Chris Brown Is Driving His Neighbors Crazy

See the original post:

Chris Brown’s neighbors are complaining that the pop star is a horrible neighbor thanks to all of the loud music and constant stream of people coming in and out of his West Hollywood condo. “Chris Brown is a problematic tenant, to say the least,” a source tells RadarOnline . “He has his posse traipsing around until the late hours of the night, he’s loud and totally disrespectful of his neighbors.” The source says that Chris’ neighbors are professional-types who work during the day and need rest at night. “He’s driving the other tenants in the building crazy… It’s important to them to get some rest at night and that’s proving difficult with the noise that’s being generated.” “He just moved in around a month ago and he’s already received a warning. The tenants are just really worried – if he’s like this straight off the bat, they wonder if it’s going to get any worse.” RELATED: Chris Brown Buys $1.75 Million Condo RELATED: Chris Brown Dyes His Hair, Again! Minute Meditation: Prayer For A Good Day At Work

View original post here:

It is Monday. The hardest day of the week for many of us. Let’s try this week to make  Monday the hallmark in which we claim all that is good and great in life. This will be the week in which we reign victorious. We claim all these things in the name of the Divine.ake a moment a give yourself a huge stretch, and wake up. The first thing you want to do is say thank you for this day. Be thankful for the people in your life and that you woke up. We have so much to be thankful for, we don’t even realize it because of the daliy grindstone. Anyway, when you get ready in the bathroom, do the same thing as the night before, look at yourself in the mirror and say “I am going to have a great day, and nothing is going to get me down” I can do anything, with a smile!! Prayer for a Good Day Dear Lord,as I arise And bend my knee to pray I ask please place your guiding hand Upon this busy day All my yesterdays are said and done Tomorrow may never be But I give you full reign over this day To make the best of me May each little word I speak Be filtered through your love May all my thoughts be connected To the heavenly courts above And use my feet to take me To where you want me to be Guard my eyes that they would only See what you want me to see Give me a heart that longs to show Others the way back home And with these two hands help me Fashion glory for your throne From the great expanse of eternity One day is all I can borrow So help me Lord to take care of today And we’ll talk again tomorrow Amen May this week be great for you! Swedish House Mafia’s ‘One Night Stand’: A Behind-The-Scenes Look

Swedish House Mafia (file) Photo: Denise Truscello/WireImage In case you’ve missed it, they’re building a little something on the beach along 8th Street and Ocean Drive in Miami. No, that’s not an airplane hangar, although it could just as easily be one. We’re just one day away from putting our “Masks On” and joining the Swedish House Mafia as they present their highly anticipated “Masquerade Motel: One Night Stand,” a 10-hour mini festival featuring the likes of A-Trak, Armand Van Helden, Max Vangeli, AN21, Dirty South and Pete Tong, among others. Won’t be in Miami? Well, you’re in luck. MTV News was fortunate enough to get an inside look at the arena under construction when show director Christian Larson gave us a tour. “The ‘Masquerade Motel’ was a concept that was born in Ibiza in Spain, where the boys have their club night every summer,” he explained. “It’s sexy, it’s mysterious. It’s nighttime in Ibiza — it’s summer and it’s hot — and that’s what we’re bringing together in the concept now, because we think it really works for Miami.” Taking over a full three blocks of beachfront real estate in the sand, “One Night Stand” is both physically and technically one of the biggest events ever held in South Beach. “We’ve got about 110,000 watts of sound, just being loaded in right now, a whole lot of lighting, [and] about 700 square feet of HD video wall,” Larson said. “So there’s a lot of cool [things] to see!” But the fun doesn’t stop within the confines of the physical arena; the party will actually spill out onto another massive section of oceanfront sand, effectively doubling the overall footprint of the show. “There’s a huge area out there, there’s going to be tanning beds [and] misters and bars and food,” Larson said. There will also be plenty of bikini-clad fans of the international superstars, dancing the day away in the sand. Swedish House Mafia members Axwell, Ingrosso and Angello wouldn’t have it any other way. Being directly involved in the event’s most minute details from conception to completion, the creativity and originality of the Swedes permeate every square inch of their Miami masterpiece. “The guys always have so many ideas,” Larson said. “And they obviously have a lot of new music prepared for the show that they’re really excited to play to the crowd. They’re so involved in everything, from the dress code to the sunbathing area to what things should look like to the VIP [area] and the pyros. ‘We want more confetti! And more screens!’ “Steve was just here on the site and he said, ‘We should have four huge JumboTrons on the beach so people can see everything from the water!’ Larson continued with a laugh. “So we’re just going to make that happen, I guess!” While it hasn’t yet been confirmed whether the last-minute big screens will indeed be in place for what is sure to be thousands of curious onlookers, fans do have a chance to get their hands on tickets if they partake in a little scavenger hunt that the boys have arranged. Just find all the “keys” posted around Miami Beach and you could gain access to one of Miami Music Week’s most sought-after events! Jennifer Hudson Asks ‘Where You At?’ On ‘American Idol’

‘It feels good to be home!’ the ‘Idol’ alum exclaims after her performance. By Kara Warner Jennifer Hudson performs on “American Idol” Thursday Photo: FOX In the midst of the season’s most surprising results episode , “American Idol” alum Jennifer Hudson returned to the stage to perform the new single from her just-released album I Remember Me. After Ryan Seacrest proudly introduced J.Hud to the crowd, emphasizing the fact that the season-three contestant is the show’s only Oscar winner, Hudson took the stage to perform the ballad “Where You At?” Sporting a black dress with cut-outs at the shoulders accented with bits of gold, Hudson’s look was fresh, elegant and sophisticated, much like her performance of the song, which is filled with heartbreak and words of love lost. At the end of “Where You At?,” Hudson was warmly received by the enthusiastic audience. “It feels good to be home!” she exclaimed. One of the major highlights in Hudson’s performance, in addition to the song itself, was the sight of her fellow season-three contestant George Huff singing backup. Huff, who was as smiley as always, received a hearty round of applause as soon as Seacrest pointed him out to the crowd. Regarding Hudson’s new album , as well as her transformation — both mentally and physically — over the last couple of years, she recently told MTV News that she feels like a new person. “Oh my God! It’s like a new me. It’s like a new introduction of myself — for myself and to others as well — in every way, from image to music to everything,” she said. “And it’s like, in a way, for me, I’m rediscovering myself at the same time. I like the old me too … if I could just marry the two together, then I feel like I’m in good shape.” What did you think of Hudson’s new single? Let us know in the comments! Casey Abrams Saved On ‘American Idol’

Stefano Langone, Thia Megia join seeming front-runner in bottom three. By Gil Kaufman Casey Abrams Photo: FOX The thing about being a front-runner on “American Idol” is you never know when America’s voters are going to turn on you. Unlikely bearded sex symbol Casey Abrams learned that lesson the hard way on Thursday night (March 24) when he made a surprise visit to the bottom three. Actually, he was not only in the bottom three, he was the lowest vote-getter and, in the biggest surprise so far of the season, he had to sing for his supper to keep from being eliminated in one of the most chaotic finishes to an “Idol” results show in history. He ended up being bailed out by this season’s one and only judges’ save, but the scare was hopefully enough to teach all the remaining top 10 that nobody is immune this season. In fact, after two weeks of all-female bottom threes, on Thursday night’s show, not only did a male contestant almost go home, but the two bottom vote-getters were both boys, reversing the gender tide that had been building. In the end, it was Abrams on the chopping block. He began singing “I Don’t Need No Doctor,” the song that got him on the show in the audition round, but he had barely begun when Randy Jackson cut him off and asked for the musicians to stop. The tension filled the air as a confused Abrams looked around to see what he might have done wrong to anger the judges. “We were wondering when we heard the results, ‘Why is Casey at the bottom?’ We don’t know. You deserve to be here,” Jennifer Lopez explained, telling Abrams that when the judges heard the results, they knew immediately that they would pull the ripcord on the save. Casey, who has already taken two trips to the hospital to deal with a stomach ailment tied to stress, looked like he was going to be sick and was clearly overcome with confusion over the decision. “Are you kidding?” he said, visibly shaking as he went and embraced the judges, repeating the words, “I can’t believe it!” He fell to his knees as host Ryan Seacrest embraced him then raced out to hug his mother as the rest of the contestants welled up with tears at the emotional moment. “I thought that they … I knew if there was someone that got cut tonight … I thought they wouldn’t use the save,” Abrams stammered. “It’s unreal … I started singing and the fact that you cut it … scared the stuff out of me.” Lopez said when the judges heard the results they were confused and they knew they had to act. “We just want you to get back to the musician that you are,” she said. “No more antics … you deserve to be here.” Randy told Casey to cut out the growling and use his formidable skills and not lean on gimmicky tricks, such as his widely derided emo-funk take on Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” last week. What all the drama means is that two people will go home next week, but, as previously decided by producers, for the first time, 11 singers will go out on this summer’s tour. It was a wild cap to a night that never quite went the way many experts had predicted . Lauren Alaina, Pia Toscano and Scotty McCreery were the first trio brought out as Seacrest began building the bottom three early in the show. And, no surprise, all three made it into the top 10. The second group featured James Durbin and Paul McDonald, both of whom seemed like sure bets to make it through as well. And, of course, they were safe, though Durbin nearly had a heart attack when Seacrest called out the wrestling maniac’s hero, Hulk Hogan , to deliver the good news, as well as a smackdown to Seacrest. The third group was bound to feature at least one bottom-three dweller, but it was both Stefano Langone and teen Thia Megia who got the hook and headed to the cellar for the first time. There was more bad news when Abrams, Haley Reinhart and Naima Adedapo stepped up. When Ryan said he was sending someone back to safety, Naima pointed at Casey, assuming he was the one escaping the bottom, but she was shocked to get the pass herself. And then things went way off-track when season-long favorite Abrams was sent to the naughty stools for the first time in the finals after seemingly nailing “I Heard It Through the Grapevine.” the night before. Megia was the first one sent back to safety, and after three weeks in which the judges have shown him endless love, suddenly Abrams did not have as self-satisfied a look on his face and seemed like he was feeling the pressure of potential elimination. It was a roller coaster of a night, all right, one that began with the top 11 wearing contrasting black suits and white sparkly dresses for a group sing-along to “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.” But instead of the usual bland medley, none other than Motown legend Stevie Wonder came out to serenade them with his funky hit “Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours.” Wonder then called out judge Steven Tyler and serenaded him with “Happy Birthday” on the rocker’s 63rd birthday. The show also featured a performance of the country-pop ditty “Stuck Like Glue” by twangtastic duo Sugarland and a visit from season three “Idol” finalist and Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson , who performed the first single from her second album, I Remember Me, the funky, dramatic ballad “Where You At?” What do you think of the judges using their save on Casey? Jacob Lusk Gets His Groove Back On ‘American Idol’

Lusk’s command performance of Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell’s ‘You’re All I Need to Get By’ earns praise on Motown night. By Adam Graham Jacob Lusk performs on “American Idol” Wednesday Photo: FOX On Wednesday’s (March 23) Motown-themed episode of “American Idol,” there was Jacob Lusk, and then there was everyone else. The 23-year-old Compton, California, native stole the night with a stirring rendition of Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell’s 1968 smash “You’re All I Need to Get By,” and lived up to the promise he showed earlier this season when, during Hollywood Week, he wowed judges and audiences with his take on “God Bless the Child.” That earlier performance was immediately praised as one of the best in “Idol” history, and Lusk’s performance Wednesday may earn that designation as well. By no means a subtle singer — as his performances in past weeks have demonstrated — Lusk was able to control the song, never drowning it in over-the-top vocal gymnastics or “fireworks,” as Jimmy Iovine described them in a video package on Wednesday’s show. Instead, he showed total mastery of the tune, experimenting with his vocal phrasing and playing with his facial expressions like Jim Carrey at his most rubber-faced. With an assist on bass from Funk Brother Bob Babbitt, Lusk, looking dapper in a white sportcoat and jeans, was the most comfortable onstage he’s been all season, and like Adam Lambert did during Motown week back in season eight, he pulled apart from the rest of the pack with his performance. Steven Tyler was so moved he walked onstage and embraced Lusk just as he hit his final note. A pan of the audience showed Kirsten Dunst was on her feet and cheering Lusk, as well. The judges, who gave Lusk a standing ovation, were effusive in their praise. Jennifer Lopez complimented the way Lusk held back in the song, saying he made the audience “beg” for the big notes. Referring to Motown’s founder, Randy Jackson said, “the great Berry Gordy is somewhere saying, ‘Oh my God!’ ” He went on to say Lusk commanded the song “like a true professional,” before offering the following critique: “You know what was wrong with that performance, guys? Absolutely nothing!” The judges weren’t the only ones who were moved: Lusk’s grandmother was in the audience, and the singer stepped off the stage to give her a big ol’ hug. After that embrace, Ryan Seacrest made the unprecedented move to invite members of the audience onstage to wrap their arms around Lusk, and more than a dozen fans made their way onto the stage to offer their praise. Prior to performing, Iovine said there was nobody in the competition more suited to sing Motown songs than Lusk. Lusk proved him right, and suddenly he’s back to being in the “Idol” power position. What did you think of Jacob Lusk’s performance? Let us know in the comments!
