The Prosecutor#39;s Office reviewed the case, but decided not to charge Fox. Heather Bormann filed a complaint against Fox on August 30, two days after the Lost star allegedly punched her repeatedly outside a Cleveland nightclub. Actor Matthew Fox is off the hook for an early morning incident in which he allegedly and randomly attacked a female party bus driver in Cleveland last month. The fight started when Fox, walking in the street, tried to board her bus, which had been rented for a bache
UsWeekly Magazine announced the winners of their Most Stylish New Yorkers of 2011 competition. And among them were Lala Vazquez and her hubby Carmelo Anthony, super-producer Pharrell, singers Ashanti and Estelle, actress Taraji P. Henson and the entire band The Roots. Here’s what they had to say about their style: Ashanti: “Being on stage, I used to feel more comfortable with jeans, boots and a top. But now it’s nice to show the legs a little bit. Especially if I’m going to the gym, I might as well show it!” Estelle: “I love by legs and my boobs. I love my arms. I’m an equal opportunity lover of my entire body. I’m not egotistical about it. I put it all out there.” Taraji P. Henson: “People that dress me call me a paper doll, because I’m open to everything. I like to have fun!” Pharrell: “I prize all of my clothes in the same way because they’re each different modes of expression. Trying to choose a favorite is like asking what part of your vernacular is worth more than the other. Words are words and they help you to express yourself, and the same is true for a piece of clothing.” Questlove: “For every sharp-dressed man, there is a woman influencing his fashion.” Carmelo Anthony: “In New York I can really express myself in the way I dress. The city inspires my creativity.” Who do you think looked best? Who do you think was robbed? Stars Shine At Fashion’s Night Out 2011 [PHOTOS]
T.I. has finally returned to a halfway house to complete his prison sentence. The ATL rapper was originally yanked out of the halfway house last week and returned to prison for allegedly engaging in talks with producers for his reality show on his tour bus. T.I.’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, told TMZ, “We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.’s rights by providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information and that T.I. did not intend to violate his transfer furlough or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta.” The lawyer also added that, “T.I. will be released from custody on Sept. 29, and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for a period of 1 year.” SOURCE: Hip Hop Wired RELATED POSTS: 2 Unauthorized People On T.I.’s Luxury Bus [REPORT] Tiny On T.I. Mila Kunis has joined a long line of celebs whose cellphones have been hacked, and there apparently some seductive Justin Timberlake pics on that piece! Four pictures have been leaked , two show Justin Timberlake shirtless in a bed, and another in which J.T. is sporting a pair of pink panties over his head. We kid you not. Mila Kunis is not featured in any of the pics, and it’s unclear how the hacker did this or whether the purported images are authentic. There’s another photo of Mila Kunis nude, PRESUMABLY, in a bathtub, but all you see is her head. And then there’s another, explicit photo of a male. His identity is a mystery, so you can guess what it’s likely of. There are also some texts the hacker claims reveal exchanges between Justin and Mila, though it is unclear whether there’s any sexting involved. This news comes on the heels of a scandal in which Scarlett Johansson nude photos were hacked from her cell phone and published this morning. ScarJo already went to the FBI regarding those images. It’s unclear if Mila has or will do the same, or if the recent Blake Lively scandal is related. [Photo: WENN.com]
According to her husband, Michaele Salahi was abducted yesterday morning. We’ll report this story as seriously as we can, simply mentioning up front that these people have crashed a White House party, gotten thrown out of Celebrity Rehab and reportedly screwed a charity out of money. Tareq tells TMZ that he last saw his wife at 11 a.m. EST on Tuesday, when she left for a hair appointment. But she never showed up at the salon, and then called Tareq late last night from a Oregon phone number to say she was headed to her mom’s house. But Michaele’s mother told her son-in-law that she never spoke to her daughter and had not seen her all day. Tareq’s theory? His wife made that call against her will. He therefore dialed the Warren County Sheriff’s Department and asked for assistance. However, the police said they had already heard from Michaele, she assured them everything was fine and “family issues” were to blame for the confusion. With authorities offering little help, Tareq has issued a statement on the matter. It reads: “We are reaching to the public pleaing [sic] desperately for your help. “It is our belief as of last night, that Michaele Salahi may have been kidnapped or abducted and being held under duress and forced to tell persons, including authorities she is okay. We are asking the public to please be on the look out for her, and if found please contact the authorities and please approach her and contact the authorities to intervene and that she may be forced to say she is okay, when in fact she is not and being held under possible abduction. The Salahi family can be reached at 540-635-9933.” Do you believe Michaele Salahi was kidnapped? UPDATE: Salahi apparently was with Journey guitarist Neal Schon, according to a representative with Schon’s management company. The awful reality star told a sheriff’s deputy late yesterday that she was “with a good friend and was where she wanted to be,” Warren County, Virginia, Sheriff Danny McEathron said in a statement to CNN. Sorry, Salahis, but we stopped believing a long time ago. A couple hours after Tareq Salahi released a public statement and asked for help in tracking down his supposedly kidnapped wife , Michaele Salahi’s whereabouts have been discovered: she’s in Memphis with Journey guitarist Neal Schon. Michaele used to date the artist and is rumored to be having an affair with him now. She attended his band’s concert in Nashville last night. Said a police department spokesperson who chatted on the phone with the former Real Housewife of D.C.: “She seemed calm, was engaged in conversation, and assured the deputy that she had left the residence with a good friend and was where she wanted to be. Mrs. Salahi advised that she did not want Mr. Salahi to know where she was. [She was] very sorry [that the Sheriff’s Office had to be involved, but] she did not want to be home right now.” She does want to make headlines in any way she conceivably can, however. What a terrible pair of human being, the Salahis. [Photo: WENN.com]
At Fashion Week, Nicki tells MTV News she was ‘bowing down to’ designer whose spring 2012 collection is inspired by the MC. By Christina Garibaldi Betsey Johnson and Nicki Minaj Photo: John Parra/ WireImage Nicki Minaj , no stranger to outlandish fashion, was right at home when she hit up the Betsey Johnson show at New York Fashion Week on Monday. In addition to taking in spring 2012 shows like Carolina Herrera , Nicki sat front-row for her personal favorite designer, Betsey Johnson . Dressed in a colorful tutu and sporting blue cotton candy-like hair, Minaj took in the runway scene, which included sequined mini-dresses, floral prints and, of course, a whole lot of leopard. MTV News caught up with the rapper just moments before the show began and she told us what it was like to meet her fashion icon. “She’s a free spirit,” Minaj said of Johnson. “When I met her the other day, I felt like I knew her for my whole life. She’s so warm and considerate and caring. She’s amazingly talented and I’ve been wearing her clothes forever, so to meet her was like, ‘Yay!’ [I was] bowing down to her; she’s dope!” The affection was mutual. Backstage at Johnson’s show — which featured a DJ, cupcakes, balloons and posters of Minaj with Johnson’s face on them — the designer revealed that this line couldn’t have been created without the hip-hop star. “I was watching Nicki Minaj and my daughter Lulu, and I’m thinking, ‘They are the body type,’ ” Johnson said of making the looks for her spring line. “I love [Nicki] and she really wears my stuff. She likes real tight; she’s just my most, most, most favorite girl right now.” So how does it feel to be Betsey Johnson’s muse? “I just think it’s amazing,” Minaj told us. “I remember I was living in Queens and I couldn’t afford Betsey, so I would, like, window-shop by her store and then I would go to the cheaper places. She had a Nicki Minaj [inspiration] board in her office, and it was so many pictures and wigs and all these things and clippings that she took of me and I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh!’ It was so emotional.” For complete coverage of 2011 New York Fashion Week, head on over to MTV Style . Shame , the second film by Steve McQueen (the British director, not “Bullitt”) had its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival last week. Even the jaded critics in the audience were shocked by the film’s sexplicit NC-17 content, including indiewire ‘s David Gritten , who called the movie “edgy” and “transgressive.” Gritten went on to say: Michael Fassbender plays Brandon, a successful thirtysomething Manhattan executive…He is obsessed by sexual gratification, and surfs internet porn on his computer at work and his laptop at home. He seduces women in bars, on the subway and in his office. Carey Mulligan co-stars as Fassbender’s capricious sister, who apparently proves that sex addiction can be genetic: Fassbender has several scenes involving full-frontal nudity and Mulligan has one of her own. .. Presumably it would receive an NC-17 rating, and even liberal American audiences are more likely to be turned off by its explicitness than their European counterparts. …in other words, a perfect date movie, if your date is a smut-minded European. (And if she is, does she have any single friends we can call?) This will be the full-frontal debut for pixie-maned Carey, who has briefly shown her suck sacks in When Did You Last See Your Father ? (2007) and The Greatest (2009). Carey’s will NOT be the only female flesh on display, either; earlier this summer, several up-and-coming actresses shocked passerby by engaging in public nudity while filming in Manhattan ( See the pics here ). Shame ‘s release dates are still TBA, but members can see more from Carey Mulligan right now here at MrSkin.com!
