Son Hired Classmate To Kill Mother “Too strict”…SMMFH According to Houston Chronicle: A former Lee High School student on Thursday admitted to hiring a classmate in 2009 to kill his mother. Danish Minhas, 21, pleaded guilty to murder in exchange for 50 years in prison. He admitted to paying classmate Nur Mohamed $4,000 to brutally stab his mother, Tabassum Khan, on Nov. 24, 2009. Minhas was 17, and Mohamed was 18 at the time. “I think this was a very unusual crime,” said prosecutor Angela Weltin. “It’s very, very sad and hard to contemplate why anyone would want to do this.” Minhas, who was often seen at school sipping Starbucks before reading the morning announcements over the public address system, wanted to get away from his “strict” mother, investigators said. Minhas pleaded guilty Thursday in state District Judge Jim Wallace’s court. He was scheduled to go on trial Monday and could have faced life in prison if convicted by a jury. According to NY Daily News: An Arizona woman jumped out of a 15-year-old boy’s second-floor bedroom window after his mother found her in his room nekked, police said. Keri Gonzalez, 34, of Marana, broke her ankle when she landed and limped down the street away from the home in San Tan Valley on Jan. 23, according to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office. About 2 a.m. that morning, the boy’s mother went to the room after hearing “knocking sounds by the stairs on the wall.” When he opened it, she reportedly saw a woman crouching down on the floor naked, hiding between the bed and wall. The mother yelled at her to leave the house, police said in a news release obtained by The Smoking Gun. The woman got dressed and leaped from the window so the mother would not recognize her, the teen explained. The 15-year-old boy told police that the woman was Gonzalez, a family acquaintance. She came over with some alcohol for them to share and they had sex twice before his mother awoke, the boy added. Gonzalez was booked into Pinal County Jail for sexual misconduct with a minor and providing false information to a police officer. WTF is up with these hoes chasing young peen??? Kanye West Will Not Face Charges For Attacking Teen Kanye may be off the hook for this incident, but we’re curious to see what happens when he gets his hands on Joan Rivers for calling baby North ugly. According to LA Times: No charges will be filed against rapper Kanye West for allegedly punching a person at a Beverly Hills chiropractor’s office, the L.A. County district attorney’s office said Friday. The alleged incident occurred Jan. 13 in the 8800 block of Wilshire Boulevard after West’s fiancee, Kim Kardashian, entered the office at the same time as the alleged victim. The alleged victim held the door open for Kardashian,”words were exchanged, and both parties report the victim used a racial epithet,” the district attorney’s office said in a statement. Kardashian relayed the verbal encounter to West, apparently by cellphone, according to media reports. West went to the chiropractor’s office and shortly afterward, he and Kardashian found the alleged victim in the waiting room. West punched the person an unknown number of times, according to the district attorney’s office. No significant injuries were documented at the time of the initial report, the office said. The victim’s attorney indicated a civil compromise had been reached with West, and although a police report was filed, the victim declined to seek criminal prosecution, the district attorneys office said. “Further inquiry by this office resulted in the victim, through his attorney, declining to speak with a member of the district attorney’s office,” authorities said in a statement. “Prosecution is accordingly declined due to victim unavailability.” Yeezus stays catching fade with people and not facing charges. Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Lauren Tannehill isn’t known for having a rifle of an arm. But his wife is now known for arming herself with a rifle on occasion. According to Broward Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Keyla Concepcion, via The Miami Herald, Lauren Tannehil forgot to remove her AR-15 from the back seat of her Nissan Rogue this month. “This is certainly the kind of item you don’t want to forget anywhere, but forgetting isn’t a crime, said Concepcion , who explained what happened: Lauren rented the vehicle from E-Z Rent-A-Car on January 4. She drive it for about two hours and then turned it in for another car. Later that day, Judith Fleissig of Rochester, New York rented the same Rogue and found the gun, valued at $2,000, secured in its case in the back seat. “We got out of the car, we were kind of freaked out,” Fleissig told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. “I didn’t want to touch it.” Lauren, who legally owns the weapon, reportedly called the rental car company as soon as she realized it was missing. Tannehill is a 26-year old Texas A&M graduate, an occasional model and – as you can see above – a fan of firearms.
A fatal shooting took place yesterday at a movie theater in northern Tampa Bay, with one man being killed and his wife wounded. According to various reports, retired police officer Curtis Reeves has been taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder after he got into a fight with Chad Oulson, who was texting prior to the start of Lone Survivor . Tampa Bay Movie Theater Shooting Suspect in Custody Reeves, who was with his wife, allegedly took out a gun during his argument with Chad and fired it at both Chad and his wife, Nicole. The latter tried to block the bullet, officials say, resulting in a wound to her hand. Chad, however, was fatally struck. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital, where Nicole was also admitted, though her injuries are not life-threatening. An off-duty Sumter County deputy was inside the theater – which was evacuated – at the time of the incident and detained Reeves, 71, until deputies arrived. The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office describes this as an “isolated” shooting and confirms the couples did not know each other. The Tampa Police Department, meanwhile, issued a statement on Reeves last night: Curtis Reeves Jr. retired from the Tampa Police Department on 9/30/93 as a Captain. He was instrumental in establishing the department’s first Tactical Response Team. We are not aware of any contact with the department since his departure more than 20 years ago.
