You want to see the epitome of a bad mother ? Meet Lessielee Ann King, a Houston mother who was hauled in by cops after leaving a bite mark on her 1-year-old’s face! Via CBS Local reports : A mother is accused of biting and chewing her own son’s face because she was jealous of him. According to reports, 20-year-old Lessielee Ann King was charged with felony injury to a child after the toddler’s father told investigators with the Humble Police Department that he found bruises on his little boy’s body. After arriving home from work one day, the father found marks on his son’s body. He also asked a family friend to move into the home with him, his son and King. That family friend confirmed his suspicions that King was abusing their child. The father of the young boy told police that he believed that King has anger issues and resorted to taking out frustrations on their son. Photographs of the abuse were given to authorities. King sits in jail with a $5000 bond. This ho needs to stay in jail and see how it feels being abused by someone bigger than her! Seriously — what kind of issues do you have to have to take out your anger and jealousy on a baby like that?

Correction Officers On Trial For Not Intervening In Suicide Attempt Via CBC The jury at the coroner’s inquest into the death of troubled teen Ashley Smith watched disturbing video Monday of her final moments in a cell at a southern Ontario correctional facility. The video shows guards watching as the 19-year-old choked to death with a piece of cloth tied around her neck as she lay face down in her cell at the Grand Valley Institute for Women in Kitchener in October 2007. At the time the video begins, recorded at 6:45 a.m., guards had been debating for about 10 minutes what to do about Smith, who had tied a ligature around her neck — something she’d done several times before. The guards had been told she was seeking attention, and not to intervene unless she stopped breathing. But on this occasion, Smith was wedged between the bed and the wall on the floor of her cell, face down, gasping for breath but not speaking. Another 10 minutes pass before the guards enter her cell and cut the cloth from around her neck, after which they leave the cell and continue to watch outside the door. Yeah, they were “only doing their jobs”, but damn it’s cold-blooded to sit there and watch someone die! Smith doesn’t move, and after a few more minutes the guards enter the cell and try to rouse her by slapping her on the back, without any response. The guards begin to perform CPR, though one of them is heard swearing that she hasn’t had any CPR training in 11 years. A nurse arrives and an ambulance is called as the guards continue to perform CPR, until the emergency workers arrive at 7:10 and take over. They work on Smith for another 30 minutes, then transfer her to a gurney, all the while continuing chest compressions. Smith is wheeled out of the prison to the hospital. The prison guard who recorded the video, Valentino Burnett, testified on Monday and came under fire for following orders not to intervene when Smith was choking. Burnett acknowledged under questioning that “in a perfect world” he would have entered the cell to save Smith. Burnett and three other prison employees were charged for their role in Smith’s death, but the charges were dropped. Says the guards lawyer: “They were following what they were told was in the best interests of Miss Smith and they were trying to help her as much as possible to prevent the tragedy, but unfortunately, they weren’t allowed to prevent that tragedy as they saw fit.” The Smith’s lawyer ain’t goin’ for it: “(Ashley) was left to die by the correctional system, by our utter failures to meet the needs of the mentally ill.” What would you have done in the guards situation? Ted Nugent Says President Obama Hates America And Hates Freedom Gun activist and resident radical rambler Ted Nugent is known for making out-of-pocket statements aimed at President Obam a, and it doesn’t sound like he’ll be slowing his roll any time soon. via Huffington Post Rocker-turned-gun rights provocateur Ted Nugent is willing to say just about anything to attack President Barack Obama and his administration for what he believes is an imminent effort by the government to snatch up guns. During a recent interview, Nugent again raised the bar, invoking a Revolutionary war milestone to suggest that he and his “buddies” were prepared to fight such an effort at all costs. “I’m part of a very great experiment in self-government where we the people determine our own pursuit of happiness and our own individual freedom and liberty, not to be confused with the Barack Obama gang who believes in we the sheeple and actually is attempting to re-implement the tyranny of King George that we escaped from in 1776,” Nugent said in a recent interview with Guns.com at the NBC-sponsored Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show. “And if you want another Concord Bridge, I got some buddies.” Nugent appears to be referring to the beginning of the Revolutionary war, when colonial and British troops assembled at the North Bridge in Concord, Mass. in 1775 broke a standoff when one soldier opened fire. “The president of the United States goes to the Vietnam Memorial Wall and pretends to honor 58,000 American heroes who died fighting communism and then he hires, appoints and associates with communists,” Nugent said. “He pretends to pay honor to men who died fighting communism, and then he hangs out with, hires and appoints communists. He is an evil, dangerous man who hates America and hates freedom. And we need to fix this as soon as possible.” Call us crazy but, these sound more like threats than empty talk. GOP Congressman Says Todd Akin’s Legitimate Rape Comments Were ‘Partly Right’ If you thought we’d at least be able to make it through the end of the first month of 2013 without a GOP goon making a ridiculously insensitive comment, you thought wrong. Republican rambler Phil Gingrey took the opportunity to flashback on the most hated comment of 2012…..and co-sign it. via MSNBC Another day, another inflammatory rape comment from the GOP. Republican Rep. Phil Gingrey of Georgia is coming under the microscope for arguing failed Missouri Senate candidate Todd Akin was “partially right” on his eyebrow-raising remarks about “legitimate rape.” Akin, during his 2012 campaign, infamously argued that women’s bodies have the capability of avoiding pregnancy if the rape is “legitimate.” Gingrey, a former OB/GYN and co-chair of the House GOP Doctors caucus, told a crowd at a Chamber of Commerce breakfast in Atlanta, that he used to advise couples having trouble getting pregnant to “Just relax. Drink a glass of wine. And don’t be so tense and uptight, because all that adrenaline can cause you not to ovulate.’ So [Akin] was partially right, wasn’t he?” Gingrey’s comments were first reported by the Marietta Daily Journal, which posted audio of the talk. He continued, “The fact that a woman may have already ovulated 12 hours before she is raped, you’re not going to prevent a pregnancy there by a woman’s body shutting anything down because the horse has already left the barn, so to speak. And yet the media took that and tore it apart. Mitt Romney also didn’t help much. Todd Akin is a good man.” SMH. The blind leading the bling over in the wonderful world of the GOP.
