The Boston Celtics shocked the basketball world last night by keeping their season alive in New York, defeating the Knicks 92-86 in Game Five of the NBA Playoffs. But the real fireworks were saved until after the game, when Celtics benchwarmer Jordan Crawford got into it with Raymond Felton and Carmelo Anthony. Watch the fracas below: Celtics vs. Knicks: Post-Game Shoving Match Did this beef have anything to do with Kevin Garnett telling Anthony awhile back that his wife tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios ? Crawford – who didn’t even play in the game – simply told The Boston Globe: “They was talking to me, baby. They was talking to me. Yeah, they like me. I think it’s that smile I keep carrying… “I don’t know what happened, you know what I’m saying? I was on the bench the whole game, I don’t know why they was talking to me. “They gotta be upset, their [expletives] tightening up. Of course they upset.” Well, okay then. That clears it all right up! Game 6 will be played in Boston tomorrow night.
What happens when you hybridize soccer and basketball? This pretty freaking cool alley-oop clip, that’s what! Soccer Alley-Oop In a charity basketball dunk contest, renowned dunkers “Pat The Roc” and Gary “G” Smith executed the reverse heel-kick and the finish, respectively. The clip’s YouTube description says it “might be the greatest alley-oop ever performed.” We’d argue that LeBron’s alley-oop to himself beats it. It was, after all, in a game. But props, Pat the Roc and G!

Amanda Knox’s side of the story is … a long story. ABC’s Diane Sawyer is the first to get it since she was cleared of murdering roommate Meredith Kercher several years after being found guilty. Amanda Knox Interview With Diane Sawyer Released on an appeal and having completed her memoir Waiting to be Heard , Knox is now awaiting a re-trial in the case that has defined her life. Amanda Knox sat down with Sawyer for the special A Murder. A Mystery. Amanda Knox Speaks , and also spoke with GMA on the same network. Here are some of her most notable comments: On casual sex: “It was an adventure of self-hood … I thought that’s what all self-confident free-spirited women did, and at that point, I still felt like a clueless girl.” On her alibi, and boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito : “We had dinner. We watched a movie. We smoked. We had sex. We were together. I smoked a joint with him.” “What that did to my memories was it made them less concrete, but it didn’t black them out and it didn’t change them. We stayed in the whole night.” “He was faced with the prospect of not having a sentence if he just blamed me and he didn’t because he couldn’t live with a decision like that.” “I had known him for seven days.” Amanda Knox on Good Morning America On her non-confession: “I didn’t confess. I was interrogated. They acted like my answers were wrong. They told me I was wrong, that I didn’t remember correctly.” “And if I didn’t, I would never see my family.” “I wasn’t providing a lot of the detail. They were asking me if I had heard Meredith scream, and when I said I didn’t remember, they said, ‘How could you not remember that she screamed?’” “And I said, ‘Okay, I guess I remember that she screamed.’ It was all like that.” On how she did not clean her DNA out of Kercher’s room: ”That’s impossible. It’s impossible to see DNA, much less identify whose DNA it is.” On how the prison lied to her about a serious medical condition: “The doctor told me that I had tested positive for HIV. I was stunned.” “I went back to my room with one of the prison officials telling me, ‘Well, you should’ve thought about it before you had sex with all those people.’” On friends and family sticking by her: “I felt incredibly guilty for what they were having to sacrifice for me, and there was a certain point in my thinking in prison that if it didn’t work out and I never was free again, I was trying to figure out how I could ask them to move on with their life without me because I was tired of them having to sacrifice everything for me.” “I have to be ready to fight and defend myself.”
At this point, it seems you have to be named Lily in order to play a fairy tale princess in a live-action adaptation. Sorry “Jessica,” not gonna happen. And you can just forget about it, “Claire.” Same goes for you, “Lilly” with two L’s. Lily James has been cast to play Cinderella in the new live-action adaptation. That’s after Lily Collins took on the role of Snow White in last year’s Mirror Mirror . James, best known for her role of Lady Rose on Downton Abbey , beat out Bella Heathcote, and Margot Robbie for the role. Kenneth Branagh will direct the film, which is set to begin production this fall for a 2014 release.

Also, he just shared this insightful Tweet: Pretty much, Chris. Pretty. Much.
Is The Diary of Anne Frank pornographic? One mother in Northville, Mich., believes so and even went so far as to file formal complaint with her child’s middle school, according to local news reports. The following passage from the The Definitive Edition of the Diary of a Young Girl is the main reason why the mom is so outraged by the famous work: “Until I was 11 or 12, I didn’t realize there was a second set of labia on the inside, since you couldn’t see them. What’s even funnier is that I thought urine came out of the clitoris.” “When you’re standing up, all you see from the front is hair.” “Between your legs there are two soft, cushiony things, also covered with hair, which press together when you’re standing, so you can’t see what’s inside.” “They separate when you sit down and they’re very red and quite fleshy on the inside. In the upper part, between the outer labia, there’s a fold of skin that, on second thought, looks like a kind of blister.” “That’s the clitoris.” Because of this, the woman wants the book yanked from the curriculum, but insists this “doesn’t mean my child is sheltered” or she lives in a bubble. “If they watch any kind of movie with a swear word in it, I have to sign a permission slip,” Horalek adds, believing she should have had that option here. The Northville School District said in response that there is a committee in place to review such complaints and it will do so at the appropriate time. This is not the first time the The Diary of Anne Frank has drawn harsh criticism from parents because of its passages that are explicit about sexuality. Furthermore, some say it is simply too depressing for students. Anne Frank died in March 1945 in a concentration camp and posthumously became perhaps the most famous victim of the Holocaust through her diary. The only good thing to come out of this heated school debate? The Justin Bieber Anne Frank Museum guest book controversy seems tame by comparison.
NBA legend Michael Jordan married Yvette Prieto in Palm Beach, Fla., on Saturday, saying “I do” with his Cuban model girlfriend after five years of dating. The pair made it official in front of a whopping 500 guests, who arrived on tour buses, at Episcopal church Bethesda-by-the Sea, near MJ’s residence. The 50-year-old basketball star then had 1,500 (!) friends to join in the celebrations with himself and Yvette Prieto at the Bears Club, in Jupiter, Fla. Michael Jordan, who first met the 35-year-old beauty at a nightclub in Miami back in early 2008, popped the question in 2011 over the holidays. “They’ve been planning for months and months,” says a source of the couple’s nuptials . “He wanted to give Yvette everything she’s ever wanted.” It’s the second marriage for the former Chicago Bulls star turned Charlotte Bobcats owner, who has three grown children with Juanita Vanoy. Congratulations to the happy couple on what sounds like a magical day. Check out a bunch more Michael Jordan and Yvette Prieto photos below …
