Lil Wayne Says He Is A Better Rapper Than Drake Apparently Meek Mill isn’t the only rapper who thinks he can take Drake. .. Wayne recently maintained that he is still nicer than Drizzy in an interview with Cari Champion. BET via Cari Champion’s Be Honest podcast: Drake came up when Champion asked Wayne about discovering the Canadian rapper. The YMCMB co-sign gave Drake “confidence” after getting “shunned by a lot of people,” he explained. He also encouraged Drizzy to stick to his signature sound. “I was the one to tell him: ‘Don’t change anything,’” Wayne continued. “Don’t think ‘cuz you coming over here by me you gotta start rapping about the things I rap about, don’t do none of that. Please rap about your little TV show, whatever you wanna rap about. Rap about girls…that’s what you’re good at.’” October’s Own took his advice to “keep it Canadian,” and it turned him into one of the biggest acts around. That doesn’t mean he’s better than his boss though. When asked who’s the better rapper Wayne replied with a laugh: “Man, I annihilate that guy.” Of course he maintained that there is no real beef here… But there has to be some level of realness to the jokes though, riiiiight? What do you think? Does Weezy have it over Drake — or nah?

James Blake: Video of Mistaken Identity Arrest Released! Shocking!

Earlier this week, former tennis star James Blake was arrested in NYC while standing outside of his hotel and waiting for a ride to take him to the US Open. It turned out to be a case of mistaken identity, aw police say Blake resembles a suspect in an identity theft ring. Blake has stated that he does not believe race was a factor, and he's accepted the NYPD's explanation for the incident. However, the 35-year-old has stated that he wants video of the incident to be released to the public so that all can see just how violent the officer's actions truly were. That video went public today, and it is now clear that Blake was certainly not exaggerating. The security camera footage shows the officer violently slamming Blake to the ground despite the fact that Blake shows no signs of resistance. Thus far, only minor disciplinary actions have been taken against the arresting officer, but many are hoping this video will change that.

Tracy Morgan Receives $90 MILLION Settlement From Wal-Mart?!

Back in June of 2014,  Tracy Morgan was involved in a car wreck that claimed the life of his best friend and nearly paralyzed the beloved comedian. Obviously, no financial compensation can make up for that kind of loss and trauma, but Wal-Mart (the corporation that owned the truck that struck Morgan's tour bus) certainly tried it's best to do exactly that. While appearing on NYC radio show The Breakfast Club this morning, fellow comic Damon Wayans revealed that Morgan received a whopping $90 million settlement from the retail giant. Wal-Mart's negligence was clear from the start, and it was widely reported that their driver had been awake 24 hours at the time of the crash. Still, $90 million is a surprising amount of cash that serves a nice silver lining to a horribly black cloud. Morgan married Megan Wollover  last month, and the couple recently purchased a $14 million homr in New Jersey.
