Last night, Season 10 Episode 1 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians brought in some of the show’s highest ratings ever. To celebrate, every member of the family is doing what he or she does best: Kanye is tweeting nude photos of Kim ; Kendall is trying to maintain a shred of dignity; and Scott is getting loaded and acting like an idiot. No, this isn’t the story about Scott getting sued for showing up drunk to a paid appearance. That was last week. This week, Scott showed up relatively sober for a gig in Atlantic City, then proceeded to get so hammered he lost his shoes. Here’s some footage from the evening to give you an idea of how turnt up Scott was early in the night. He starts screaming about his genitals around the 1:50 mark. Scott Disick: Drunk in the Club Things went downhill from there, and TMZ is reporting that Scott was found stumbling around the lobby of the Harrah’s Resort at 8 am Sunday morning. Well, that didn’t take long. Moments ago, we reported that Scott Disick was found drunk and barefoot in the lobby of an Atlantic City hotel on Sunday morning. Now, several outlets are reporting that Disick has checked into a rehab facility in Costa Rica to be treated for alcohol addiction. In a statement released by his publicist, Disick is quoted as saying, “I realize my issues are bigger than me and I am ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle.” Scott reportedly admitted himself after being given an ultimatum by his longtime girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian. In the past, Kourtney has threatened to leave Scott if he didn’t quit drinking , but she’s never followed through. Disick checked into rehab last summer, but he left in-patient care after only one day of treatment. According to his statement, Scott will undergo Iboga treatment, which involves eating the roots of a small African tree as a means of combating addiction. It’s certainly not the traditional method of detoxing, but considering how unsuccessful Scott’s efforts to get sober have been in the past, we can understand why he might be desperate to try something new. Back in January, actor Emile Hirsch allegedly assaulted a female film exec while he was in Utah for the Sundance Film Festival. Sources say a severely intoxicated Hirsch put a chokehold on the unidentified woman. Shortly thereafter, Hirsch checked into rehab to be treated for alcohol addiction. Today, Hirsch made his first court appearance. He is being charged with felony assault which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison. The actor, who turned 30 on Friday, appeared briefly before a judge and was then escorted to a nearby sheriff’s office where he had his mug shot taken. Hirsch declined to speak with reporters who had gathered outside the courthouse. Best known for his acclaimed performances in films like Into the Wild and Lone Survivor, Hirsch has a reputation around Hollywood as a humble, mild-mannered young star. Several witnesses who know Hirsch stated that they were shocked by his behavior on the night in question. Defense attorney Robert Offer claimed that Hirsch blacked out before the confrontation and has no memory of the events that led to his arrest. His next hearing is scheduled for April 13. It seems Lisa is (understandably) still upset about Kim’s allegations that Harry Hamlin is cheating . When Kim once again dodged the question (indicating that she probably didn’t have a “shocking secret” to begin with), Lisa went off on her: “Lisa went after Kim for making the outrageous comments suggesting Harry has something hidden in his past that he doesn’t want to come out,” one onlooker tells Radar Online. “Kim refused to answer and revealed absolutely nothing, which disgusted Lisa. She knew all along there was no deep dark secret. “She went off on Kim, accusing her of trying to distract attention from her struggle with sobriety.
