As has become customary at awards ceremony, Jennifer Lawrence pretty much owns the Golden Globes on Sunday night. She won Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture. She photobombed Taylor Swift on the red carpet. And she kissed boyfriend Nicholas Hoult after American Hustle took home a major award, a smooch that has taken the Internet by storm for some reason. Nicholas Hoult and Jennifer Lawrence Kiss!!! It was confirmed back in August that Lawrence and Hoult were together again . But Lawrence has reached such levels of fame and popularity that folks went crazy over the following peck on the lips: The stars met while filming X Men: First Class and broke up for a short time in early 2013. But the occupational gods brought them back together on the set of X Men: Days of Future Past, where insiders confirm the romantic spark was reignited. It now appears to be going strong, as Lawrence flew to London to ring in 2014 with her British boyfriend. The year is clearly off to a great start for the couple. Let’s all hope Nicholas Hoult knows just how very, very lucky he is.

With the economy as bad as it is, even having a college degree isn’t enough to get by… College graduates with student loans owed an average of $25,250 in 2010, an all-time high and a 5 percent increase, according to a recent report. What makes matters worse is that students graduating in 2010 faced unemployment of 9.1 percent, the highest annual rate on record, according to the Project on Student Debt’s report. Given the grim figures facing college graduates, 24/7 Wall St. reviewed wage data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to identify the seven occupations that require at least a college degree and pay the least. Jobs that pay poorly and require a college degree or higher have at least one thing in common: the wrong industry. Some industries, including those in mental health, academic research, the arts and publishing tend to pay poorly. The entry level jobs in these fields and on this list do not pay well. Reporters starting out make less than $20,000 per year. Many of the people employed in the jobs on our list will have a hard time paying off their student loans. The occupations on the list earn less than $40,000 annually. In every case, jobs paid far less to start. A quarter of the people employed as survey researchers, for example, earn less than $24,000 annually. 24/7 Wall St. examined wage data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Occupational Employment Statistics Database, to identify the major occupations that make less than $40,000 annually. BLS’s Occupational Outlook Handbook was used to identify educational requirements and long-term job prospects. O*Net Online, an independent career research and advisory site, was used to determine the percentage of people in each occupation with a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD. The seven occupations on our list required a bachelor’s degree or more from most employers. Our best suggestion for those going about to go to college would be to pick a major that you’re passionate about with the understanding that it may be tough for a few years while you attempt to move up past entry level. U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration slaps musical with three citations. By Shawn Adler “Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark” Photo: Don Emmert/ AFP He’s been hunted by the Green Goblin, The Lizard, and Venom, but the webbed avenger just got challenged by what might be his most powerful foe yet: The U.S. government. Already plagued by problems ranging from delays , to rewrites to actor injuries , the Julie Taymor directed musical “Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark” and its production company, 8 Legged Productions LLC, have been issued three citations for violations of workplace safety standards by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), according to a report in The New York Times . The beleaguered musical, which has reportedly cost upwards of $65 million to finance, faces a proposed fine of $12,600. The citations were issued in response to injuries to four separate actors, sustained during performances beginning in September 2010. Most notable among these injuries was a November 28 incident in which cast member Natalie Mendozaand suffered a concussion and a December 20 incident in which Christopher Tierney, the actor portraying Spider-Man himself, fell into the orchestra pit and suffered a fractured skull and our broken ribs among other injuries. “‘Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark'” remains in compliance with all government agencies and continues to adhere to all safety protocols,” Rick Miramontez, a spokesman for the production said in a statement. The citations, which come on the heels of two violations issued by The New York State Department of Labor, are the latest in a long line of troubles for the musical, the sum total of which prompted Taymor to recently describe the production as a “trial by fire.” “I am in the crucible right now. It is my trial by fire. It’s my company’s trial by fire. We have survived because our theme song is ‘Rise Above,'” Taymor said during the TED2011 conference in Long Beach, California. “Anyone who creates knows when it’s not quite there. Where it hasn’t quite become the phoenix or the burnt char. And I am right there.” The production company has 15 business days to contest the violations. Barring any more problems, “Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark,” with music by Bono and The Edge, is set to premier March 15.
