Kredit Kard Katastrophe: Kardashians Sued for $75 Million

The Kardashians have kause for koncern. Five weeks after they took their debit card off the market because it was associated with dangerously high fees, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kris have been sued by The Revenue Resource Group, LLC. For $75 million . The company claims these sisters breached their contract when they pulled out of the aforementioned deal. It’s the biggest pulling out scandal Kim has been involved in since November 2007 . Following an announcement by the Attorney General of Connecticut, who said he’d consider an investigation into the MasterCard-approved debit card, the siblings dropped out of their deal. But Revenue Resource Group says they signed a two-year contract and their public bashing of the product has affected the company’s bottom line. RRG is seeking $75 million in damages. Perhaps this will teach the family a lesson about attaching their name to any product that comes calling. But, somehow, we doubt it will.

Samantha Ronson to Lindsay Lohan: Welcome!

Looks like World War III has been called off, or at least put on hold. Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson struck a truce over LiLo moving next door to Sam in Venice, Calif., which caused a minor uproar earlier this week. Reports say Lohan, who just got out of rehab and “had no idea” she was moving in to the condo directly next door to her ex, apologized to Ronson for it. Sam not only bought it, they left things on good terms. Go figure! CLOSE QUARTERS : Seriously. This is how close the former lovers are living to each other, which Linds says is total coincidence. [Photo: Pacific Coast News] Lindsay, who just leased the place, is expected to move in any day now and, “Neither of them are mad at each other and everything has been cleared up.” We imagine she’ll sing a different tune if she wakes up at 4 a.m. to the sound of Lindsay Lohan drunk and hooking up, but we’re glad it’s all good for now.

Lindsay Lohan Now a Free Woman … in Seclusion

Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab once more. Having been discharged quietly from the Betty Ford Center on Monday, will she make the most of this second third fourth chance to turn her life around? One thing’s for sure. In the three months since she was ordered rehab by a judge after failing a drug test, she’s learned she needs to slow the eff down. BAGGAGE : She’s got it, but will she shine again? [Photo: Pacific Coast News] Rumors that Lohan was staying in Betty Ford turned out to be a plant from her camp to deflect attention from the fact that she was leaving rehab . Clever. The troubled star Tweeted Saturday that she’s going to take things ” one step at a time ” and live in the present, quoting Gandhi as a source of inspiration. She may need it. Moving trucks were seen unloading boxes at her a four-bedroom house in Venice, Calif., a few doors down from Samantha Ronson. For now, LiLo will lay low and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing, plus sessions with her psychiatrist until a Feb. 24 court hearing. What do you think? Can she stay clean?

Lindsay Lohan: Leaving Rehab After All!

Lindsay Lohan will not be sticking around rehab after all. Despite an earlier report that she would remain at Betty Ford despite being free to go, E! reports she’s peacing out soon – if she hasn’t already. Radar Online says she’s already been released from the Rancho Mirage, Calif., facility, where she was ordered to spend 90 days months ago. LOOK OUT WORLD : She’s free … or about to be. [Photo: Pacific Coast News] Per an insider, the now clean and sober actress “doesn’t want a motorcade and the paparazzi to be chasing her,” but should be out by today. Lindsay’s next court appearance is scheduled for February 25. Until then, she will be trying to reacclimate to society slowly and cautiously. Lohan is expected to live at a secret beach hideaway (Venice Beach is the rumored destination) where she will try to turn over a new leaf . She still has the lease on her West Hollywood condo … for now. The big question, whenever she gets out, is whether she’ll stay clean. Thoughts?

He falls for a famous circus performer played by Reese Witherspoon. He also gets cozy with a lucky elephant named Tai, as evidenced below.
