Sources tell UsMagazine.com that Brown approached a woman at the Lasio Professional Hair Care suite Grammy gift lounge on February 10 and told her, “Can I get your number? I promise I won’t beat you!” The woman he reportedly used the line on added, “He and his friends laughed, then one yelled, ‘That’s his new line!’ Ugh! I wanted to throw up!” Both he and his rep denied the woman’s allegation.”That is absurd and absolutely not true,” Brown said in a statement to TMZ . “I did not say that nor would I joke about that.” Amid speculation that he will appear on Rihanna ‘s reworked “Birthday Cake” track , rumors about Brown’s personal life continue to swirl. He reportedly was at her birthday party in L.A. earlier this week. TMZ reports that Brown “refused” to enter the party at the Hearst Mansion in Beverly Hills unless partygoers signed confidentiality agreements handed out by his entourage. While some did, others refused. Despite denying they are romantically involved again, Brown and Rihanna were “nuzzling” and “holding hands,” according to TMZ sources. The Monday night party was also attended by Ri’s pals like Chris Martin, Katy Perry and Bruno Mars. The news comes just days after he took to Twitter to blast the critics of his Grammy win and performances . “Strange how we pick and choose who to hate!” Brown reportedly wrote on the now-deleted spree. “Let me ask u this. Our society is full of rappers (which I listen to) who have sold drugs (poisoning). But yet we glorify them and imitate everything they do. Then right before the worlds eyes a man shows how he can make a Big mistake and learn from it, but still has to deal with day to day hatred! You guys love to hate!!! When will the drama end? According to Radaronline reports: Music mogul Clive Davis will not be paying for Whitney Houston’s funeral which will take place in Newark, New Jersey on Saturday, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. The news comes as a surprise, as Davis was paying the majority of Houston’s bills before the pop singer tragically died at age 48 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel last Saturday. Davis has faced scrutiny from Houston’s family and Chaka Khan, amongst others, for proceeding with the pre-Grammy party at the hotel last Saturday, while Houston’s body was still in the bathroom upstairs in her room. Houston passed away on Saturday afternoon after she was found unconscious and unresponsive in her bathtub at the iconic hotel. The award winning singer was declared dead by paramedics at 3:55 p.m. PST. “Yes, Clive was paying the majority of Whitney’s bills before she died. He was even paying for her room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel; she was out of money. She didn’t have anything left,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Clive won’t be paying for any part of Whitney’s funeral though. Whitney’s family will be responsible for all the costs.” “Whitney’s fortune is gone,” a source said at the time. “Music industry heavy hitters are supporting her and her label is fronting her cash against her next album, but no one knows when that will be released. She might be homeless if not for people saving her. She is broke as a joke. She called someone to ask for $100.” The funeral for Houston will be a private invitation only event, and Clive Davis will be there, along with Houston’s ex-husband Bobby Brown. But Amber Riley’s soulful rendition of “I Will Always Love You” had already been on the docket for the Valentine’s-themed episode, titled “Heart,” long before Houston was found dead Saturday in her Los Angeles hotel room. While the song choice served to move along the plot — which revolved around the love triangle between Riley’s Mercedes and her two beaus, footballer Shane (LaMarcus Tinker) and fellow Gleek Sam (Chord Overstreet) — it was particularly stirring, considering its timing. Standing in a red gown, Riley stood alone on a stage with just a spotlight on her as she sang a pitch-perfect rendition of the song, a Dolly Parton track recorded by Houston for “The Bodyguard” soundtrack . While Riley sings, Overstreet stands in the back of the auditorium, acknowledging her tearful goodbye to him. Who covered “I Will Always Love You” better: “Glee” or the Grammys? The show’s producers acknowledged the icon’s loss with an “In Memoriam” slate that ran at the end of the episode, which simply read: “Whitney Houston 1963-2012. We will always love you.” The decision to acknowledge the singer’s death was made shortly after the news of her tragic and untimely death broke. “Obviously, we could not predict the unfortunate circumstances that happened this weekend,” “Glee” music supervisor P.J. Bloom told The Hollywood Reporter. “But at the same time, instead of focusing on the dark stuff, it’s nice to have an opportunity to hear her in this way and celebrate the magic that Whitney brought to this industry.” Riley opened up to E! News about meeting Houston on Thursday, at the pre-Grammy party where Whitney hit the stage with Kelly Price . “Whitney’s music meant so very much to me. I was very, very choked up when I heard about her passing. I just met her this past Thursday,” Riley said. “I’ve grown up listening to her voice ringing throughout our household. I’m so speechless. I can’t believe that she passed.” On Sunday, Jennifer Hudson performed the same song at the Grammy Awards , serving as a simple, emotional tribute to the singer. While the other guy that inspired her first album has remained anonymous, the man who inspired “Rolling in the Deep” has been unveiled: He’s a musician and actor who goes by the name Slinky Sunbeam and hails from the seaside town of Margate. Also known as Slinky Winfield, the 25-year-old became Adele’s lover after she was famous, introduced through her close-knit circle of art-loving friends in South London. “Adele likes to keep part of her life back for herself, but it’s an open secret that Slinky was the guy who inspired ‘21,’ ” a friend of the singer tells The Post. “He’s a seriously good-looking guy. He has a great body and likes to wear vests to show it off. And he has this crazy hair which reminds me of Jimi Hendrix — it’s really wild and untamed. “It’s easy to see what attracted Adele to him,” the friend adds. “He’s a really popular guy, the life and soul of the party, and he’s a musician as well. His TriBeCa apartment is worth $28 million.Two weeks ago, he suffered a manic break and purchased a whopping $20 million worth of expensive kitsch over the course of five days at the New York International Gift Fair: Bazinet, whose apartment was described in Richistan as “a 10,000 square foot glass and chrome palace [that] looks more like a wing of the Museum of Modern Art than a home,” was wandering the floor of New York’s Javits Center two weeks ago for the gift fair, “the premier gift and decorative accessories market in the United States.” Basically, it’s booth after booth of preposterously pricey furniture, throw pillows, and wall art. A vendor we spoke to told us that Bazinet and an assistant walked up to their booth and ordered $15,000 worth of merchandise for delivery to his apartment. But when the vendor called last Bazinet week to confirm the order and get payment information, an assistant told her that the order was cancelled. “We called to get his credit card information,” the vendor said, “and his assistant told us that he had ordered $20 million worth of merchandise. She said he was having a bipolar incident, and had been hospitalized. They’re cancelling all the orders. Hopefully all the other vendors called ahead to check like we did.” Katherine Roepke, a spokesman for Bazinet, confirmed the incident. “I don’t know that it was $20 million, but much of that is true,” she said. “He is hospitalized right now with a manic episode.
