Last night, the TV personality went on Twitter to post the above photo, writing “70 is the new 50 (Erica and family are going to be so pissed… but at my age…).” That would be his wife, Erica Michelle Levy, whom he married in 2003 and with whom he has a daughter, Solita, 8. AMC just unveiled the first trailer for The Walking Dead Season 4 today at San Diego Comic-Con 2013, and it looks as epic as fans have come to expect. An intense, bloody collection of scenes shows some new characters, including Tyreese, as well as how Rick & Co. try to handle the walkers going forward. The massively successful show returns Sunday, October 13, at 9 p.m. EST, for the start of a 16-episode campaign, which will be split into two sections. Kanye West just WENT AFTER another photographer at LAX Airport. We kid not. This time, the attack was so bad that paramedics are on the scene. Kanye West Attacks Photographer According to TMZ, ‘Ye – who flipped out on a cameraman at LAX earlier this month – was on his way out of the airport when he went BALLISTIC on the guy. West was leaving the terminal with a bodyguard and about 4-5 members of the paparazzi surrounded him, taking pictures … which he HATES. One of them was particularly aggressive and probed Kanye with questions, something he’s particularly sensitive to since he got with Kim Kardashian . Kanye demanded that NO QUESTIONS be asked, but the guy kept at it and West’s rage issues took over; he came at the guy swinging. West referred to his new policy toward the paparazzi – don’t talk, ever – and when they refused to heed his words, he lost his cool yet again. It’s not clear if the dude just hurt himself falling down or if he was actually KO’d when ‘Ye attacked, but cops and paramedics are currently on scene . The extent of his injuries is also unclear. As for Kanye West, he’s long gone, but we don’t expect he’s heard the last of his latest violent encounter. UPDATE: Kanye has been named a felony suspect by police. Glee has pushed back the premiere of its fifth season, originally set for September 19, following the tragic death of Cory Monteith last weekend. The hit Fox show will now return one week later, September 26. In a statement, Fox said that the network, producers and 20th Century Fox TV decided to delay starting production until August, pushing back the premiere. Vancouver, B.C., police found Cory Monteith dead in his hotel after he apparently overdosed on heroin and alcohol. The actor was just 31 years old. It’s not yet known how the hit, music-filled show will address the loss of Finn, a central character for its first four seasons, in the upcoming Season 5. Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III is accused of sending an incriminating text to a Hooters waitress … on his own wedding day. Hooters girl and Virginia Commonwealth University student Meredith Barber offered up “proof” in the form of a screen shot of their text exchange. “Come on bae,” the QB reportedly wrote to Barber before sending a shirtless image of himself with his head cut off, along with a smiley face icon. When Meredith Barber (right) didn’t respond to the NFL star’s alleged advances, he wrote, “Well ok I give up I guess. See you in a few weeks kid.” The texts were dated July 6, in the early hours of RG III’s wedding day to longtime girlfriend Rebecca Liddicoat (left). But are they even legit? It appears that RG3 does know Barber, or at least someone in his camp does … but the relationship is far from clear, and her story is being disputed. One of Griffin’s groomsman, William Mallow, knows Barber and denied the reports , saying, “We both know that Meredith is looking for attention/money.” “I know this is what you do for a living and you thought this would be a golden opportunity but the fact of the matter is that this is completely false,” he wrote. “I was with Robert [that night] and there was no texting of other girls, much less selfie stomach shots. That isn’t even close to what the bathroom of the suite we were in looked like.” Weirder still, Barber contacted Busted Coverage when this story went live, asking them to take it down, but in exchange offering to sell more “inappropriate pictures.” Someone also claiming to be Barber’s ex-boyfriend reached out to Deadspin to sell “information, text messages, FaceTime screenshots” and more to back up her story. Neither Deadspin or Busted Coverage have purchased any of the proof. RGIII was reportedly on his honeymoon in Europe when the news broke.

Everyone got a chance to check out the Mad Max gameplay trailer that was missing gameplay, but only those lucky enough to be in San Diego have the opportunity to grab one of these Mad Max posters, available at Warner Bros booth at Comic-Con. From artist Shane Davis, it looks pretty awesome! Of course that clenched fist might be more evidence to the theory that Mad Max will rely heavily on melee in its gameplay but that double barrel is nothing to sneeze at, for sure. Mad Max will be released in 2014.
Wedding bells will not be ringing any time soon within the Kardashian household. Much to the chagrin of Kris Jenner. Appearing on The Talk yesterday, Jenner was asked about the status of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West , replying that the couple is “not getting married” in the near future, at least not that she knows of. Why not, Julie Chen asked? “I don’t know. Why aren’t [Kourtney Kardashian] and [ Scott Disick ] getting married?” Jenner replied, adding: “It’s so annoying! They all think they’re Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn now. It’s like, ‘Oh, we’re going to do just do this.’ Which, you know, I’ve tried to just take a back seat, keep my mouth shut and learn that this is the way they’re doing this. I don’t know where they got this because I’m very old fashioned that way.” That’s true… if old fashioned is defined as being a Kim Kardashian sex tape peddler. As for North West ? That is a topic about which Kris is anything but annoyed. “She’s pretty adorable. She’s precious,” Jenner said of the one-month-old. “Kim’s doing great. They’re doing fabulous as parents. The baby is so delicious – there’s no other word! It’s pretty fabulous.”
