Unbeknownst to many fans, Kate Hudson has an 11-year-old son from her relationship with the Black Crowes' Chris Robinson. The 36-year-old actress is apparently a very fun and very cool mom, too. The actress showed off her moves in an Instagram video of her dancing to Fetty Wap’s “Trap Queen” along with Ryder. “How we deal with airport lounge boredom,” she wrote, adding hilariously: “#WhenYourPreTeenWantsHisOwnInstagramAndYoureLikeNoooooooo.”
At least Farrah Abraham isn’t being a hypocrite. Asked about whether her daughter, Sophia, is receiving the wrong message from her regarding plastic surgery, she had an interesting response. The 24-year-old Teen Mom star also touched on the fact that she gave Sophia $600 from the Tooth Fairy as it pertains to this topic … “My little Sophia, she’s been going through a hard time right now losing all of her teeth, and she’s not really so secure,” Farrah said. “I think it’s really a struggle losing your teeth right now when everyone’s looking at looks. So, she lost her first big tooth.” “She’s just like, ‘Mommy, I want teeth like yours!’ and I’ve had my teeth cosmetically done, so they’re looking pretty perfect.” Abraham may or may not realize that all kids lose their teeth and re-grow adult ones, and that no one gets $600 for them. But we digress. At least she’s not telling Sophia to go do her own thing while mom creates porn, erotic novels and sex toys? To Farrah, it’s all part of a greater message of self-acceptance … by doing whatever it takes to improve your appearance. “You’ll see that my daughter values the way I’ve done my look and invested in myself,” Abraham says, tooting her own horn. “I feel like if [plastic surgery is] not harming her and making her look better, and keeping her healthy, I have no issues with that.” “I’m going to be supportive because it hurts me to see my daughter worrying about her looks, even right now, so that’s sad.” Given that Farrah waxed Sophia’s unibrow when she was just three, perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised at her perspective here. The controversial star, who is often criticized for her parenting tactics (and also her porn career), says she’s ALL about confidence. “I think my daughter looks beautiful regardless if she’s losing her baby teeth or if she’s having a bad hair day,” Farrah stressed. “I really embrace everything about my daughter. I think she’s so perfect, gorgeous, and [I’m] thankful to God I have her.” ” I encourage her to just look past some of those things,” she adds, sort of totally contradicting what she said earlier … sigh.
Dwayne Johnson just got into the most amicable car accident ever. The actor – who recently set a selfie record and who shared a precious video of himself helping a two-year old girl pull an airplane – posted the following photo on Instagram today and shared the following story… He was driving to his latest movie set in his pick-up truck, music blaring, when he sideswiped another vehicle. So Johnson turned around, found the driver and explained what happened, offering to exchange information and “take care of everything.” Johnson then expounded, saying the driver “cocked his head sideways,” asked if he was speaking to The Rock and, upon receiving confirmation, replied: Wow, this is gonna be an awesome story! ” I started belly laughing at that, then he started laughing and before you know it we’re both standing in the middle of the street pointing to his mirror and laughing like two ol’ crazy buddies,” wrote Johnson. Dove has done it again. The company – which previously brought us to tears by showing a military man reuniting with his family – has opened up our waterworks with a new, Father's Day-themed ad. This Dove's Men+Care campaign featured real-life footage of actual men just finding out that their partner is expecting. “Real strength means showing you care even from the very first moment,” reads a message at the end of the commercial. The entire video is chock full of awesome pregnancy announcements , and we dare you to watch it with a dry eye. “This Father's Day, our new Dove Men+Care film celebrates men from the very first moment they find out they are going to be a dad,” wrote Dove on its YouTube page, adding: “Why? Because we know that showing care is a sign of a man's real strength. Watch our film to see how care makes dad stronger. Then, share your advice with the #RealStrength.”

They might call him Breezy, but there’s nothing chill about Chris Brown. Fatherhood changes some people, but even though Chris has been getting introspective Instagram and talking about changing his ways, we know that seething egomaniac we’ve come to know and tolerate will always lurk just beneath the surface. Case in point, Chris recently decided to celebrate Father’s Day a few weeks early by brushing off the haters and giving himself a pat on the back for siring the cutest of all celebrity children: Chris posted the above collage featuring Blue Ivy Carter, North West and his own Royalty (front and center, of course) to Instagram on Friday. He didn’t post any sort of caption with it, so we don’t know if this was a shout-out to his fellow celeb dads or a competitive thing, but when Breezy is involved, we tend to favor the douchiest explanation. We kid! We’re sure Chris’ intentions were good, as evidenced by the fact that he later deleted the collage and replaced it with this one featuring Wiz Khalifa’s son Sebastian and Tyga’s son King. Chris and Tyga have scheduled King-Royalty play dates so we know they’re on good terms, but it does kinda feel like Brown is saying Royalty is more on the Blue-North A-list level, right? John Nash, the Nobel Prize-winning mathematician whose life inspired the acclaimed 2001 film A Beautiful Mind, was killed in a car accident in New Jersey on Saturday. He was 86 years old. Nash’s wife, Alicia, was also killed in the crash. Police say the couple was riding in a taxi without seatbelts and were thrown from the vehicle when it struck a guardrail. Nash was best known for his work with game theory and he was awarded the Nobel Prize for Economics in 1994. The Ron Howard-directed biopic about Nash’s life depicted not only his mathematical brilliance, but also his lifelong struggle with schizophrenia. A Beautiful Mind went on to win four Academy Awards, including Best Picture. Moments ago, Russell Crowe, who portrayed Nash in the film, tweeted, “Stunned…my heart goes out to John & Alicia & family. Beautiful minds, beautiful hearts.” In their later years, the Nashes devoted themselves to working with mental health advocacy groups. Jennifer Connelly won an Oscar for her her portrayal of Alicia Nash in the movie that made the couple household names outside of the mathematics community. After a long, ugly legal battle, actress Kelly Rutherford has been awarded sole custody of her two children. A California judge has ordered that Rutherford’s son Hermes, 9, and daughter Helena, 5, be immediately returned to Los Angeles. The children have been living with their father, Daniel Giersch, in Monaco since 2012. Last month, it looked as though Rutherford had lost the legal fight to have her kids relocated to the States after a court ruled that the children should live with their German-born father, as Giersch is legally prohibited from entering the US, and thus would not be able to visit them in LA. The former Gossip Girl star refused to give up, however, and she reached out to her fans and famous friends to help her cause. A petition to bring Rutherford’s kids home recently reached 100,000 signatures. Kim Kardashian supported Rutherford on Twitter and publicly pleaded with President Obama to get involved in the custody battle. Sources say Rutherford is now bankrupt after spending over $2.5 million in lawyers’ fees in hopes of having her children returned to the States. Needless to say, the 46-year-old actress has considerable cause for celebration today. Amongst all of the many, many (many) criticisms leveled at the Kardashian-Jenner clan over the years, the most prevalent might be the complaint that none of them have any real talent. Sure, the Kim Kardashian sex tape featured some serious acting skills (There’s no way Ray J is that good.), but for the most part, the Kards are famous for being famous, and the only apparent talent in the family is Kris Jenner’s gift for exploiting her children.
