Layzie you have made too much money to get arrested over some dumb ish like driving with a suspended license. Layzie Bone Arrested For Traffic Violations According to TMZ Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper Layzie Bone was ARRESTED in Calabasas, CA today on warrants stemming from two traffic violations … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell us, Mr. Bone — real name Steven Howse — had an encounter with police at a hotel … and during the encounter, cops put his name through the system and discovered the warrants. We’re told the warrants were issued after Bone failed to appear in court to address charges he had been driving on a suspended license. Bone was hauled to the Lost Hills Sheriff’s station — where he was booked and eventually released on $80,000 bail. On his way out of the station, Bone said he would “take care” of the warrants … because he “had no choice.” He also told us Bone Thugs is putting together a new album … so, there’s that. Joe Francis Convicted Of Assault According to TMZ “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis has just been found guilty of assault — and a slew of other charges — after attacking a woman in his Hollywood mansion back in 2011. The L.A. City Attorney just made the announcement … Francis was convicted on five charges total, including assault, three counts of false imprisonment, and one count of dissuading a witness from reporting. Francis was charged back in 2011 after three women accused him of taking them to his Hollywood home — following a night out — and refusing to let them leave. He was also accused of attacking one of the women, choke-slamming her head into his tile floor. Francis faces up to 5 years in jail. A sentencing scheduling hearing is set for this week. Good riddance. Should we be surprised? He makes money off of exploiting young women on a daily basis. Nobody should be shocked that he put his hands on a woman.

Where were the parents? 6-Year-Old Shot By Brother According to NBC Miami Homicide detectives in Broward County, Florida are talking with a 13-year-old boy who they believe shot his 6-year-old sister. According to NBC Miami, the shooting occurred just before 7 p.m. in Oakland Park on Saturday night. “They were playing hide and go seek. I don’t know how it went down but he shot his sister,” neighbor Peter Milano explained. “They just carried her out in her hands and you can tell above her chest area she had a hole where she was shot,” neighbor Justin Latoutrrette told WSVN. Broward Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Dani Moschella said that the two children were at home alone when the incident happened. “We just don’t know at this point if this was an accident or if it was intentional,” Moschella said. “It is very difficult when dealing with children, specifically children who’ve been through a very traumatic situation,” she pointed out. “This family will never be the same after tonight, no matter how it ends up.” Another neighbor told The Miami Herald that the “little boy just sat there rocking back and forth… It’s just so devastating. They had just moved in two weeks ago.” Under Florida law, the parents could be charged with a third-degree felony if police determine that the gun was “within the reach or easy access of a minor” and was used to cause injury or death. The 6-year-old girl was taken to Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale. Moschella reported that she was in critical but stable condition as of Sunday night. Something needs to be done about these parents who leave guns around for their kids to easily get and shoot somebody. We know we need gun control, but we need people control as well. Shutterstock

Another teen mom puts her baby in the garbage. Teen Dumps Baby In The Trash According to ABC 6 Lancaster police said they have arrested a McCaskey East High School student who gave birth in a school restroom and then left the baby in a trash can. Cherlie LaFleur, 19, was arraigned Wednesday night on a misdemeanor count of concealing the death of a child. She was then committed to Lancaster County Prison on $1 million bail. Police said LaFleur, of the 300 block of North Marshall Street, gave birth to the male infant in the restroom Tuesday and then tried to flush the baby down a toilet. When that didn’t work, police said LaFleur put the baby in the trash can, where the dead infant was discovered by a school custodian Tuesday night. Officials said an autopsy conducted Wednesday indicated that the infant had been carried for 27-29 weeks. They added that the investigation is still in its preliminary stages, and it has not yet been determined whether the baby was born alive or stillborn. The crime of concealing the death of a child can occur under either circumstance. Parents reacted with shock. “It’s just a shame,” high school parent Angnette Swinton said. “I’ve heard of my fair share of bad things but nothing like this,” junior varsity baseball coach Ervin Lopez said. The School District of Lancaster said Thursday that it has safe rooms established at both high schools. Staff members or students directly affected by the situation are encouraged to meet with counselors in these rooms, officials said. Gucci Mane Released From Jail According to TMZ Rapper Gucci Mane has just been released from jail in Georgia after spending nearly three weeks behind bars, TMZ has learned. As we reported, Gucci was arrested April 13th for a probation violation. He’s been in jail since. Gucci’s attorney, Drew Findling, tells us, the probation violation was triggered by a March 25th incident at an Atlanta nightclub … when Gucci allegedly bottled a clubgoer in the head, causing a massive gash. We’ve all heard about Reese’s rant with the police, but there is nothing like seeing the f****** for yourself. Reese Witherspoon Arrest Video Released According to TMZ Reese Witherspoon wasn’t kidding when she told GMA she was “saying all kinds of crazy things” … and TMZ has obtained the entire, unbelievably entertaining dash cam video. The footage, obtained from law enforcement sources, shows the officer arresting Reese’s husband Jim Toth for DUI in the early morning hours of April 19. Reese — who since admitted she was hammered at the time — decided to butt in during the arrest … and the officer obviously wasn’t having it and cartoonishly enforced the law with a vengeance. In fact, the cop warned Reese several times to sit down and be quiet so he could focus on Jim — Witherspoon didn’t exactly comply. Instead, Reese got in the officer’s face … and annoyed him to the point that he arrested her for disorderly conduct. Random Ridiculousness: Man Leads Police On Wild Car Chase In Los Angeles

Dude , why? Man Takes Police On Car Chase According to My Fox LA A suspect in a stolen van crashed head-on into one of about dozen Los Angeles police cars involved in a nearly 40-minute chase that finally came to an end when police flattened at least two tires with a spike strip. The chase began about 1:15 pm near Exposition Boulevard and the Harbor (110) Freeway. Back on surface streets near USC, the driver drove through intersections without slowing and sideswiped or pushed other vehicles out his way at times. At 57th Street and Towne Avenue, the suspect swung around a corner and onto the wrong side of the road, where the van struck an LAPD cruiser head-on. The driver backed up and kept going. That could qualify the suspect to be booked for felony assault on a police officer. The van also was involved in at least two other minor accidents. Police on foot eventually slid a spike strip in front of the van, flattening at least two tires and slowing the chase. The van finally came to a stop near Vermont Avenue and 43rd Street at about 1:55 pm, with the driver getting out and running across traffic, then back across the road before slipping and falling on a wet stretch of sidewalk. The van was believed to have been stolen in the USC area. Check out the video. It’s a wrap for him. SMH. My Fox LA
