Justin Bieber And Boyz II Men Unwrap ‘Fa La La’ Video

Black-and-white video showcases Bieber’s heartfelt singing with his idols. By Rob Markman Shawn Stockman and Justin Bieber Photo: LiveWire Entertainment Christmas is right around the corner, but the Biebs is already in the holiday spirit. On Wednesday (November 23), Justin Bieber dropped the video for “Fa La La” with Boyz II Men . There are no reindeer or presents under the tree; instead, Justin and the Philadelphia R&B outfit sing of a warm love that will endure through the holiday season. The black-and-white clip begins in an empty loft, where Bieber sings alone, with his arms flailing and face slightly scrunching every time he hits those heartfelt notes. Justin’s solo intro leads way to a collaborative bridge, where Boyz II Men join in. “Baby you de-serve eve-ry-thing you want/ It’s your night,” they all sing in harmony as the “It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye” vocalists join the teenage star in song on the front porch of a brick house. No elaborate set needed. With an empty city as their backdrop, the four crooners throw down in an old-fashioned sing-off. As the track builds, BIIM’s Wanya Morris really gets into it, pounding his chest and kicking one leg up to accentuate his performance. Bieber, who is dressed in a white tee and slim-cut leather jacket, tugs on his collar to let you just how much his words mean to him. On November 1, Bieber teased the clip when he tweeted, “Killed it with @BoyzIImen on DWTS and then just shot a video for our song #FALALA with @colintilley – great night! living a dream. Thanku,” in reference to his appearance on “Dancing With The Stars” and the Colin Tilley-directed “Fa La La” video. Maybe some of Boyz II Men’s subject matter was a bit mature for the pint-size Bieber, but they influenced him nonetheless. “He told us his mom didn’t want him to sing ‘I’ll Make Love to You,’ so he’d sneak and go sing it somewhere,” Wanya Morris told MTV News. “It’s also good to know we’ve influenced such a good artist. It’s something that makes us feel we’ve accomplished [something and] we’re doing our job, [that] a guy so young and so into his craft [is] influenced by three guys from Philadelphia that love to sing.” Yes, “Fa La La” is the latest single from JB’s holiday LP, Under the Mistletoe, but Tilley and company didn’t overload the video with Christmas themes as to so implicitly tie it to December 25 — after all, true love should last all year ’round. ‘Dancing With The Stars’: Rob Kardashian Steps Up

Big sister Kim looks on as Rob tops the leaderboard, with J.R. Martinez and Ricki Lake falling short of the reality star. By Kelley L. Carter Rob Kardashian on “Dancing With the Stars” Photo: ABC The talk-show host. The reality star. The war hero. Only one will be crowned the winner on Tuesday’s (November 22) “Dancing With the Stars” season finale, but you better believe Ricki Lake, Rob Kardashian and J.R. Martinez are hoping their dance moves win over America’s heart. On Monday night, they performed two dances each — the second was a freestyle dance — and the judges loved what Kardashian brought to the table. After weeks of seeing everyone else nab the highest scores, it was the reality star who brought home the top spot on the leaderboard. Here’s how everyone fared: Ricki Lake and Derek Hough Lake, the sole remaining woman in the competition, went first, dancing the cha-cha to Chris Brown’s “Yeah 3x,” and the judges loved it, telling her she was living the dance and exuding confidence. “Action-packed performance. Good timing. Good rhythm. Hips were working good. It’s a dance deserving of this final. Well done,” hard-to-please judge Len Goodman told her. 27/30 When Lake came back for her freestyle, she burst through a screen (of her larger self from earlier in the season; since being on the show she’s shed quite a bit of weight), and they shimmied and flipped and twisted and turned all about the stage. The judges said their dance was demanding and difficult. “It was fun, it was entertaining. Overall, what a great number,” Goodman said. 27/30 Lake’s overall score: 54/60 Rob Kardashian and Cheryl Burke The reality star —whose big sister Kim watched from the audience for the first time since her divorce — danced the waltz, and the judges found his movements to be a little heavy and said he lost his posture at times. Carrie Ann Inaba said he was the male version of Cinderella. Overall, they thought it was simple and beautiful. “Tonight, you were flowing and you were glowing. So full of expression. I love the continuity of lines,” judge Bruno Tonioli said. 27/30 For their second dance of the night, Kardashian and Burke danced on a set that mirrored Harlem, New York’s Cotton Club, and Cheryl said she wanted to play to Rob’s strengths. That meant their dance started off slow and then kicked up a notch and finished fast. The judges said their dance blew them all away. “Brilliant contact! Brilliant execution! Brilliant performance!” Tonioli yelled. 30/30 Kardashian’s overall score: 57/60 J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff For much of the season, he’s topped the leaderboard — or at least been close — until last week. His ankle was injured, but he danced in spite of it, and his scores suffered. For his cha-cha on Monday, his ankle was in much better shape, but the judges said Martinez was off-time and there were many mistakes. Tonioli was the lone judge who gave him praise. Carrie Ann Inaba offered: “I think when people watch you dance, they just fall in love with your spirit. Tonight, your musicality was a bit off. We’re in the finals, so watch your arms. I know you’ve got it in you.” 24/30 Martinez performed the final freestyle of the night, and they went with a Latin-inspired routine to pay homage to his Latin heritage. The judges said this time around, he redeemed himself. They said his dance was hypnotic and found it to be an incredible comeback from his first-round routine. “That’s the way to come back! Those lifts were the sickest lifts I’ve ever seen — congratulations!” Inaba cheered. 30/30 Martinez’s overall score: 54/60 Who had your favorite dance of the finals? Let us know in the comments!

American Music Awards Went Down of the Day

The American Music Awards are the worst pile of shit on TV, It is paid for by the record companies and advertisers…making it one big, tacky ad for crap that pollutes our lives…. This shit has always been shit, they even used to invite me to attend and no one else ever does that…making me realize just how useless they are…and even worse now that Dick Clark is dead, or near dead, or on life support machies…. I used to live blog every Award show, but they are all they same….so I find bettter ways to entertain myself…like posing naked in front of the mirror, it’s comical. There was not one single good song, I don’t care how big Mark Anthony’s forehead vein is, I don’t care how bad Justin Beiber and Will Smith’s kid dance with LMFAO and I don’t care how many old clips they throw in trying us to remember the glory days when the AMA mattered….I don’t care how many tight outfits old lady J.Lo squeezes into, or how many latex dresses X-Tina pushing walmart cashier fatness goes through…I don’t care if Katy Perry pretends to play the guitar for a song she’s trying to pull the heart strings with even though she has no soul…I don’t care how stupid her hair is, or how tight her dress is, or how bloated her uterus is…I don’t care if Will.I.Am pretends he is Daft Punk hiring that theatre droop that does those in the dark choreography….and I don’t care about badly written jokes, no matter how much cleavage is there…. The entertainment industry fucking sucks…we need to make good music popular again…seriously…this shit is out of hand…here’s some pussy at the event/performing badly at the event, cuz this is what I do…. You know we are in shit when Katy Perry is the best performance of the night when she sucks….on all levels, is dumpy and makes me want to kill…. This is the one event they should have a terroist attack on….would save the day….and possibly the world…. —– Vanessa Minnillo who Calls Herself Vanessa Lachay Cuz I Guess She’s Married to Jessica Simpson’s Ask…How Don’t I know this, where was I sleeping, what rock was I under, oh right, I don’t give a shit, cuz she doesn’t matter, but she does use “sick” to describe good things like a teen girl…and she does fuck in hot tubs….and she does look good in this dress….but I still don’t give a shit….s Audrina Patridge Gets Invited Somewhere and Brings Out Her Tits…. Anne V is a Lingerie Model…. Jennifer Hudson Manorexia Selena Gomez Looks Uncomfortable Being a Pedophile….It’s like keep this behind closed doors I don’t wanna go to jail even though I look 12 shit… Taylor Swift Makin Proper Blowjob Faces Katy Perry Shitty Clown Style Remembered She Had Tits…. She also performed and looked like an pink idiot….but brought out her tits…and was unfortunately the best show of the night – cuz everyone is even a bigger pile of shit than her… Christina Aguilera Was There Looking Fat as Precious in Latex, squeezing out from every angle, which is good if you only look at her tits, so much strapping to make the pig look like a lady….Fast Forward to 2:21 Pics… J.Lo was There in Exteme Spandex to hold in her mom body…she’s in her 40s…and that makes her performances awkward at best…But the Highlight Is The Fat Back-Up Dancer – he’s on some X-Tina’s Routine…she’s a little old for this…milking being latino….annoying That’s enough of my AMA mega post.

Lady Gaga Reveals Elton John Duet For Next Album

‘I played him a song that I wrote and he really loved it,’ Gaga says on U.K. talk show. By Jocelyn Vena Lady Gaga and Elton John Photo: Kevin Kane/ WireImage Lady Gaga is wasting no time in working on her follow-up to Born This Way . Half a year after she dropped the chart-topping album, she is already crafting the sound for the next one. Over the weekend, Lady Gaga appeared on British talk-show host Alan Carr’s “Chatty Man” and teased what fans should expect for her follow-up to BTW. “My next duet, I believe, will be with Elton,” she said. “I’m already working on my next album, and I played him a song that I wrote and he really loved it. I don’t want to give anything [else] away!” Of course, Gaga and Elton have quite a backstory together. The two recorded the track “Hello Hello” for the “Gnomeo and Juliet” soundtrack, and Gaga is godmother to Elton’s son, Zachary. In addition to the chat, Gaga also cooked up some chicken Milanese and performed her latest single, “Marry the Night” in a bright pink dress and giant pink hair bow. Her performance was uncharacteristically simple, with Gaga simply sitting at a piano. Last week, she teased the video for the clip, which includes a nearly two-minute-long monologue about the nature of sanity and art. In other Gaga news, there was recently a shake-up in Gaga’s camp when creative director Laurieann Gibson departed . For anyone who hasn’t been paying attention for the last couple years, Gaga explained just how important the people who work with her are. “To explain really what it’s all about, me and my friends travel the world together and what we do, we all lay around in bed and we write down every idea that we have … it’s quite honestly the greatest dream of my life. We get to make art for the whole universe.” Related Videos MTV First: Lady Gaga Related Artists Lady Gaga Elton John

Rihanna’s Talk That Talk: Five Key Tracks

‘We Found Love,’ ‘Watch n’ Learn’ define singer’s sixth album. By Jocelyn Vena Rihanna Photo: Ian Gavan/ Getty Images Rihanna ‘s Talk That Talk might be the defining party album of 2011. Released Monday (November 21), the singer’s sixth studio album in nearly as many years is the kind of record a DJ can play straight through at a club, filled with pulsing bangers about all things sexy. To say the least, it’s not an album for those who easily blush. It’s hard, grinding and aggressive. Rihanna uses the type of saucy language not often heard on mainstream pop records. Rounding up a slew of A-listers including Calvin Harris, Dr. Luke, Stargate, The-Dream, Ester Dean and No I.D., Rihanna put together a cohesive record about how hot love can get between the sheets. MTV News’ picks for Talk That Talk ‘s five key tracks: “We Found Love” One of two Calvin Harris collaborations (the other is the equally club-stomping “Where Have You Been”), “We Found Love” defines this era for the singer, whose album is heavily influenced by dance music and club culture. “WFL” is so big and infectious that it’s hard to ignore the strength of this track. “Cockiness” Perhaps the most swagged-out track on all of TTT, “Cockiness” is a no-holds-barred, full-throttle song. Produced by Bangladesh, Rihanna relays absolutely everything she wants her man to do once they manage to sneak away and get it on. Full of sirens, thumping beats, tempo changes and sampled noises, “Cockiness” is raunchy — the kind of raunchy you want to dance the night away to. “Talk That Talk” Joined by her mentor Jay-Z (who lyrically struts over this track like it’s still the “Umbrella” days), this Stargate-produced track is classic Rihanna. Big and hard with just enough brightness, it’s the type of song that can get played on both Urban and Top 40 stations. Where “Cockiness” was brazen, “Talk That Talk” allows the sex to live in a place that feels less NSFW. “Roc Me Out” Rarely is Rihanna vulnerable on this album, and rarely would that happen on an uptempo jam. On this Stargate track (the third of three), Rihanna displays her signature bravado, but hidden in there is one deep insight into who Ri is on the inside when she confesses, “Take a peek at the girl I hide/ I’ll let you in on a dirty secret/ I just wanna be loved.” “Watch n’ Learn” A sort of how-to guide, the playful Hit-Boy track “Watch n’ Learn” is all about Ri teaching her man how to love her just the right way. The lyrics are quite sassy, but the melody is just soft enough to make you forget that the track is actually kind of dirty. What’s your favorite Talk That Talk track? Tell us in the comments!

Mila Kunis Attends U.S. Marine Corps Ball

The U.S. Marine Corps motto, Semper Fidelis (often shortened to Semper Fi), translates to always faithful. Mila Kunis was faithful to promise she made when she attended a Marine Corps Ball in Greenville, N.C., on Friday with Sgt. Scott Moore. Moore famously asked her to the event this summer on YouTube: Mila Kunis Invited to Marine Corps Ball According to local news station WNCT, the 28-year-old actress arrived to the venue just before 2:30 p.m., where she was quickly whisked away from the media. Kunis made it to the Greenville Convention Center, where she and Moore “enjoyed the night,” Marine spokesperson Capt. Scott Sasser told Access Hollywood. “She’s going to get a chance to learn about the Marine Corps, and we’re all going to have a great time celebrating the Marine Corps birthday,” Sasser said. Moore asked Kunis out via YouTube after making a bet with a fellow Marine when he was serving his second combat deployment in Musa Qala, Afghanistan. He’s not kissing and telling about Friday, but “I always thought I had a chance, and sometimes, that’s all you need,” he said of asking out his famous date. The Friends With Benefits star wasn’t the only one star power to a Marine Corps Ball. Just one week prior, her co-star Justin Timberlake had “one of the most moving evenings” of his entire life at another Marine Corps Ball in Richmond, Va. Kristin Cavallari also attended one outside San Diego after being asked on Twitter.
