I’ve done a fair number of posts on Kate Hudson over the years, but I don’t think I ever realized she was this flexible until I saw the latest shoot she did for Harper’s Bazar . And I have to say, I’m impressed. The closest I ever got to touching my toes was when I was picking up a slice of pizza off the floor. Anyway, after this, Kate looks like she’d be a lot of fun. I’d love to have her over for floor pizza sometime. Call me!

Get ready to believe in true love again: Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are back together ! That is, if you believe the latest report from Star magazine. Which you probably shouldn’t. After four months of separation, Ben and Jen began attending therapy sessions together, and Star says their weekly sit-downs did the trick, and the couple is now planning to give their marriage another go. “Now that they no longer live together, Ben has finally been able to vent his true feelings and frustrations,” a source tells the tabloid. “He’s not scared to say what he really thinks, and Jen is actually listening. “It made him feel like he was always walking on eggshells around her, and he started to resent her for not letting him do what he wanted. He told her that in therapy.” Apparently, a big turning point came when Ben apologized for his involvement with Christine Ouzounian , the couple’s nanny-turned-Ben’s-mistress. “He sat her down and apologized for everything he’s put her through over the years,” says the insider. “He acknowledged that she’s always had to deal with the fallout of his selfishness, and he promised to try harder to be a better man.” At the end of the day, of course, what really convinced Jen to give Ben another chance was the realization that she’ll probably never get another chance to be married to Batman . “Jen has realized she’s never going to find anyone as great as Ben,” reveals a family insider. “Sure, he has his issues, but she says he’s still the kindest, smartest man she’s ever met, and she made a big mistake in letting him go.” Well, it’s never a mistake to dump a guy who’s banging the nanny, but again – it’s important to remember that the dude is freakin’ Batman. Demi Lovato is brimming with confidence these days. Just consider her recent actions: The artist recently stripped down naked and makeup free for Vanity Fair. She recently danced with strippers and got really close to a few dongs . Oh, and she recently released an album titled “Confident.” Let's not forget about that. Lovato appeared Thursday on Good Morning America in order to promote for the album (which debuted at number-two on the Billboard chart) and also to sing her latest track. Before doing so, however, Lovato gave an interview to Good Morning America co-host Amy Robach in which she talked of her desire to “empower” fans and of how self-confidence (or a lackthereof) is an issue that affects nearly everyone around the world. She received props for her makeup-free Mondays and the ways in which she's always so open to the public. Demi also confirmed her upcoming tour with Nick Jonas , not revealing too many details about what the long-time friends have planned, but making it clear she excited to “play for the audience.” Lovato proceeded to say she’s been very happy with the response to her new music so far, which prompted the fans watching in the studio to cheer loudly. Asked what they’re saying, Lovato replied: “You’ve grown as an artist, and we’re growing with you.” It really is true. Demi has grown both as an artist and also as a human being. I’ve been jealous of a lot of weird sh%t over the years: dolphins , Mr. Potato Head , you name it. But I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’ve ever been jealous of an inflatable pool toy. The full spot is almost two minutes in length and it centers on Sarah and Juan, two high school students who fall in love and whose relationships hits some obstacles over the years. From their first kiss to their senior prom and beyond, Juan marks each major occasion by drawing in a gum wrapper. Scored to Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling in Love” (but sung by American Idol Season 10 contestant Haley Reinhart), the commercial ends with Sarah strolling through an art gallery that features these wrappers in frames… … and it concludes with a sketch of the proposal that’s about to take place.
