File this one under celebrity gossip you didn’t see coming even if you read THG and its counterparts daily: Kimberly Stewart is pregnant by Benicio del Toro! The Academy Award-winning actor, 44, and the socialite daughter of Rod Stewart, 31, are not a couple, in case you were wondering. Yup, one of those. Just the same, del Toro’s rep says he “is supportive and both are very excited” about the upcoming arrival, which has obviously been confirmed as well . Congratulations to both on the unexpected, but great news! Stewart has worked as an actress and model. Del Toro is known for award-winning turns in Traffic, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, 21 Grams and Che .

Britney Spears-Nicki Minaj Tour: It’s On!

After extensive talks, Nicki Minaj has officially joined Britney Spears’ upcoming summer tour, replacing Enrique Iglesias as the star’s opening act. A source close to the 26-year-old Minaj confirmed to E! that she’s aboard and tour organizers expect the tandem should be a big concert draw. More so than the Spanish crooner who pulled out last month ? Probably. 1-2 PUNCH : Two Femme Fatales. One horribly pricey ticket . Indeed, the choice of the Trinidad and Tobago-born hip-hop diva is probably for the best, given how foolish Iglesias’ camp just made Ms. Spears look. Hours after the pop princess revealed to Good Morning America that they joined forces, Enrique freaked about playing second fiddle and just bailed. Rihanna is teaming up with pop star Britney Spears to remix her raunchy hit song off her “Loud ‘ album, “S&M”. The new single is set to hit radio stations this week! Rihanna previously asked her Twitter followers who they would like to see her collaborate with the most, and the responses for Britney Spears was overwhelming. Well, Rihanna being a woman of her word, is giving her fans exactly what they’ve asked for. Rihanna took to Twitter to confirm rumors of the collab tweeting: “I got a #SEXY collabo comin your way supa dupa soon!!!! OH YEAH!!! Good thing Usher doesn’t need Britney Spears tour money to support his smoothie habit and make sure his kids are straight. Because, according to TMZ , Nicki Minaj beat him to those checks this year. Sources involved in the negotiation tell TMZ … the deal was signed several days ago, and Britney is elated. Everyone involved in the concert is relieved Enrique Iglasias’ ego couldn’t handle opening for Britney and feel Nicki will be infinitely better. Minaj, who is on tour with Lil Wayne until the end of the month, currently has two singles on the Billboard Top 100 — “Moment 4 Life” and “Did It On’em” Everyone connected with the concert series things Nicki will create even more heat for the tour, which kicks off on June 17 in Sacramento, CA. No wonder Nicki’s starting to smell herself these days.

We reported yesterday that Nicki Minaj performed at the Casio Tryx camera event held at The Best Buy theater. Rumors have come in that Nicki Minaj allegedly caught a “diva” fit at the event. According to the NYPost.com “Nicki Minaj tossed fellow celebs like her signature pink locks Thursday night at her Casio-sponsored concert at the Best Buy Theater in Times Square. “She didn’t want anyone in her space,” a VIP witness told us. “She had all of the hallways cleared before she entered them, all of the rooms and all of the elevators.” Organizers held boldface guests including Estelle, Kelly Bensimon, Jessica White, Brittany Underwood and Fabolous from the entrance in the VIP area until she left.
