Men be careful who you lay down with. Woman Stabs Boyfriend For Cheating When will women learn to move on to some new peen instead of getting violent and locked up? According to NY Daily News: A Georgia woman found out her boyfriend was cheating on her — so she stabbed him. Randi Marie Houser, 30, of Athens, was charged with aggravated assault by the Athens-Clarke County police for allegedly stabbing her 30-year-old boyfriend, according to OnlineAthens.com. The stabbing occurred after the boyfriend, who was not identified, asked Houser for a ride to work, but Houser did not want to get out of bed. He then pulled the blanket back and Houser attacked him, saying he could call “one of his other women,” the outlet reported. She then drove him to the hospital instead to treat internal injuries. The victim told medical staff he was injured by a piece of glass on the floor, but after Houser admitted to the stabbing to police he said she had recently caught him cheating. The boyfriend suffered internal injuries near his lung, the website reported. You know you’re crazy when you stab a person with one hand and use the other to drive them to the hospital. Something smells a little fishy. Woman Shoots Husband After Mistaking Him For Intruder If her husband was trying to open their car, wouldn’t she be able to see his face and know it was not an intruder? According to AZ Family: A San Tan Valley woman was arrested after authorities said she shot her husband. The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from Melisah Havens, 34, at approximately 8:30 p.m. Friday. She reported that she had just shot her husband because she thought he was an intruder breaking into their vehicle, which was parked outside of their residence. PCSO spokesman Tim Gaffney said deputies arrived and heard Havens screaming, “Help me, help me.” She was kneeling over her 35-year-old husband, who was lying facedown in the driveway. He had been shot twice with a shotgun, once in the chest and once in his right hand. Deputies found three children, ages 12, 10 and 2, sitting on the couch inside the home. They also located a pump shotgun in the master bedroom closet. “Melisah told detectives she shot her husband because she thought he was going to burglarize her vehicle,” Sheriff Paul Babeu said. “She also said that he had taken her keys and was going to get milk. Melisah declined to provide any additional information after making these statements.” The victim was transported to a Phoenix trauma hospital where he underwent surgery. He is currently listed in critical but stable condition. Once he is able to speak, detectives will interview him to try and learn more about what occurred. Babeu said his office has responded to prior domestic violence calls at the residence. Havens was booked into the Pinal County Jail for one count of domestic violence/aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The three children were turned over to Child Protective Services. Teenager Expelled From Texas High School After Reporting Rape To Administrators Via NYDailyNews When Rachel Bradshaw-Bean told teachers she was raped in her Texas high school’s band room, she was promptly kicked out of school for “public lewdness,” the now 20-year-old said. That was three years ago, but experts say schools still aren’t doing a good enough job protecting students from rape and hearing their stories when victims do come forward. “High schools across the nation are failing to live up to their responsibility to address sexual assault and harassment,” Neena Chaudhry, an attorney for the National Women’s Law Center, a Washington, D.C. nonprofit, told NBC News. “There’s no excuse.” Listen to THIS bullisht… In 2010, Bradshaw-Bean was a 17-year-old senior at Henderson High School, waiting for Key Club to start, when she says a boy, a junior, attacked her in the band room. “I was crying. I pulled my pants up and went to the bathroom to clean myself up,” she told NBC News of the incident. Bradshaw-Bean immediately told an assistant band director, who told her to “work it out with the boy,” she said. She and her family fought the school for not taking action, but Bradshaw-Bean was eventually kicked out and sent to a school for students with discipline problems, along with her accused rapist. “I don’t want anyone else to have to go through what I did,” she told NBC News, explaining how the school made her feel like a “criminal” for reporting rape. Experts suggest schools simply don’t know what policies to follow when it comes to sexual violence. The Department of Education periodically issues letters to schools to remind officials about Title IX, a federal law that prohibits sex discrimination in education. But this year, the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights has received 59 complaints related to violations of the law, up from 33 in 2012, according to NBC News. Teacher Arrested For Having Sex With Former Student These pervs deserve to possibly becoming someone’s bald-headed beyotch in jail. According to Deseret News: A Davis High School teacher was charged Tuesday with having sex on multiple occasions with a former student. Brianne Land Altice, 34, was charged in Farmington’s 2nd District Court with three counts of rape, a first-degree felony. A boy told police that between Jan. 1 and Sept. 30, when he was between 16 and 17 years old, he had sexual intercourse with Altice on three different occasions, according to charging documents. Altice was believed to have had sex with a 17-year-old on many occasions, including at her South Weber home and at a park, a Davis County Jail report states. The teen was allegedly able to accurately describe the layout of Altice’s home to detectives as well as tattoos on her body. The Davis County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday there were still “pending investigations” ongoing that involved other potential victims. Altice was placed on administrative leave by the school district in October pending the outcome of an investigation. SMH.

Poor baby. Man Abandons Baby At Gas Station He wrapped the innocent baby up in newspaper and threw her away like garbage. How cruel. According to My Fox Orlando: The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident in which a newborn was found abandoned at a DeBary, Fla., gas station. The baby girl was discovered unclothed and wrapped in newspaper at the front door of the DeBary Food Mart on South Charles R. Beall Blvd. A man who was in the area said he heard the baby’s cries, then picked her up and found a towel to wrap her in before flagging down a newspaper deliveryman who called 911 around 2:22 a.m. The man who first found the baby has now been identified as Ralph Garlick, Jr. and has been arrested on charges of knowingly giving false information to law enforcement during an investigation. Police say that although Garlick is not the father, the baby belongs to his girlfriend. She gave birth to the baby early Monday morning at an apartment complex in Orange City. Garlick said that he was trying to bring the baby to a safe location because his girlfriend didn’t want to keep it. The mother has been located and is currently at a hospital being examined. Charges may be filed against her as well. When deputies arrived at the scene this morning the newborn had the umbilical cord still attached. The cord appeared to have been tied off with a shoe string. Garlick initially identified himself to deputies as Charles Garlick, using the name of his dead brother. After questioning by Sheriff’s investigators, Garlick admitted lying to deputies about his name and the circumstances of Monday morning’s incident. The baby was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando and doctors say the baby appears to be in good condition. Thank God the baby survived. Volusia County Sheriff’s Office

Gone far too soon. Paul Walker has reportedly been killed in a car accident. According to TMZ reports Paul Walker — best known for his role in “The Fast and the Furious” movies — died Saturday afternoon after a single-car accident and explosion in Southern California … TMZ has learned. The accident happened in Santa Clarita — north of Los Angeles — and according to multiple sources connected to Paul … the actor was in a Porsche when the driver somehow lost control and slammed into a post or a tree … and then the car burst into flames. Several of our sources — some who are still at the scene of the accident — tell us Paul and another person in the car were killed. Law enforcement is still on the scene, and we’re told the L.A. County Coroner’s Office is on the way. At this point, it’s unclear what caused the accident, or who was behind the wheel when it happened. Paul was 40 years old. Sources close to Paul tell us he was in Santa Clarita for a car show to support the Philippines typhoon relief effort, and had been taking friends out for rides in his new Porsche GT. The accident happened during one of those test spins. He died while out doing charity. God bless him! R.I.P. Paul Walker we are definitely going to miss you. Isht is real out here. Former KKK Leader And Mother Indicted In Cross-Burning When will the hatred stop? According to Raw Story: An Alabama grand jury indicted a former Grand Cyclops in the racist vigilante group the Ku Klux Klan in the town of Ozark on Wednesday. The man was charged with burning a cross at the entrance to an African-American neighborhood. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, 28-year-old Steven Joshua Dinkle was indicted on five counts by the grand jury, including obstruction of justice. His mother, Pamela Morris, a former secretary for the local KKK was also indicted on perjury charges for lying to the grand jury about the incident. On May 8, 2009, Dinkle and another man reportedly erected a cross and set it ablaze in a predominantly African-American neighborhood in Ozark with the intention of frightening and intimidating the residents. The counts against Dinkle further state that he obstructed justice by lying to local investigators about his role in the cross-burning and to federal investigators in 2012. Dinkle told investigators he had ended his association with the Klan six months before the incident and denied knowing others involved with the crime. Morris, said the grand jury, lied on at least two separate occasions in her testimony. She lied about her son’s involvement with the cross burning incident and about her own involvement with the hate group. She faces a maximum statutory sentence of five years in prison and a possible fine of up to $250,000 on each count of perjury. Dinkle, if convicted, faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines for charges of conspiracy and criminal interference. He faces another maximum 10-year sentence for charges of the use of fire to commit a federal felony and a 20-year maximum sentence and possible $250,000 for making false statements to local investigators. He also faces a maximum 5-year sentence and $250,000 fine for making false statements to the FBI. The case is still the subject of a joint investigation by the FBI, the Dale County Sheriff’s Office and the Ozark Police Department. Further charges and indictments could be pending. Damn shame.
