One night when I got home from school I got a call from my friend Eliora. She was like, “Kayla! Justin is in NYC tonight for Fashion Night Out!” I immediately jumped on the next train to the city to meet her. We took a taxi down to where the stores were, that were having events. We had heard earlier in the day that Justin was going to be at Dolce & Gabbana but we were not sure if he was going to be there that night. We decided to go into a bunch of stores just to check if he was in any of them. We asked various people if they knew where he was that night and no one seemed to know. We finally made it down to the block of Dolce & Gabbana. We saw a group of people in the front of the store taking pictures. We walked over and saw Ashley Benson. Our first reaction was, OMG she is going out with Ryan Good. We took a picture with her and started to walk around the bend looking for Justin. As we turned the corner, we saw Ryan Good, as in Justin’s swag coach! We went absolutely CRAZY. We took a picture with him then asked where Justin was. He told us he had just left, pointing down the block. We saw his car driving away. We were a little bummed out but still happy we got to see Ryan. Now that we knew Justin had left, we did not know what to do. We stood there for a while then overheard Ryan say to Ashely that Allison was waiting by the car. We immediately freaked out and knew that he was talking about Allison Kaye. We turned the corner once again and see Allison. We once again, went CRAZY! We asked her for a picture as well and she said sure. We talked to her a bit until we saw a few girls taking a picture with someone in the corner of our eye. We turn to our left and Scooter is standing there. We could not believe it. We tapped Scooter on the back and told him how much we loved him. He thanked us but unfortunately, he was in such a rush that he apologized and told us he had no time for a picture with us. They all got in the car and waved to us as they were leaving. This was one of the best nights ever! Although we were unable to meet Justin, it was amazing to meet his crew, the people that help make Justin be the best he can be. Rihanna on Single Life: It Sucks!

In the wake of rumors that Chris Brown and Rihanna are hooking up and close to full-on reconciling, Rihanna has admitted that she’s not a fan of flying solo. “Single life is so overrated,” she said on Britain’s The Jonathan Ross Show . “It sucks. I have such incredible experiences in my life. You don’t want to live your life and then meet someone. You want to share your life with someone.” “That’s what I’m missing right now.” Though she insisted that she’s “not looking,” she’d “love to date somebody cool, fun, funny.” Possibly named Chris Brown? She did not name names. In any case, she’ll likely have a number of suitors to choose from. The 24-year-old pop star had to fight off all sorts of male attention during her most recent trip to London, where she partied for four days straight. A source inside Aura nightclub said, “Rihanna came in last Sunday and a stockbroker spent [$105,000] on champagne just so he could meet her.” Friggin 1 percenters. Rihanna said she’s found solace in another unlucky in love star: Adele . She confessed to attending the Brit Awards “just to stalk” the UK singer. “I saw her at the Grammys and I love her,” Rihanna told Ross about the British superstar. “I’m a big fan. … Her last album, 21, spoke to me so much.” “It was so personal to her, but I feel like everyone in the world identified with it, to the point that I had to stop listening because it was depressing me so much.” “If you identify with it, sometimes you don’t want to hear about it.” And sometimes it wins six Grammys. Ben Flajnik on The Bachelor: WORST Experience Ever!

Ben Flajnik proposes to either Courtney Robertson or Lindzi Cox on the March 12 season finale of The Bachelor, to be followed by the After the Final Rose special. Not a moment too soon for the star, who has been miserable throughout the filming and aftermath of the hit show and reportedly hated his reality TV experience. According to sources, Ben taped the Women Tell All episode and was taken aback by all the bitterness, and overheard griping about the show during the taping. “Ben was talking to the producers and when they asked if he would do the show again he said ‘No way! This was the worst experience of my life,’” an insider said . According to the source, Ben wasn’t acting like a happy guy who is engaged to the love of his life (read our Bachelor spoilers page to learn who we think that is). “He wasn’t animated or excited and the insider said it is because he totally regrets going on the show,” the source said. “Ben couldn’t hide how miserable he was.” “Everyone could see that he wasn’t happy.” Ben Flajnik wasn’t the only person there in a bad mood. Courtney Robertson, the only finalist to go on ATFR in recent memory, was just as miserable looking. “Courtney was complaining and moaning ‘Can we stop this now?’ She was annoyed that the women were picking on her and the process was taking so long.” “A producer had to remind her ‘You’re doing this for you and Ben.’ She agreed but was rolling her eyes the whole time; she just couldn’t wait to get out of there.” ATFR airs Monday, with the finale a week later. On the show Ben has narrowed his choices down to Lindzi and Courtney for the final rose ceremony March 12. Only one of those two has been seen wedding dress shopping , but from his attitude at the recent taping, it doesn’t seem like Ben is happily in love right now. Looking skinny and sounding as great as ever, Mariah Carey took to the stage in New York City last night for the first time since giving birth 10 months ago. “Do you love them babies?” she asked the crowd at one point of Moroccan and Monroe . “I really wanted to bring them here tonight, but Monroe is sometimes shy and takes a while to warm up to an audience. Rock and roll! Nah, but it’s late. ” Shoot the dog .” In the vein of powerhouse Aussie import Animal Kingdom comes The Snowtown Murders , a chilling thriller based on the true story of charismatic charmer and sociopathic serial killer John Bunting, who led a band of criminals in South Australia as they kidnapped, robbed, terrorized, and murdered victims from their own community during the ’90s. Get a glimpse of the masterful manipulation skills that helped Bunting earn the notorious title of Australia’s worst serial killer in Movieline’s riveting exclusive clip, featuring Daniel Henshall as Bunting and Lucas Pittaway as his emotionally vulnerable protege — tasked here with proving himself by committing a heinous act at Bunting’s behest. In her review of the film , Movieline’s own Alison Willmore described Henshall’s Bunting as “an unassuming monster,” and as you can see in the clip below Henshall is wonderfully, and chillingly, unsettling. Director Justin Kurzel’s slow-burn pic introduces the notorious killer as a do-gooder savior who steps in to pull an ailing Australian community up by its bootstraps, drawing his group of brethren deeper and deeper into adopting and, frequently, aiding in his own ultraviolent tendencies; by the time the most heinous atrocities have been committed, it can at least be understood just how these neighbors and friends had fallen under Bunting’s destructive spell in the first place. First screened at the Cannes Film Festival (where it won the FIPRESCI Prize — special mention) as Snowtown , The Snowtown Murders is quite an unsettling but powerful watch, but is worth seeing especially if you’re curious about the so-called Australian New Wave. MTV News’ Christina Garibaldi hit the streets of NYC to find out, visiting some of the Big Apple’s most exclusive big-name retailers to find the pop prince the perfect birthday gift. Anyone who’s seen MTV’s classic “Cribs” knows that the rich and famous love cars, and “the more the merrier” seems to be the motto when it comes to filling your garage with sweet rides. Biebs already has a Ferrari and a Cadillac Batmobile, so what more does he need? Paul at Manhattan Motorcars thinks he’s got just the ticket: the redesigned 2012 Bentley Continental GTC. “Very sporty car, definitely aimed at a younger buyer,” Paul told MTV News. “Completely hand-built, handcrafted in England. Just a blast to drive.” With a new ride lined up, Bieber’s going to need a new pair of shades to keep the sun out of his precious peepers while he’s cruising around Hollywood. For those, MTV visited Jordan Silver at Silver Lining Opticians. “Some of the most amazing pieces I think Justin might like are Persol, Ray-Ban and some of the brands that did car collaborations in the ’80s,” Silver said. “One we just got in is by Maserati. It’s a shield with three sets of lenses, interchangeable, and two sets of temples so that when you’re traveling at high speeds you might need the extra protection of the cable temple.” The cost? A cool $1,200. But that’s pocket change to Bieber’s pals like Lil Wayne , who hit the recording studio with the “Baby” singer last month. If Bieber’s girl Selena Gomez is feeling sentimental about the dog they recently adopted, she could hit up Trax NYC for an $18,000 23-carat bulldog pendant. “Got some pink diamonds in the eyes. Yellow diamonds, black diamonds, all hand-set,” Trax’s Paul Mazza told MTV News. For an even pricier gift, Christina checked out some of Trax’s blinged-out watches. “If you look at it right here, there’s a lot of diamonds,” Mazza said, showing off a $20,000 watch featuring 35 carats in diamonds. “This is something that definitely garners a lot of attention. … Got one for every day of the week, different colors. Ben Flajnik: Cheating on Bachelor Fiancee?

Everyone is just assuming Courtney Robertson wins The Bachelor. Heck, Us Weekly ‘s new cover story blatantly states that Ben Flajnik proposed to the model – a claim that we won’t find out for sure until Monday, March 12. The Bachelor spoilers have a lot to say on that very subject, but because they have been wrong before, you have to treat this as what it is: Pure speculation. Not that it’s hard to believe. According to Us, Flajnik gets down on one knee on the season finale, but has since soured on his final rose recipient/fiancee. The celebrity news magazine claims that: Ben was “caught” with three girls in one weekend … which likely means he was hanging out with other women and photographed with them. Seeing that Ben’s unable to go near Courtney (or Lindzi Cox ), that’s not a shock. He’s embarrassed by Courtney Robertson (that part we can believe, given that he’s gotten to watch the entire season of The Bachelor along with us). Courtney cries on the Women Tell All special (that too). Us ‘ new issue, out today, will surely reveal more vague, unsourced details of his alleged transgressions, but until then, tell us: Who you THINK he SHOULD pick?

Target Yanks Controversial Whitney Houston Card from Shelves

Oops! Target’s bad! The company has issued a statement and taken steps to rectify an embarrassing situation that stems from a greeting card (below) that’s been sitting on its shelves for the past few months and which reads: Next time you think of dating the bad boy, consider Whitney Houston. “The card was in our stores prior to Ms. Houston’s death. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we began the process of removing the card from all applicable stores,” the chain told TMZ in response to the controversy. Somewhere, Bobby Brown is stewing that this card even exists – and then thinking of a way to profit himself off it. Is this the right move? Should Target take away the cards?

The first trailer for Piranha 3DD has been released and boy, it lives up to expectations. Which were extremely low, but still! Remember what we’re talking about. When you name a film Piranha 3DD , you are talking about 3-D boobs. In the title. And that means, well, you’re going for the lowest common denominator. The Piranha sequel stars Danielle Panabaker, Matt Bush, Ving Rhames, Christopher Lloyd, David Hasselhoff (sporting a familiar red outfit) and John Gulager. This time, the action moves from the sea to a water park as the sharp-toothed fish just go to down on unsuspecting civilians. Scantily-clad ones, of course.
