Kim Kardashian is enjoying her first Mothers Day as a mother. The former Ray J sex tape star included a new photo of herself and daughter North West online today and included with it the following message: “This little girl has changed my world in more ways than I ever could have imagined! Being a mom is the most rewarding feeling in the world! Happy Mothers Day to all of the moms out there!” Kanye West, of course, is responsible for the adorable tyke in Kim’s arms – and he’s also responsible for a rather impressive Mothers Day gift. “I woke up to a wall of roses, hydrangeas and peonies!!! I have the best fiancé in the world! I love you so much baby!!!! #HappyMothersDay,” Kardashian captioned the following image. Kim and Kanye are scheduled to be married May 24 in Paris. Vogue Creative Director Grace Coddington, meanwhile, reiterates that Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour decided to feature Kim and Kanye on her own, with no pressure from the rapper (as earlier rumored) – and that Coddington was all for the shoot. “I do think Kim Kardashian represents this moment in our culture,” Coddington says. “I’m fascinated by her, in the same way I’m fascinated by the people I see on the street or the subway.” We guess that’s sort of a compliment. As for how the pictorial actually went? “It was fun. [Kim] is very professional. Conversely, the reality star appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers last night and took pride in all the records she and Kanye West set by posing for the latest issue of Vogue. “Kanye’s the first rapper, I’m the first reality star, we’re the first interracial couple,” she said of all the firsts this pictorial represents. Meyers, meanwhile, asked his guest about keeping the Vogue photoshoot a surprise , even from Kim’s sisters. “They were a little suspicious,” Kim said of Khloe, Kourtney and company. “But I just said Kanye was shooting something at my mom’s house and it was really private, and just kind of blamed it on him.” Kardashian also discussed her May 24 wedding, how West is very “involved” with its planning, and how Keeping Up With The Kardashians is a “lot of work.” Which we can see. The Kim Kardashian-Kanye West Vogue cover continues to be a topic of discussion worldwide. People really cannot wrap their head around the fact that a reality star would ever be featured on so esteemed a fashion magazine. (Nevermind the fact that Kim and Kanye both have fashion lines…) The latest to sound off? Naomi Campbell. But she’s a little more diplomatic and reserved in her response than Sarah Michelle Gellar was on Twitter when she threatened to cancel her subscription to the magazine. Naomi Campbell Unamused by Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Vogue Cover When asked about the KimYe cover, Naomi Campbell declined to respond, eventually saying “I’m a fashion model and I’ve been working for 28 years.” “When you get a Vogue cover, it’s a build in your career…. a stepping stone to achieve that.” That wasn’t a good enough answer for the hosts of Australia’s The Morning Show. They went on to ask “Kim and Kanye haven’t earned the right to be on the cover of Vogue ?” “Those are your words, not mine. I’m being politically correct,” Campbell replied. Campbell has graced the cover of Vogue 5 times in her storied, 28-year modeling career. She knows a thing or two about the fashion world and that magazine in particular. (And whacking assistants in the head with cell phones, but that’s another story for another day…) The media firestorm surrounding the Vogue cover has been both hilarious and disheartening. Seth Rogen and James Franco’s spoof cover wins in the hilarity column. Anna Wintour, the magazine’s editor, wrote a public letter stating that Kanye West did not pay or beg Wintour to put his fiance’ on the cover of the magazine. They are also interviewed by the fashion magazine, with Kim admitting that she likes to have fun with daughter North West and her father’s wardrobe. “I take pictures of her all the time and dress her up,” Kim says . “I put Kanye’s big chains around her, and I put a little Louis bag and some Jordans, and I was like, ‘What up, Daddy?'” That’s… cute?
