This is LITerally the worst news we’ve heard all week. In news initially broken by BuzzFeed and then confirmed by NBC, Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe are on their way out of Parks and Recreation. For reasons presumed budgetary reasons, the actors will depart the hilarious sitcom following Episode 13 of Season 6. “The news about Rob and Rashida is true,” executive producer Mike Schur said in a statement. “We’ve been working on their storyline (on and off) for four seasons now, and heading into this year, with the two of them contemplating parenthood, it felt like a natural time to move them into the next phase.” When we last saw Jones’ Ann Perkins (who has been with the series since its pilot) and Lowe’s Chris Traeger (who joined toward the end of Season 2), they had agreed to make a baby together. It’s unclear how the characters will be written out, but it’s safe to assume this parental mission will be accomplished and the pair will choose to raise their child outside Pawnee for whatever reason. Concluded Schur: “We absolutely love both Rashida and Rob, and will be sad to see them go. Rashida was one of the very first people we knew we wanted in the cast, and as important as Ann is to [Amy Poehler’s] Leslie (and vice-versa), she’ll certainly never be far from Pawnee. Rob we initially thought we could only have for six or eight episodes, and we couldn’t be happier that he will have stuck around for 75 “They are wonderful, funny, committed actors, they’ve been a huge part of the Parks and Rec family, and we think we have a great Pawnee send-off in the works for them.

That’s the woman suing The Real Housewives of Atlanta star , claiming she was her wedding planner and is owed big bucks for the job. NeNe has been on two-day, non-stop rant against Cook. “I was just thinking, should I wear my [wedding] dress 2 court?” Leakes asked her 1.28 million Twitter followers. “U really wanna do this, let’s go.” NeNe even shared a photo from the ceremony of herself with husband Gregg Leakes and her wedding planner, Tony Conway. True Entertainment, the producers of NeNe’s reality show, actually paid for the wedding, Leakes revealed. “Atlanta has more scam artists than reality stars!” she wrote. “Everybody looking 4 a pay day.” In Cook’s lawsuit, she claims Leakes hired her Dream Design Weddings, signed a contract and even paid her a $18,750 down payment. Kenya Moore Calls Phaedra Parks A Liar According to Kenya’s Bravo blog We have seen the extreme lows of how far Phaedra is willing to stoop by what she did to NeNe, me, and Angela Stanton (the woman who claims that Phaedra was involved in insurance fraud) and anyone else who dares to cross her. She even went as far as to recruit my ex as a client and advised him to exploit himself by lying about the status of our relationship in staged radio interviews. The nuances of her statements give it away… “They called him”. How would she know that had she not been directly communication with him? Phaedra will never be the smartest woman in the room if I’m also present. She’s obsessed with trying to hurt me but she will continue to lose that battle in perpetuity. With her alleged illegal dealings and random and ridiculous business ventures, she is not only a proven liar, an embarrassment to her family, as well as the laughing stock of the law industry. Her vicious gratuitous retaliatory actions are never warranted, including Angela Stanton’s testimony. Are we all wrong? Judge for yourself. With that said, I wish Apollo all the best. Disneyland is definitely not the happiest place on earth for little black children… It turns out that the white “Alice In Wonderland” rabbit that was hatin’ on lil Elijah and Jason Black ain’t the only racist character at Disneyland. Via NY Daily News reports : The lawyer for a black San Diego family that claimed they were discriminated against by a Disney character during a trip to Disneyland said he’s received dozens of calls from people alleging the same thing. “I’ve gotten many emails and voicemails that I’m looking into. What this tells me is this isn’t an isolated incident,” attorney Dan Gilleon told San Diego’s ABC 10 News. “It doesn’t mean Disneyland is racist, but they have some people in the company who aren’t playing by the rules and are being discriminatory.” On Thursday, a second family came forward to say their two children were ignored by someone playing Donald Duck during a trip to the Magic Kingdom in December. Nastasia White, who is black, told 10 News the person in the duck suit ignored two requests to take a photo with her children, Razzi, 5, and Ryder, 2, and played with white children instead. “[Razzi] was sitting there with his arms open, saying, ‘Donald, Donald!’” White, of Los Angeles, said. White told the station she wasn’t overreacting because the character’s brush-off “was done in a blatant and ugly way.” The White family has hired Gilleon to pursue their case. Disney has not responded to the Daily News’ request for comment. Earlier this week, the company said they carefully review all claims from guests at their parks and hotels. Earlier this week, Jason and Annelia Black, of San Diego, claimed their children and cousins were ignored by someone dressed as the White Rabbit character from “Alice in Wonderland” in August. The Blacks, who are black, claimed the costumed character turned away from them to play with some white and Asian families. Gilleon told the Daily News that Disney officials tried to duck the family’s complaint by offering VIP passes worth $500 in exchange for a signed statement clearing the Magic Kingdom of any wrongdoing. The Black family was suing Disney for violating California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act, which outlaws discrimination based on race, sex and other qualities, Gilleon said. Gilleon claimed the snub was caught on security video, and he plans to subpoena Disney for it. Violation of the Unruh act carries a penalty of $25,000. The Blacks planned to claim anywhere from three to ten violations — based on the number of children present during the alleged snub — and also plans to also seek attorney’s fees and damages, including the cost of the trip, Gilleon said.
