Fox News Anchors Mock Ray Rice’s Wife After Elevator Assault Via Think Progress reports: New footage of Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice knocking his fiancee out cold in an elevator was released this morning by TMZ. The video shows Rice leveling Janay Palmer, and then casually dragging her limp body out of the elevator. Responding to the video, Fox host Brian Kilmeade on Monday blasted the victims of domestic violence, criticizing Palmer (now Janay Rice) and other women who don’t break up with their partner after a domestic violence incident, saying they send a “terrible message.” Kilmeade then proceeded to provide mocking advice to Palmer, quipping, “I think the message is, take the stairs.” Co-host Steve Doocey gamely joined in, “The message is, when you’re in an elevator, there’s a camera.” YT
YUCK !!!! Man Ejaculates Into Co-Worker’s Coffee A Minnesota man is in custody after he admitted into ejaculating into his co-worker’s coffee at LEAST twice. The victim told police that she had noted a “foul taste” in her coffee on several occasions but believed it was just spoiled milk. The Smoking Gun reports: A criminal complaint filed today charges John Lind, 34, with two counts of felony sexual conduct in connection with incidents at Beisswenger’s hardware store in New Brighton, a Minneapolis suburb. According to investigators, the victim contacted cops last week to report that she believed Lind was “leaving bodily fluids in her workspace.” The woman recounted discovering Lind standing over her desk with his back turned and his hands “near his genitals.” She added that when Lind spotted her, he had a “deer in headlights” look on his face. The woman said that she then examined her desk and “noted a strong odor that resembled urine, but was somewhat different and strange,” adding that the same odor was coming from her coffee mug. The victim told cops that she found fluid dripping off her desk onto the floor and “believed the liquid was either urine or semen.” Most of the liquid, the woman told cops, had been absorbed by a hair scrunchy, which she placed into a plastic bag (and later turned over to police, along with the coffee mug). The victim also told cops that she had “an ongoing issue with a foul taste in her coffee,” which she thought was due to “spoiled milk.” Until contacting police, the woman said that she had “not considered that it may have been tampered with.” When police confronted Lind about the woman’s allegations, he confessed to repeatedly ejaculating into her coffee and onto her desk (which he attempted to clean with a scrunchy). Lind said he last tampered with the woman’s coffee on August 26, his birthday. Admitting that his behavior was “gross and wrong,” Lind apologized and told police that he was “attracted” to the victim and was just seeking to get her attention. SMFH that’s just sick!!! Arrest this man already! Mike Brown Shooting Audio Authenticated An audio recording that many doubted was real, has been verified. As previously reported an unidentified man unknowingly may have captured the moment Officer Darren Wilson shot and killed Mike Brown. The Washington Post reports: The video texting service Glide has verified the recording played by CNN this week of the purported shots in the Ferguson, Mo., killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown. In an e-mail to the Erik Wemple Blog, Glide head of communications Chaim Haas reports: Because Glide is the only messaging application using streaming video technology, each message is simultaneously recorded and transmitted, so the exact time can be verified to the second. In this case, the video in question was created at 12:02:14 PM CDT on Saturday, August 9th. Glide has also posted a note on its Web site. In a brief chat with the Erik Wemple Blog, Haas said, “The question we are being asked is is this authentic and the answer is absolutely.” Notification to the FBI, said Haas, “is taking place.” The news is big news for CNN, which subjected itself to some doubts about the integrity of the recording. It surfaced the tape on Monday night without having authenticated it. Haas confirms that, even though the service has verified the creation of the tape, that doesn’t mean that the sounds in the background are conclusively those of the Brown shooting. SMH Former Boxing Champ Jermain Taylor Charged With Shooting Cousin Via ESPN Former undisputed middleweight champion Jermain Taylor was arrested Tuesday night at his home in Maumelle, Arkansas, a suburb of Little Rock, in connection with the shooting of his cousin, according to police. Taylor was taken into custody, booked into the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility and charged with two felonies — first-degree domestic battery and aggravated assault — Lt. Carl Minden, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office spokesman, told ESPN.com. The cousin was in serious condition at a hospital after being shot multiple times, Minden said. Taylor appeared via video from the Pulaski County jail for an initial appearance Wednesday. District Judge Wayne Gruber set bail at $25,000 and granted a defense request for Taylor to travel out of state to train and compete in a bout against Sam Soliman in October. Minden said the police responded to a 911 call from Taylor’s wife, Erica, at around 7 p.m. ET. “Mr. Taylor’s cousin and another individual came to his residence, and there was some sort of altercation,” Minden said, adding that the two who showed up at Taylor’s home were unarmed. “At some point, Mr. Taylor retrieved a handgun and fired several rounds. His cousin was struck multiple times. The cousin is alive and in serious condition at an area hospital. He has pretty serious injuries. Sources close to Suge tell us … the wounded mogul is fully conscious, although on several occasions police were turned away on false info — that he was supposedly sedated. But during one visit cops were actually allowed to see Suge. A source tells us when they asked about the shooting … Suge acted disoriented, asking, “I was shot?” We’re also told witness cooperation has been minimal. If no one steps forward it will be tough to identify who pulled the trigger … even though the gunman is on surveillance video at 1Oak. Do you think Suge should cooperate with the LAPD??

DK’s third member, Shannon Bex, was also there and tried unsuccessfully to break up the fight. This isn’t the first time DK’s had issues … the original five members disbanded in 2009, with four of them reuniting last year. Aundrea Fimbres quickly dropped out, leaving the remaining three. Aubrey filed a battery report. Cops are investigating. Daaaamn homie, this can only get worse.

Aubrey don’t write rhymes, he writes checks… Drake Pays Former Rapper $100,000 For Borrowed Lines Apparently Drake’s opening lines on YG’s “Who Do You Love” track sound STRIKINGLY similar to a portion of a verse from Rappin’ 4-Tay’s 1994 track “Playaz Club.” 4-Tay never filed a formal lawsuit, but today he’s enjoying some Views From The 6 -figure settlement in exchange for his throwback lines. Via TMZ : Drake just paid a ton of respect to Rappin’ 4-Tay — in the form of cold, hard cash — to settle a beef in which 4-Tay claimed Drizzy jacked his rhymes. 4-Tay first put Drake on blast when YG’s hit “Who Do You Love” came out. Drake drops lyrics on the song that are clearly ripped straight from 4-Tay’s 1994 hit “Playaz Club.” 4-Tay was offended Drake didn’t give him credit on the song. No lawsuit was ever filed, but sources close to the situation tell us a very lucrative agreement was reached. 4-Tay’s manager tells TMZ … Drake’s record label agreed to pay 4-Tay $100,000 for “borrowing” the lines. Not shockingly … 4-Tay tells us he’s no longer offended. Let’s face it, $100,000 is chump change to Drizzy and the label. At least he was able to tiptoe around a messy lawsuit with this one…but it may behoove Drake to only rap his own emo-rhymes from here on out.
