Justin Bieber was high on marijuana and prescription medication when he was arrested this month. When he was arrested this month in Miami , we should say. We now need to make a distinction because Bieber was also arrested yesterday in Canada. According to toxicology results obtained by TMZ, the singer had weed and Alprazolam in his system when police pulled him over for drag racing last Thursday night. The latter is a key ingredient of Xanax, an anti-anxiety drug. Justin Bieber Arrest Footage The report also showed Justin tested negative for cocaine, opiates and meth. Meanwhile, according to the official report, officers on the scene say Bieber admitted he had been “smoking all night at the studio” when pressed. He also acted “excited, talkative, insulting [and] cocky” as the incident wore on, initially agreeing to a breathalyzer, for example, but then giving officers a hard time when they tried to administer it. The 19-year old was out of it and couldn’t follow basic instructions on how to provide this sample, legal documents add. They say “he had extreme difficulty providing a continuous breath.” The artist’s attorney has entered a plea of not guilty into the record for this Miami arrest and his client is due in court on February 14. He’s also due in court on March 10 to answer for assault charges that allege he beat up a limousine driver in the wee hours of December 29 in Toronto. Kate Gosselin is a wannabe celebrity who cut off ties with her family and hasn’t talked to her own relatives in years, according to her bitter sister. Kendra Wilber is speaking out publicly for the first time, claiming she’s heartbroken that she hasn’t seen her eight nieces and nephews in many years. Kate rejects all attempts at a reconciliation, Kendra says, despite the fact that Wilber lives just a few miles from Gosselin’s home in rural Pennsylvania. “Kate does not speak to her family at all. It is so very painful… The last time we saw and spoke with her it was in our church parking lot,” Wilber said. “That was years ago , I have lost track of time.” “I guess we weren’t totally on board with what was going on with the kids, I guess we weren’t excited enough for her and were concerned about her family.” ”Years later the divorce came about and we had every right to be,” she added, explaining that “there was no conversation and no argument at all.” “I guess we have our own life and she wants a big life and we don’t fit in. Bahhbrahh is giving her pregnant daughter, who has long battled substance abuse issues, a new incentive to stay clean for the sake of her kid(s). While the reality star has always been given visitation rights, she wants to be able to see him on a more permanent basis, and her mom is open to the idea. Provided, of course, Jenelle Evans makes the following changes in her life … “My mom has actually been really supportive and excited,” Jenelle said of her relationship and pregnancy with Nathan Griffith, who Barbara approves of. “[She said], ‘if you keep this up for a year, I’ll give you custody of Jace!” By this, Jenelle means stay sober. Clean and 100 percent sober. Think she can do it? We’d understand if the answer were no. Still, you have to credit Jenelle for making changes in her life, and most of them for the better.
