President Obama Meets Man With Horse Head Mask Via HuffPo reports: President Barack Obama had an up-close encounter with Denver’s marijuana subculture during a stop in the city on Tuesday night. In a video posted on Instagram, a man in the crowd can be heard asking the president, “Do you want a hit of this?” Obama doesn’t reply, but laughs off the request. The person who posted the video, who goes by the username manton89, wrote: “Asked him if he wanted a hit of pot…he laughed! #legalizeit #iinhaled #mrGQ” He also posted a photo of the president with a pool cue. He doesn’t say where he took the photos, but it appears to be the Wynkoop Brewing Company, where Obama and Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper had a brew and shot some pool. Formaldehyde was drippin’ all ova her bawwwwwwwwwdy… Nurse At California Hospital Sentence 2 Years In Jail For Sex With Dead Woman’s Body Via RadarOnline A nurse who had sex with a corpse at Sherman Oaks Hospital in California was sentenced to two years in county jail Tuesday, prosecutors said. Alejandro Razo, 62, also was ordered to serve 180 days of those two years under supervised release, the Los Angeles Times reports. During his release, Razo must attend counseling sessions and sex offender meetings. The California nurse was found guilty June 26 of having sex with the corpse of an 82-year-old woman. She had died of natural causes at the hospital. Razo had been assigned to prepare it for the mortuary in January 2013, prosecutors said. But another nurse walked in when Razo allegedly had his pants down having sex with the corpse. He was soon arrested on the suspicion of health and safety code violations. Prosecutors used DNA evidence to convince the 62-year-old. Razo’s nursing license has been suspended, but not revoked, according to district attorney spokesman Ricardo Santiago. These two young men just threw their life away … 2 University Of Miami Players Suspended And Arrested After Admittance Of Teen Rape Via NYDailyNews Two University of Miami football players have been kicked off the team after they admitted to raping a 17-year-old in a dorm room, Florida police said. Alex Figueroa, 19, and JaWand Blue, 20, were arrested Tuesday on sexual battery charges for the Saturday attack, CBS Miami reported. The two men were both linebackers for UM. Figueroa and Blue told police that they bought alcohol for the victim on Saturday night and then took her to Figueroa’s dorm room on the Miami campus. That’s where they performed sexual acts on her without her consent, they told police. According to the arrest report, the victim had been drugged before the attack and was incapable of resisting. UM’s Director of Athletics Blake James said in a statement that both men had been removed from the school’s football team. They have been suspended from the university, too. “Any allegation of a sexual assault is extremely serious, and the University will not tolerate conduct that threatens the sanctity and safety of our students and our campus,” he wrote. “We hold all of our students — especially student athletes — to the highest standards of moral conduct.” If you play football for University of Miami then you should have access to all the willing and consensual sex you want. Jealous Queens Teacher Arrested For Rape Of Student Who Dated Another Girl Via NYDailyNews A Queens gym teacher flipped out on a student she raped numerous times when he was 16 after he revealed he was taking a date to the prom, prosecutors alleged Tuesday. The relationship between Joy Morsi, 39, of Massapequa, L.I. and the wrestler at Grover Cleveland High School in Ridgewood began around June of last year when she helped him try to lose weight, prosecutors said. On June 10, Morsi lured the student into a “secluded closet” where she exposed herself to the student, prosecutor Taylor Piscionere said. She also allegedly sent the student emails asking if he was a virgin, as well as raunchy selfies. Sexual encounters occurred all over the school from June to July of last year — including the basement and gymnasium, prosecutors said. The victim alerted authorities two weeks ago to the affair — which continued outside of school grounds — after Morsi became jealous he was taking a girl to prom, prosecutors said. The student turned 17 during the nearly year-long dalliance, prosecutors said, making subsequent alleged encounters legal in the eyes of the law. A stone-faced Morsi, wearing all black, pleaded not guilty to numerous counts of third-degree rape, a criminal sexual act in the third degree and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Apparently the after school sex education wasn’t as big a secret as Morsi thought… “We had a feeling that something was going on,” said ninth-grader Josie Gonzalez. “They would always be together around the school.” They said Morsi’s husband is a science teacher at the same school. A man identified as her husband left the courtroom separately from Morsi without commenting. Wait, her HUSBAND works at the same school?!?!?! SMMFH. “This case is particularly disturbing because the defendant is a teacher and schools should be safe havens for children,” said Queens District Attorney Richard Brown. “Instead, this defendant is accused of sexually preying upon one of her students during rendezvous all over the school.” Hajar Rajah was still shocked by the news because she thought Morsi was a good teacher. “I’m surprised about this because she’s a really hard-working teacher, and she’s nice,” said Rajah, also a ninth-grader. “She pushes people in gym all the time to work out, and that’s a good thing, you know?” If convicted, Morsi faces up to four years in prison. “If convicted”, ha, that’s cute. Yuck daddy Teen To Be Tried As An Adult For Rape Of 8-Year-Old Cousin Via HuffingtonPost A Maryland teenager is being charged as an adult in the alleged rape of his 8-year-old female cousin. Solomon Pule, 14, was turned in to authorities last Monday by his mother, according to CBS Baltimore. A probable cause statement, obtained by Fox News Baltimore, said Pule’s mother came downstairs to see the teen mounting his young cousin on a love seat. The little girl’s skirt was lifted, Pule’s pants were down, and a pair of scissors sat next to the two, according to the statement. “He told me if I was to scream that he was going to cut me,” the victim told police. “He shoved his thing in me.” Pule’s mother told police she had instructed her son and niece to clean up the living room while she put her 2-year-old down for a nap upstairs. Believing it to be too quiet, the mother went downstairs to investigate and caught her son in the act, according to WUSA 9. Police said Pule admitted to the crime during an interrogation. In obvious as hell news… Lawyers From The NBA Say Racist Donald Sterling Tape Is Real According to TMZ reports : Two NBA lawyers left the law firm representing V. Stiviano Monday … and sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Sports … the lawyers are now convinced — the racist audio of Donald Sterling is REAL. NBA lawyer David Anders and another NBA lawyer went to the law office of Mac Nehoray Monday afternoon. Stiviano was also there for the purpose of authenticating the audio. We’re told there was NO doubt by anyone the recording is the real deal. The NBA lawyers heard the 15 minutes that have been made public, but not the remaining 45. And we’re told … based on conversations along with analysis … they’re satisfied about authenticity. Neither Stiviano nor Anders had comments for our photog as they left the building. TMZ Sports has also learned … people who have heard the entire recording say there is “NO DOUBT” Donald Sterling KNEW he was being recorded.
