated Camden. “You know what, I’ve read too many books about autism,” she said. “There is a pediatric group called Homestead, or Home First. They’ve never vaccinated any of their children, and they’ve never had one case of autism.” Somewhere, Jenny McCarthy is nodding … and others are baffled. Emily Nesbit, H.S. English Teacher, Arrested For Having Sex with Student in Classroom

Emily Nesbit, an 11th grade English teacher, resigned last week after she was accused of having sexual relations with a student at her high school. Nesbit, 31, was charged with institutional sex assault, a third-degree felony. Emily Nesbit Arrested For Having Sex with Student Police say that Nesbit admitted meeting an 18-year-old male student for sex in a classroom after hours at Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Nesbit is charged based on her position as a teacher, without regard to the age of the student. If convicted she could face up to seven years in prison. Administrators learned about the alleged inappropriate contact March 10 after a female student discovered sexual text messages on the alleged victim’s phone. These included partially clothed and naked pics of the couple. Silver Spring (Pa.) Township police learned that the student and teacher had been in contact for about two months and met several times in the classroom after school. The student did not deny his relationship with the teacher. Police said the teacher’s phone number was listed as “My Lady Friend” in the student’s iPhone. Jim Irsay suddenly has a lot more to worry about than his team’s Super Bowl chances in 2014. The outspoken Indianapolis Colts owner was arrested late Sunday night for driving under the influence after getting pulled over near his home in Carmel. Jim Irsay Arrested on Drug Charges According to authorities, Irsay failed multiple field sobriety tests and also had various prescription drugs inside his vehicle at the time of his arrest. He faces a preliminary misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated, along with four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Bryant Orem said. A hearing is set for March 26. Irsay was released from the Hamilton County Jail after posting $22,500 bond and faces up to three years in prison if convicted across the board. “The team will issue additional statements when the facts are sorted and we are aware of the next steps to this process,” said Colts spokesman Avis Roper. “Many fans have reached out to express their concern and we appreciate their support.” In 2002, Irsay admitted to a dependency on pain killers, due to a number of orthopedic operation, but said he had received treatment for the problem.
