Teacher Fired For Interracial Relationship A white Florida woman was canned from her teaching job after the school’s racist discovered that she had a romantic relationship with a black man. Apparently that Via HuffPost : A white Florida teacher claims she was discriminated against for having a black boyfriend and associating with black staff members. A lawsuit filed by former Edgewater High School math teacher Audrey Dudek against Orange County Public Schools last week alleges that she was fired in 2013 after school administrators found out she was dating a black man, to whom she is now married. A copy of the lawsuit obtained by WESH says that at the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year, principal Michelle Erickson learned that Dudek’s boyfriend was black. “Upon encountering Dudek with her boyfriend, Principal Erickson appeared shocked and offended,” the lawsuit said. “After that encounter, Principal Erickson treated Dudek differently.” The lawsuit also claims that on another occasion, then-vice principal Anthony Serianni berated Dudek until she cried. When Dudek confided in a black security guard after the incident, Serianni allegedly complained about the teacher being associated with “those” people, referring to black staff members. Dudek also says that during a talent show, school staff members, including Erickson and Serianni, took part in a racist skit in which staff wore “black face,” “weave hair extensions” and gold teeth in a “pejorative display of ‘black’ culture.” Dudek was fired in 2013 on the basis of her race, gender and who she associated with, the lawsuit alleges. Sounds like this school district is about to have to pay up!!

Tamra Judge: Daughter Goes to Court, REFUSES to Visit Mom

For four years, The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Tamra Judge and ex-husband Simon Barney have been embattled in a bitter custody dispute over their daughter, Sidney. In March, Tamra and Simon settled on the custody dispute , which gave Simon full custody of their daughter. But the drama is far from over. According to Radar Online, Sidney herself recently spoke to a judge, begging him to stop forcing her to see her mother. Court documents disclose that 16-year-old Sidney appeared at her parents’ most recent court date on August 24 in Orange County. There, Sidney “expressed a desire to speak with the court.”  Sidney moved in with her father in October 2013, and he’s been fighting for full custody rights since. The teen was appalled to learn that the court recently ordered Tamra and Sidney to attend therapy together. In fact, she was so distraught over going to therapy with her mother, that Sidney asked the judge to change the decision . As stated in the court documents, Sidney was “extraordinary [sic] reluctant to see and have a relationship with her mother.” Could Simon be putting his daughter up to this??? According to the documents, he had nothing to do with Sidney’s meeting with the judge. The court documents later mention that “it is clear” that Sidney “does NOT wish to participate and will not go to ‘Overcoming Barrios’ [sic] with her mother.”  Overcoming Barriers, according to its website, is a single-day family intervention program used “when children resist contact with a parent.” Surprisingly, the judge heard Sidney and decided that “it is not in the best interest” of Sidney to attend the program with Tamra. This isn’t the first time Sidney has been candid about her feeling toward her mother. In April 2014, she vehemently attacked her mother via Twitter.  She publicly told her mother to “stop lying about everything” and claimed her father is “a great dad.” That month, explosive texts between the mother and daughter were released. “You treat me like sh*t,” Judge texted her daughter. “What have I done to you that you hate your own mother?” Sidney responded, “Wait, so what you’re saying is you don’t think us kids went through a hard time in the divorce?” “Well, your [sic] acting like your going through such a hard time and we have the easy life. … I can’t talk to you cuz I can’t trust you … Cuz u break promises.” It has been a difficult year for Tamra Barney as she struggles through the stress of parenthood.  In addition to her fractured relationship with Sidney, Tamra’s son was arrested on domestic violence charges earlier this year.

Tyga’s INSANE Graduation Gift to Kylie Jenner Revealed!

Earlier this week, we learned that Kylie Jenner graduated high school. She was homeschooled, so there was no official  cap-and-gown ceremony, but there was a wild backyard party last night, complete with Khloe Kardashian twerking like it’s going out of style. (Note to Khloe: It already has.) It was a star-studded shindig attended by all of the A-listers in the Jenner-Kardashian’s inner circle. Kylie even received her diploma from esteemed scholar/noted D-bag Ryan Seacrest. But in all of the many, many Instagram pics and Snapchat videos that were taken at the party, one important person is missing. It seems Kylie’s boyfriend Tyga was nowhere to be seen at the festivities, and his absence is fueling rumors that he was recently  dumped by Kylie . If the reports are true, it seems T-Raw is doing everything in his power to get back in Kylie’s good graces. The week of the party, he was spotted leaving Polachek’s Jewelers – an LA store specializing in fancy watches. Shortly thereafter, Kylie posted the pic below. Sure, she seems happy with the lavish gift, but is she happy to welcome Tyga back into her life? The rapper was recently caught up in a cheating scandal when it was alleged that he had an affair with porn star Mia Isabella .  Something tells us even the most diamond-studded Rolex can’t quite make up for that.

LeAnn Edmonds Horton, Jim Edmonds’ Ex-Wife, Dies of Cancer

LeAnn Edmonds Horton, the former wife of Jim Edmonds, died this week after losing her battle to cancer, their teenage daughter Hayley confirms. Jim, a former MLB All-Star, is now married to Meghan King Edmonds, as fans who watch The Real Housewives of Orange County online know. “Early this morning I lost the most important person in my life,” Hayley Edmonds (right, with LeAnn) wrote alongside a photo of her late mother. “I’m so blessed to have had these past 17 years with you.” “But that will never be enough for me. I can’t imagine my life without you and I never imagined this day would come.” “You were an inspiration to everyone who knew you and I will aspire to be everything you were.” “You truly lived life to the fullest and were such a fighter.” “The memories we made will forever be instilled in me and I’ll never forget the good times we had. You were not only my mom, but my best friend.” “Thank you for everything you’ve thought me and for the wisdom you’ve given me. I will never ever stop loving you.” “Life won’t be easy without you but I know you will be with me every step of the way. Oh, yes, we’re one week away from the returns of Vicki Gunvalson, Heather Dubrow and Tamra Judge, falong with the debut of new cast member Meghan King Edmonds . Bethenny Frankel of The Real Housewives of New York City isn’t just fighting with her ex-husband Jason Hoppy or her fellow cast members these days. Her latest feud has gone bi-coastal, out of The Big Apple and into Orange County. Monday on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live , Dr. Terry Dubrow, husband of The Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow, criticized Frankel’s weight. It did not go over well. Terry Dubrow Rips Bethenny Frankel When asked which housewife he would want to fix up on his E! plastic surgery reality show Botched , Dr. Dubrow set his sights on Bethenny. “I would put on Bethenny and just feed her a little bit: She looks amazingly pretty [and] natural, but just a little skinny girl for me,” Dubrow said. Noticing a tinge of hypocrisy, producer-host Andy Cohen reminded Dubrow that his own wife Heather is quite thin. To that, Dubrow responded: “I think my wife has a little more muscularity going.” Bethenny Frankel’s weight has been a frequent subject of scrutiny; recently, she publicly disclosed her weight and even admitted that she is sometimes too thin. Some of the harshest criticism about her weight came after she photographed herself wearing her 4-year-old daughter’s pajamas … which was interesting. In any case, Bethenny’s claws came out on Twitter: “Who is dr dubrow & what happened?” Frankel wrote when she heard the comments. “Some dumbsh*t [M.D.] [talking about] what he doesn’t know?” Andy Cohen took some heat from Frankel too. Bethenny added on her Twitter post: “What is Andy Cohen, sh*t [stirring] pretending it was innocent? Or both?” No matter how Dubrow answered the question, it was going to cause drama. Ludacris Defends Confessing He Had Sex With Drake’s Girlfriend We recently reported L il Wayne admitted that he and Drake went through an ‘Eskimo brothers’ moment after the “6 God” admitted to having sex with Tunechi’s girlfriend. Later, the six sex degrees of separation continued when it was discovered that Drake was also the victim of a rapper laying good wood to one of his most beloved breezies. Florida Man Goes To Wendy’s Drive Thru And Exposes Himself Welcome to Wendy’s , can I take your order?? Via Click Orlando reports: Orange County deputies arrested a man after they say he exposed himself to a Wendy’s drive-thru worker on Friday morning. Nicholas Garrison, 23, has been charged with exposure of sexual organs in the incident at the Wendy’s on Central Florida Parkway. Deputies said Garrison drove up to the window and ordered a glass of water at 1 a.m. Friday and when the worker opened the window, Garrison was touching himself inappropriately. The workers took pictures and video of the incident and called 911, according to the report. Garrison was arrested on by deputies and booked into Orange County Jail. Nobody wants a side of fries with that pervert burger, sir!

Photography Teacher At California High School Found Hanged In Classroom Via NYDailyNews A California school teacher hanged herself in her classroom Monday, leaving students to make the disturbing discovery. The stunned teens and another teacher pulled down the 31-year-old woman during her last gasps of life and called for help, according to media reports. Emergency responders arrived shortly after the 8:30 a.m. discovery at El Dorado High School in Placentia and found the teacher in full cardiac arrest, school officials said. “Paramedics performed life saving measures, however after several minutes the victim was declared deceased at the scene,” a Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School District spokesman said in a statement. “The initial investigation indicates the cause of death to be suicide.” Distraught students identified the teacher as Jillian Jacobson, a popular photography instructor. “Thank you so much Mrs. Jacobson for teaching me how to take amazing photos, and also for being a great friend,” one wrote on Twitter. Several students claimed Jacobson’s father had also committed suicide and she had often counseled students about the dangers, according to the Orange County Register.
