Remy Ma Continues Being Problematic Revolt TV’s State Of The Culture Show isn’t quite what we expected. The debates are powerful, enthusiastic and as intense as we imagine. However, we didn’t quite expect so much problematic material to come out of Remy Ma’s mouth of all people. Joe Budden? Sure. But Remy? Not Remy. The MC has made it a point to defend trash men as often as possible, from Bill Cosby, now to R. Kelly. On the latest episode, Remy tried to defend Kelly by stating that there are plenty of teenagers who want to sleep with older men, that the women in Kelly’s compound aren’t complaining and, finally, that rapists don’t eat the groceries. Are you f**** serious? Isn’t this the same Remy who used pedophilia as a main attack point in her feud with Nicki Minaj? Sigh. Kylie Jenner and Nicki Minaj have been in a passive and sometimes not so passive aggressive feud since Nicki blamed Stormi for Travis Scott’s album being #1 while Nicki’s was runner-up. Nicki tweeted about the baby and everything. So naturally, Kylie dressing as a Barbie, which is Nicki’s moniker, can be seen as a dig at Ms. Minaj. See how that works? 2. Beyonce dressed as Barbie a couple of years ago (even making Jay-Z join in and dress as Ken). The Jennerdashians have a long history of appropriating Beyonce’s swagger…so how does this fit in? But don’t sleep on the other drama brewing in the background. That’s right. Mariahlynn is still poking around and she wants in on the smoke, too. When Cardi B went on her IG rant and mentioned how Barbz are bullying people thanks to Nicki’s crew finding phone numbers and sending them out, Mariah chimed in with her thoughts. In a since-deleted IG post, Mariah showed a pic of her mother, bloodied up and claimed that Barbz came for her and jumped her. Here’s what she said on Cardi’s page: “Threatening our families [sic] lives and s***, talking about killing innocent babies knowing people out there really crazy. Let’s talk about how my mom got jumped cause people went up to her asking if she was my mom and then beat her up saying to tell me not to come for Nicki and I have pics of my moms face don’t make me put them out.” This was quite the unexpected turn of events and Twitter definitely had a fit.
