Kelly saw two ladies fighting over a seat at one of his concerts … he didn’t scream for security — he SANG for security … and it was all caught on tape. Kelly was in the middle of his show at the Nokia Theater in Downtown L.A. this weekend … when he noticed two female fans getting physical in the crowd. One source tells us one woman had accused the other of stealing her seat … and they were thiiiis close to trading blows. And that’s when R. saved the day … stopping his show … and breaking out in song: “SECURITY … SEC-UR-ITY.” It’s hard to hear exactly what Kelly said after that … but he definitely barked some orders to the crowd control staff and dropped a couple of cuss words … while staying in tune. Security eventually responded to the situation and escorted one of the women out of the building … thus concluding the most beautiful ejection we’ve ever heard. You’ve probably already seen the ‘urgent’ message circulating in your facebook news feed, but reps from the NAACP are saying this isht just isn’t true and is just another tactic being used to confuse voters ! According to The Root : A widely circulated foreboding message purporting to warn supporters of President Obama of an electronic voting “trick” that could exclude their vote for the president if they select only the “All Democrats” option has been debunked by the South Carolina branch of the NAACP. Still, it continues to make the rounds on Facebook and email, spreading confusion that some worry could lead voters in states that allow straight-ticket voting to remove their vote for the office of the president. “PLEASE PAY CAREFUL ATTENTION TO THIS! In the event that you are planning to vote democrat on Nov. 6, when you go into the voting booths, DO NOT SELECT THE BUTTON “all democrats” first because Barack Obama will be excluded from the vote,” a screenshot of a Facebook status attached to one email reads. It goes on to instruct voters to select “Barack Obama” first and then “all democrats” and ends with “People are not being told this information because they are trying every trick in the book.” Not true, says the South Carolina State Conference of the NAACP. The organization has issued a warning to voters: “If a South Carolina voter chooses the straight party option first on our voting machines, the selection box for all candidates of the intended political party will automatically be checked, including the presidential candidate.” The main concern raised by the message is that voters confused by the instructions may touch their presidential selection a second time, which would actually remove their vote for that office, the NAACP told WCBD-TV Charleston in October. Thus, the organization recommends that each voter review all of his or her selections made on the voting machine before pressing the final button to confirm the ballot and asks that anyone who has forwarded the misleading message to others follow up with a message of caution about the advice. South Carolina NAACP President Lonnie Randolph says that he’s not surprised that the misleading information seems to targets the types of ballots used by South Carolina voters. He attributes the effort to a long history of hostility toward African-American political power in his own state that dates back to Reconstruction. He doesn’t know who’s behind it, but he believes that it has already caused confusion, particularly among the state’s more vulnerable citizens. “That’s why we had a press conference. So many people in South Carolina already feel threatened. We have a lot of first-time voters in this election, and the machines are not the simplest thing to deal with. Folks will need some assistance, particularly elderly people,” he said. If this is, in fact, a hoax meant to confuse voters or suppress the votes of Democrats, it’s unfortunately nothing new. Just last month, Think Progress warned of misinformation campaigns, including those telling voters that they can vote by phone, that they are at risk of being purged from the rolls, that they must show identification to vote and more. Randolph told The Root that South Carolina has seen other forms of intimidation and misleading information this election cycle, including employers threatening their employees with layoffs, reduced house, and loss of health insurance if Mitt Romney is not elected, as well as recent e-mails attempting to convince voters that, as result of Hurricane Sandy, the election date has been moved. 50′s claiming the guy who’s suing him doesn’t even own the damn song anymore!?!? According to TMZ : 50 Cent doesn’t own the 1970s song he recently sampled — but in court docs obtained by TMZ, he claims the guy suing him for copyright infringement doesn’t own it either! As TMZ first reported, a man named Robert Poindexter sued 50 … claiming the rapper hijacked a sample of his Persuaders song “Love Gonna Pack Up and Walk Out.” Robert claims 50 used it on his track “Redrum,” which he released for free online. But in recently filed court docs, 50 says the suit is TOTAL B.S. and claims he never violated any copyright laws. In fact, he says Robert doesn’t even own the rights to the allegedly-stolen song because he signed them over to Warner Music Group awhile ago … therefore he can’t sue. 50 is asking a judge to dismiss the case ASAP. But why the sudden comity? Why doesn’t Chris Christie reject federal aid in lieu of Mitt Romney’s canned garbanzo beans from Ohio? Or criticize the president for failing to appoint a horse judge as FEMA director? Or invite Paul Ryan into the state to cleanup all the debris that has already been cleared by DPW workers, like a real conservative leader? It could be that Christie actually cares about the state he governs, though Rush Limbaugh has an alternate explanation… “He’s fat and a fool. Don’t listen to Governor Christie. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about… “Christie’s the only Republican not just praising Obama, it’s a — let’s just put it this way. Is it wrong for one man to love another man? Paulina Rubio Sued For Attacking Her Male Personal Assistant Paulina Rubio beat the living crap out of her personal assistant … who happens to be a guy … all because the singer had to sit in COACH on a flight to Mexico … this according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ. The alleged victim is Felipe Betancur — who claims he worked for Rubio from August until just a few days ago … when Paulina allegedly FLIPPED OUT at a Miami airport. According to Felipe’s lawsuit, filed in federal court in Florida, Rubio missed her plane from Miami to Mexico last weekend … and put Felipe in charge of getting her on the next flight out. Felipe claims there were no 1st Class seats remaining on the next flight … and when he told Paulina she would have to sit in coach, she got really pissed off … and took it out on him. In his suit, Felipe claims Paulina got incredibly violent toward him once they boarded the plane … unleashing a flurry of punches, kicks and even slaps. He claims she also pelted him with various objects. Felipe claims he suffered serious injuries from her attack — including abrasions and contusions on his shins and arms. He also claims he suffered emotional damage. Felipe says he quit his job as soon as they returned to Miami … and now wants Paulina to fork over more than $250k to make things right. It’s not the first time Paulina has been accused of having a short temper — she was arrested last year after allegedly getting into a screaming match with police in Florida. Sounds like Paulina needs to come up off of some gwap…and mind her temper.

Tyron Smith Calls Police On Family For Money Harassment Family members have been pressuring Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman Tyron Smith for money, sources told ESPNDallas.com : According to a police report obtained by the Dallas Morning News, a 911 call was made after family members showed up at Smith’s North Dallas home and proceeded to “harass and torment” him “in the pursuit of collecting financial gain.” It was just the latest in a series of attempts to get money from Smith, sources confirmed Thursday after the situation was first reported by the newspaper. Smith declined comment after Wedneday’s practice at the team’s facilities in Valley Ranch. According to sources, family members have continued to ask Smith for money even after he gave them a large sum after he was picked ninth overall in the 2011 NFL draft and signed to a four-year, $12.5 million contract by the Cowboys. Smith filed a protective order during the summer against his mother, Frankie Pinkney, and stepfather, Roy Pinkney, sources said. Smith has three sisters and two brothers, who also are prohibited from making contact with Smith on behalf of his parents. Multiple sources told the Morning News that Cowboys security had to remove one of Tyron Smith’s family members from the team’s practice facility during training camp in Oxnard, Calif., about two hours from Riverside, where Smith’s parents own a cleaning business. Smith grew up working in the cleaning business with his mother and stepfather. After he was drafted, he talked lovingly of them, and the Cowboys mentioned how well he was raised. Smith is being represented by Dallas-based attorneys Royce West and John Schorsch, who said the player was forced to turn to authorities to handle the matter. “Lesser means were tried and they weren’t successful,” Schorsch told the Morning News. “You can use your own imagination as to what it took for a guy that big and that imposing to be that worried.” Schorsch told ESPNDallas.com Thursday that Smith is “a good kid. This is hard on him. But he’s handled this with dignity and grace, I’m proud of the manner in which he’s handled it.” Joe Panos, Smith’s agent, declined comment. “I think every player and every coach, really around this league, have different things going on in their lives and you just have to come into work and do your job as best as you can,” coach Jason Garrett said Thursday, adding that he didn’t see the issue affecting Smith. Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said Thursday: “He’s handling his business. It’s personal but Tyron is a man and everybody has things they have to handle personally and I have a lot of confidence he’ll handle it.” This is just sick!
