The rumors were true, and the occasion joyous. After a series of breakups and makeups, Justin Timberlake is engaged to Jessica Biel . The couple of four and a half years will soon walk down the aisle. Timberlake, a six-time Grammy winner, popped the question to the New Year’s Eve actress last month. The setting was picturesque Jackson, Wyoming. In typical fashion – the couple is notorious private and rarely even photographed together – it took weeks for news of the proposal to be confirmed. Think Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel will last? We’d bet on it . “Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place for many different reasons,” one insider explains . After a brief three-month split in 2011, Biel made it clear that she wanted to spend her life with Timberlake, who apparently felt the same way. “When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step,” says the source, adding that he’s “never been happier” with Jessica. “He knew it was the right time to propose.” Congratulations to the happy couple! New Year’s Eve stars every big name in Hollywood. We’re not kidding: Lea Michele, Josh Duhamel, Ryan Seacrest, Michelle Pfeiffer, Katherine Heigl, Hilary Swank. Seriously, check out the New Year’s Eve trailer now. So the Los Angeles premiere of the romantic comedy was an especially hot ticket last night, in more ways than one. Two of the studliest actors in the film, Ashton Kutcher and Zac Efron, are featured below in the latest edition of a THG Fashion Face-Off. And what did the professional celebrity dress as for the occasion? Poison Ivy, the Batman villain once portrayed on screen by Uma Thurman. All it was took was high heels, a cleavage-baring top and… wait, how is this any different than her usual red carpet outfits? The party benefited a number of charities, with all cover charges going to causes that include… just kidding! Kim simply banked another six-figure payday for showing off her breasts. The Simpson clan were spotted celebrating over the weekend. With reports that Eric Johnson has made Jessica Simpson pregnant , we wonder what the occasion was! She’s totes knocked up, let’s be real here. Guests of the Santa Monica get-together include Jessica herself, fellow fertile sibling Ashlee and their proud mother Tina Simpson. Jess got gifts, as you can see. Ashlee was seen on hand along with her adorable son Bronx, while Jess carried her possibly baby under her loose fitting clothes with objects in front of her. Standard. Jessica has yet to announce her pregnancy to the world, but has tellingly not denied the reports that she is with child. Zsa Zsa Gabor Rushed to Hospital, Prognosis "Not Good"

Zsa Zsa Gabor has been hospitalized once again. The 94-year old actress lost consciousness at her Bel-Air home Saturday morning, according to husband Frederic von Anhalt, who says his wife has been struggling with a high fever and has been bleeding from a tube in her stomach. “It doesn’t look good,” von Anhalt tells E! News. Sadly, Gabor has made numerous trips to the hospital since breaking her hip in 2010. She fell into a coma in May and had her right leg amputated in January due to gangrene. [Photo: WENN.com]

Miley Cyrus Makes a Difference in Haiti

Bravo, Miley Cyrus. The singer recently returned from a trip to Haiti with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, where she helped that organization hand out hundreds of hearing aids to those still devastated by last year’s earthquake. Miley Cyrus Helps in Haiti “This second mission to Haiti was just as impactful to me as the first one,” said Cyrus. “I grew up around music and couldn’t imagine what it would be like for my siblings and me, if we couldn’t hear the magic of music. It’s had such an influence on my life, that I just want everyone to enjoy sound as it was intended.” Impressive stuff, Miley. This sort of thing goes a long way toward helping the artist prove she is not a bad girl .
