Jenelle Evans & David Eason: The Haters Want Us to Get Divorced!

Divorce rumors seem to circulate non-stop for just about every married couple in the Teen Mom franchise. (With the exception of Cole DeBoer and Chelsea Houska , of course. No one seems to doubt that those two are in it for the long haul.) But there’s only one marriage that fans actively want to fail: Yes, every time there’s a new report that Jenelle Evans and David Eason are getting divorced , a certain segment of the Teen Mom 2 fandom jumps for joy. It’s not so much that they all want Jenelle to be miserable (although some certainly do). It’s more that the longer the Evans-Eason marriage continues, the more likely it is to end in disaster. And since the couple has five kids between them, most viewers would like to see them call it quits before any irreparable harm is done. But no matter how much you tweet or how many David- and Jenelle-shaped voodoo dolls you lock in separate cabinets, it seems Ensley’s mom and dad are still going strong. It’s a sad fact that fans were reminded of during this week’s episode of Teen Mom 2 . The drama-packed reunion special saw Jenelle flipping out on just about every adult in her life except for David. At one point, she absolutely lost it on Nathan Griffth’s girlfriend, Ashley Lanhardt, for daring to hug her mother, the infamous Barbara Evans; “Because you wanna hug my mother in front of everyone,” Jenelle shrieked in an attempt to justify her tantrum. “Me and my mom have turmoil right now.”  This, among other things, caused Babs to lose it: “You f-cking b-tch! I have never seen you like this ever,” she told Jenelle. “Even on drugs, you didn’t act like this.” At that point, David stepped in, because of course, he did: “You’re right, Barb, you’ve never seen her like this because you’ve never seen her stand up for herself.” David probably thought that was a witheringly clever comment, and amazingly, Jenelle agreed with him. It was then that she made the remark that forced those are eagerly hoping for a Jenelle-David breakup to abandon all hope: “I love how everyone hates us so much, but we’re so in love and happy with each other that it’s just like we don’t give a f–k,” Jenelle stated. “Nothing’s wrong with us.” Obviously, Jenelle has said a lot of questionable things over the years – but that last sentence might be her most ridiculous to date. Watch Teen Mom 2 online to remind yourself of just ridiculous Jenelle and David truly are. View Slideshow: David Eason Taunts Kailyn Lowry: You Deserve to Get Your Ass Kicked!

Judge Has to Order 30-Year-Old Man to Move Out of Parents’ House

A 30-year-old grown ass man lost his court battle against his parents after a judge ruled that he does, in fact, have to move out of their house. This story is wild, but actually a bit more serious than people might first believe. We've included a video from the courthouse below, but that only tells part of the story. The full back-and-forth between New York State Supreme Court Justice Donald Greenwood and Michael Rotondo lasted approximately a half hour. Though the judge ordered that Rotondo would have to move out of his folks' house in Camillus, N.Y., outside Syracuse, he also ordered that Adult Protective Services investigate the situation. To a degree, perhaps Judge Greenwood was simply doing his due diligence in a case involving family members at home. But it is clear to anyone watching this case that something is … not right. It began when Rotondo's parents offered to help him to find an apartment and even offered him money, giving him over $1,000 … which he then used on “expenses” without moving. Following that, they stopped paying for his phone and … well, they ended up in court. Since first being reported, the Rotondo story has been picked up by  New York Post , Fox News, the BBC, and The Late Late Show with James Corden . Greenwood praised Rotondo's legal research after Rotondo pointed to a prior case in which it was determined that a family member had the right to six months between being served with an eviction and actually being required to leave. This period of time is designed so that someone can make enough money to secure new housing. There are all sorts of eviction laws to cover many situations. Greenwood patiently explained to Rotondo that there is an appellate court case that establishes that, in short, the case that Rotondo cited does not apply to his particular family situation. Rotondo referred to the judge's ruling as “outrageous.” Judge Greenwood referred to Rotondo's demand that he be allowed to remain as being similarly “outrageous.” Though the judge urged Rotondo to speak to his parents, Mark and Christina, and reach an amicable arrangement, Rotondo refused. After the court ruling, Rotondo spoke to the press who had gathered. Rotondo says that there have not been any “incidents” between him and his parents. In fact, he says that they effectively do not speak with each other. He says that they do not provide him with food or with laundry, but that they do provide him with a residence. He describes getting food in the kitchen as being similar to a buffet line, and that he waits for his parents to vacate the room before cooking his own meals. When asked what he does to support himself, Rotondo says that he has a business, but refused to identify it, instead saying: “My business is my business.” After speaking to the press, he returned to his parents' house. He plans to attempt to appeal the ruling. Here is why this is serious. Rotondo has a son, of whom he does not have custody. From our understanding, it looks like he has attempted to sue for custody on the grounds that not having custody is discrimination against him, as a “poor person.” It seems that he fears that accepting money from his parents and having his own residence, while normally things that would make a person seem like a more viable parent, would undercut his bid for custody. If your parents are just handing you over $1,000, it's kind of hard to argue that you're impoverished. Another cause for worry is that Rotondo has a 2009 arrest for allegedly stalking a woman at her home. Many have speculated that Rotondo may have certain unresolved … issues. But obviously, he is in no way representative of most people who live at home. With two decades of wage stagnation while rent and housing prices continue to climb, it is increasingly difficult for even employed adults to find housing. Though a lot of media attention to the Rotondo case has likely been due to older generations finding amusement at the idea of a man so accustomed to being pampered that he'd rather go to court than move out, there's more going on here. And, again, there are plenty of young adults who would love nothing more than to move out … and would be happy to, if they started making a living wage. We hope that Rotondo's story has a happy ending. Perhaps APS will be able to assist Rotondo by connecting him to whichever resources he needs.

Fans to Jill Duggar: You Can’t Love Trump AND Latinos!

Jill Duggar is in a tough spot. She’s committed to both her dense husband, Derick Dillard, and the ultra-conservative values of her upbringing, but at the same time, she seems well aware that the core tenets of both often come into conflict with her compassionate tendencies and her belief in Christian charity. Jill has attempted to live comfortably in both worlds by distancing herself from Derick’s comments , while simultaneously standing by her man. She’s implied that she doesn’t share all of Derick’s views, but she also quit Counting On as a gesture of solidarity after he got fired from the show. Unfortunately, it seems that Jill has struck a compromise that pleases no one. Her more left-leaning fans remain unimpressed by her refusal to speak out against Derick more directly, while her conservative followers feel that Jill is undermining the beliefs she was raised with by suggesting she sometimes disagrees with her husband. It’s a conflict that keeps resulting in tense debates in the comments of her Instagram page. And Jill’s latest post has resulted in a full-blown battleground: Jill posted the above photo yesterday, along with a caption reading: “Congrats to my little Aivah on her kindergarten graduation!” She added the hashtag “#proudmadrina,” and many fans pointed out that “madrina” is Spanish for godmother. The photo comes on the heels of a series of a post in which Derick praised Donald Trump and joked about his eldest son helping to build “the Wall” along America’s southern border. For obvious reasons, many of Jill’s followers were struck by the sharp contrast of the spouse’s recent social media activity. And some went so far as to call Jill out for hypocrisy: “You’re with Latinos but you want that wall to be built… y’all funny as f–k,” wrote one follower. “Funny how Derick taught Izzy all about the Wall to keep people out, and here you are showcasing your ‘brown’ friends. Oh the hypocrisy,” commented another. “That whole ‘I can’t be a bigot, cause my bffs neighbors, cousins nephew is gay and I have no problem with him,’ schtick,” remarked a third, adding: “What mixed messages poor Israel must be getting. Racism at home and facades in public.” Of course, Jill also found some support from those who agree with her family’s more conservative views: “Typical liberal hypocrisy, intolerant of others who don’t share their beliefs,” wrote one follower. “We ‘brown’ people have been in their lives for years now, no hypocrisy,” commented another. “Everyone is entitled to their own opinions about everything. That’s what makes us all unique.” Obviously, as is always the case with this sort of thing, nothing was resolved, and no one changed their mind. And yet, the debate rages on. We’d say Jill should just avoid posting about politics, but we’re pretty sure that’s what she’s trying to do. Unfortunately for her, it’s 2018, and literally everything is political. Audrey Roloff Shares Ember Update: She’s 8 Months Now!

Melting hearts since SeptEMBER of 2017. See what I did there. So wrote Audrey Roloff in a very cute opening to her latest Instagram post, which was centered entirely on daughter Ember Jean. And for good reason: Ember is now 8 months old! As she has done nearly every month around this time since her child entered the world, Audrey updated fans on Ember's status, sharing a number of new (and PRECIOUS!) photos, while also giving us an idea of what the infant has been up to. The answer? A whole lot! Scroll down for more: 1. She’s on the Move! “These photos are getting harder and harder to take! Our girlsie is getting more and more mobile,” wrote Audrey about her eight-month old, who is apparently crawling all around. 2. Look Out, Kitty! “She still loves to chase Pine,” continued Audrey, referencing the cat she shares with husband Jeremy and who Little People, Big World fans have gotten to know well. 3. Aloha! Ember “took her first flight with mom and Dad to Hawai,” Audrey wrote, including with her update the cute photo above. It features Mommy and Daughter in this tropical locale. 4. Back It Up? No thanks! Audrey explains that Ember “doesn’t like being on her back,” which is very normal for a girl her age. 5. What Does She Love, Though? She “loves splashing in the bath (and ocean),” says Audrey. We wonder if they’ve considered putting Ember in a swim class just yet. Maybe she’s a bit young, though. 6. Hooray for Ember! She “attended her first Luau” and has “learned to clap,” Audrey continued. View Slideshow

Catelynn Lowell-Tyler Baltierra Divorce: Is It Really Happening?!

Last week, Teen Mom OG fans were stunned by news that  Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra were divorcing after three years of marriage and nearly 13 years as a couple. More shocking than the rumor itself, however, was the fact that it seemed to be rooted in reality. Catelynn changed her name from Baltierra back to Lowell on Instagram, and fans were able to confirm that the couple spent Mother's Day weekend in separate states. All of this came on the heels of a difficult year for the Baltierras that saw Catelynn suffering a miscarriage and both parties battling mental illness. Did it all get to be too much for one of the Teen Mom franchise's most beloved couples? Here's what we know so far:   1. Happier Times Just a few weeks ago, Catelynn and Tyler were happily posing for photos together and commenting on one another’s social media posts. But some fans are convinced their relationship has deteriorated very rapidly… 2. Signs of Trouble The most recent signs that Tyler and Catelynn might be in the midst of a rough patch came over the weekend. Fans picked up on two red flags that may indicate trouble in paradise. 3. A Subtle Message? Catelynn recently changed her display name on Instagram to “Catelynn Lowell.” At one point, she also unfollowed Tyler on the site. 4. Trying Times Reports of the dissolution of Catelynn and Tyler’s marriage come at the end of a year that would have put even the strongest of relationships to the test. 5. A Tragic Setback Catelynn suffered a miscarriage just as she and Tyler’s excitement about welcoming a new child had reached a fever pitch. The loss took a tremendous emotional toll on both Baltierras. 6. Catelynn’s Struggles In the months that followed, Catelynn checked into rehab twice to be treated for PTSD and other emotional issues. Tyler stood by her side, but Catelynn’s extended absences had an obvious impact on their marriage. View Slideshow

Audrey Roloff: I’ve Learned FIVE Things as a Mother

Audrey Roloff is still pretty new at this whole motherhood thing. She gave birth to daughter Ember Jean in September of 2017 and has since written plenty about the amazing experience on Instagram. Roloff has gotten into occasional trouble for some of the stuff she has said about having a child, but for the most part, she has simply gushed over her daughter and her family. Now, via an Instagram post she posted in May of 2018, Audrey has shared with followers five lessons she has learned from being a parent. Some may be obvious, others less so. But perhaps you can relate to one or two of these tidbits? 1. Lesson #1: This is how Amber opened her informative and sort of fascinating post: “To love the body God gave me and to embrace its strength and beauty with gratefulness” is something she has learned. 2. How So? “Watching my body change and witnessing its ability to deliver a child taught me to appreciate my physical body in all of its God-designed complexities on a whole new level,” Audrey details. 3. A Lesson of Importance and Priorities Concludes Audrey in this case: “Motherhood has taught me focus less on body-image and more on being an image-bearer. I am also now capable of getting myself ready in less than 5 mintes, which is an added bonus.” 4. Lesson #2: “GRACE,” writes Audrey, expounding a bit as follows: “Motherhood has taught me to give myself loads of grace for all the things I see other mothers doing that make me feel less-than.” 5. Forget Social Media, She Adds Yes, this is very ironic for a social media post to say, but Roloff continues on this point: “My standard for motherhood is rooted and established in the the Word [of] God not the world of Instagram.” 6. Let’s Turn to the Bible, Shall We? Audrey often uses this as source material. In this instance, she wrotes: “Motherhood sure has a way of revealing my failures and flaws, but I’m refusing to let these discoveries steal my confidence in the grace of God who’s power is made perfect in my weakness. (2 Corinthians 12:9).” View Slideshow

Catelynn Baltierra Changes Last Name, Sparks Divorce Chatter

GULP. Might there be trouble in romantic paradise for Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra? Social media users now have reason to believe that the couple, who has battled through cheating rumors in the past , may be headed for a split as a result of Catelynn doing something drastic online: She changed her last name. The Teen Mom's three million Instagram followers were recently surprised to see what Catelynn is now using “Lowell” on her official page, switching from “Baltierra” to her maiden name because… … well. We don't know why. But it's worth taking a look through the tandem's recent history, online and off, to see if this means they're headed for divorce court: 1. No Happy Wishes Here Right around the time Catelynn made this switch, we learned that Tyler did NOT wish his wife a happy Mother’s Day. Heck, the two didn’t even spend the holiday together. 2. Where Was Tyler? The Teen Mom’s dad told Radar Online that his son-in-law was “in Texas visiting his [father]” for Mother’s Day. That can’t be a good sign. 3. And Where Was Catelynn? Per her dad again: “In Florida with [daughter] Nova, visiting her older sister.” This is nice and all, but not ideal to spend Mother’s Day apart from your husband. 4. Might Personal Troubles Be Affecting the Relationship? Tyler has admitted that he suffers from Bipolar Disorder, a serious condition that often has a negative effect on one’s relationships. “I’ve been doing non-stop research on the diagnosis, the different remedies to combat symptoms, & how to better understand it,” he wrote on Instagram toward the end of April 2018. “I did refuse medication, but only because I wanted to try all of the natural remedies first. It’s a journey.” 5. A Search for Happiness “Laying in bed next to my peacefully sleeping wife. I can hear my daughter snoozing away through the monitoring her room. My dog is cuddled up on the floor next to to me… and yet Feel so empty and so alone,” wrote Tyler a few weeks ago, giving followers a glimpse into his sad mental state. 6. Concern All Around Tyler Baltierra: Is He Suicidal? This was the title of an article we wrote on May 10 (click words above the photo to read), as it shed light on just how worried Teen Mom fans are about Tyler. His mental health comes first, of course, but it’s easy to see how his diagnosis could damage his marriage. View Slideshow

Tonya Harding Advances to DWTS Finale, Fans Tweet Their Fury

Ever since it was announced that Tonya Harding would join Dancing With The Stars to compete against other athletes, controversy has been building. From the moment that it was announced, fans were disgusted that she was giving a shot at public redemption after the Nancy Kerrigan assault during their '90s rivalry. Now, Tonya and her dance partner Sasha have continued to avoid elimination throughout the competition. After their Rumba, they are advancing on to the finale. Tonya's story — from mourning her father to feeling that she's been unjustly blacklisted for years — has won over some fans who are rooting for her. Others are not won over, and they are incensed that she's made it this far. In fact, some think that the show is deliberately keeping her on in order to boost ratings. 1. Some are mad at the voters Remember, Dancing With The Stars has a panel of judges, but fans and viewers also cast their votes. 2. Some people watch with their parents Those who remember Tonya from the ’90s may find her less sympathetic than those who are just now seeing her on television. 3. Some fans are enraged No, please don’t time-travel back to 2002 and destroy a TV. They were so expensive back then! 4. Other fans are simply bewildered For government or for a reality competition, democracy is one hell of a system. 5. Some think that casting her is morally irresponsible Those who feel this way see the error being compounded with each episode that features Tonya. 6. Tonya’s history is hard to forget Speaking of which, yes, plenty of folks have joked that Adam Rippon should be extra careful. View Slideshow
