Dr. Conrad Murray is – again – proclaiming innocence when it comes to the death of Michael Jackson, telling Today in a phone interview that he’s not to blame. Murray also says he hopes to practice medicine again some day. Even if he can legally pull that off, we can’t exactly envision the patients lining up … Conrad Murray on Today Speaking with the NBC morning show, Murray did say that he’s sorry Michael Jackson died, but he still says he is in no way responsible for his death. Murray is sticking to his story, which did not play well with a jury in his manslaughter trial, that Michael Jackson killed himself with a fatal dose of Propofol. Conrad is also potentially a key figure in the MJ wrongful death suit , though he has insisted he wants no part of that when it comes to either side. The doc, who’s serving a four-year prison term, says he did not appeal it to shorten his sentence – though he would no doubt take it – but for another reason: So he can restore his medical license and see patients again. Again … we’re all for second chances and all, but … no.

NBC has announced a few huge names that will grace the Saturday Night Live stage next month. On May 11, Kristen Wiig – who left the show in 2012 – will take over hosting duties, with Vampire Weekend serving as musical guest. Then, on the May 18 season finale, Ben Affleck will take the hosting reins and rapper/ Kim Kardashian Baby Daddy Kanye West will provide the tunes. Might a certain large-breasted reality star stop by for a cameo?!? We can only hope.

In true idiot fashion, Limbaugh took to his nationally syndicated radio show to voice his douche-bag opinion that the media coverage of the bombing suspect mirrors that of the media portrayal of slain teenager Trayvon Martin. via Think Progress Conservative radio prognosticator Rush Limbaugh used his nationally syndicated show on Tuesday to try and tie Dzhakar Tsarnaev, the captured suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings last week, to murdered teenager Trayvon Martin. Last March, weeks after 17-year-old Martin was shot and killed, Limbaugh and the rest of the conservative echo chamber spent a considerable amount of time attacking Martin’s character and pushing back against a widely circulated photograph of the teen, claiming that the media was trying to gin up sympathy for the murdered boy. On Tuesday, Limbaugh compared the media’s portrayal of Trayvon to the treatment of the captured Tsarnaev, citing the media’s use of slightly outdated photographs in both instances: He said that showing images of Tsarnaev at 14-years-old is an effort to humanize him and frame him as a “normal” or “mixed-up kid,” rather than an accused murder[er] and terrorist. ‘The news media are doing to Dzhokhar what they did to Trayvon Martin,” Limbaugh observed. “They’re regularly showing a photo of Dzhokhar that was taken when he was about 14. Soft, angelic, nice little boy. Harmless. Cute. Big, loveable eyes.” “Not at all what he looks like today,” Limbaugh added. “The way, when we’re shown Osama bin Laden, it’s in his shepherd pose with his walking stick, walking through the mountains or whatever.” It’s so interesting how this guy is so quick to point out alleged “similarities” between minorities who are accused of violence but makes no mention of similar media portrayal when the suspects in question are white (see: Sandy Hook gunman Adam Lanza , Batman Massacre gunman James Holmes,etc.) And by “so interesting,” we mean blatantly racist. I think it’ s great what Affinity is doing for African-American filmmakers. I support anybody who supports us. The couple, who first tied the knot nearly five years ago, on April 20, 2008, wore white for the happy occasion — and had their guests follow suit. The pair have a young on, 21-month-old Cree, together. “Cree was my motivation and inspiration to renew our vows,” Mowry told Us Weekly. “Cory and I have been together for 13 years and married for five. However, we now have this new miracle in our lives and I wanted to celebrate our love, and what our love together created — Cree!” The small ceremony — which only consisted of 20 or so guests — was “magical, intimate and beautiful,” Mowry added. Twin sister Tamera and 5-month-old son Aden (with husband Adam Houseley) were also on-hand to celebrate with the couple. Mowry, 34, has previously spoken out about her love for her little tot, telling Us last June that “time has definitely flung by.” “Cree is almost 1 and time has definitely flung by,” she told Us during a visit to Us Weekly’s NYC offices. “I’m like, ‘Whoa, where has the time gone? He’s not this tiny little newborn anymore!’” “And I’m already missing that stage.
