Tommie put up a PSA to curious folks who wondered if she would be returning to TV after multiple arrests last year. In the note on her IG story, Tommie wrote: “I loved my old job but I no longer work with them.” A commenter asked Tommie to clarify what she meant in her Instastory with, “Did that story mean you quit LHH???”. Tommie responded #Facts. In regards to her “old job” as a cast member on the popular reality tv show, Tommie says life while working for Mona Scott-Young was “mediocre”. Long before she became the infamous Backdoor Teen Mom , Farrah Abraham was simply a midwestern teenager coping with some very challenging circumstances. It's hard to imagine now, but there was a time when Farrah was the most sympathetic star on 16 and Pregnant , having lost her boyfriend, Derek Underwood, in a car wreck while she was pregnant with his child. The years since have brought tremendous change to Farrah's life, but she still took time to remember Derek on the 10th anniversary of his death last week. Of course, Farrah being Farrah, she did so in a wildly insensitive fashion that outraged her social media followers. Take a look: 1. Cemetery Party! Farrah kicked things off with an oddly festive gathering at Derek’s grave. 2. Source: David Livingston / Getty From domestic violence accusations to crystal meth charges , it’s not a secret that former child actor Orlando Brown hasn’t taken the best path in life in the past few years. Now, he may be adding “deadbeat Dad” to his resume. On the Dec. 21 episode of “Dr. Phil,” the “That’s So Raven” star admitted that he has fathered numerous children, so many in fact, that he can’t remember all of their names and ages. “I got a 2-year-old, 4-year-old… 5-year-old, 8 and 11.” He added another surprising detail to the mix by mentioning, “[The] 2-year-old still in the belly. We don’t know [the name] yet.” Brown’s friend told Dr. Phil that he called the show because he’s extremely worried about the actor’s weakened psychological state. “I called in because Orlando, he has mental problems. He’s burnt so many bridges, no one wants to deal with him. If you can’t help, he does not have a chance,” one of Brown’s friends explained during a call-in during the episode. “Out of nowhere, he’ll say: ‘Michael Jackson is my father. I own Neverland.” To show his love for the King of Pop, during his interview he rocked a pair of contacts that made his eyes closer resemble that of a snake’s . “They’re my Michael Jackson eyelids from ‘Thriller,’” Brown told Dr. Phil. Brown continued by claiming he’s Jackson’s son. “My full name is Orlando Brown Prince Michael Jackson Jr. aka Blanket,” Brown claimed. “My nickname I gave to myself. My father was Michael Jackson, the great Michael Jackson…I used to always wonder why I’m so astronomically blessed and gifted when it comes to being talented. I rap, sing and I do everything immaculately,” he stressed. Adding, “The eyes. And also just speaking to different Jackson family members that, you know, have confirmed it. So yeah, it’s a blessing to know that. I can sit here today and say, that yeah, that Michael Jackson was my father.” Before the interview ended, Dr. Phil offered Orlando help at a Malibu addiction and mental health treatment center. Sadly, he refused that help on air. “That sounds cool but I don’t have the time right now,” he said. “I really wish I did have the time. I’ve been going through treatments and a lot of group sessions and all of this stuff unnecessarily in the first place. I refuse to let myself believe that, you know, I have a problem.” He also talked about what he’s trying to focus on now. “Right now what I need help with is me basically having my home, my kids and my life. That’s all I need,” he said. “Like I mentioned earlier, four years sober. I don’t think I need the help.” “I think some people on the outside need to grow up and they need to really take responsibility for what they’ve done in their lives and stop trying to hide between other people’s masks,” he continued. “I just got out of rehab, out of the E.R. I’m not doing no more time away from my kids that I need to. I want my kids to be with me in Neverland.” Thankfully, according to Dr. Phil after the show ended, Orlando later accepted his help and is currently in the center getting the attention he so desperately needs. Source: Jeneil S / Getty 3 Men Charged In Gender Reveal Mass Shooting Three Cincinnati, Ohio area men have been arrested and charged for a mass shooting that took place at a gender reveal party back in 2017 for a woman who wasn’t even knocked up. According to ABC News , the 2017 shooting left one woman dead and eight wounded. Three children and a dog were among the wounded. Police determined the shooting was targeted and drug-related after connecting multiple witnesses to drug rings. “From the very beginning of this investigation, we met significant resistance that is uncommon from victims of crime wanting a resolution,” Denney told the Cincinnati Enquirer. A grand jury indicted 28-year-old Roshawn Bishop, 23-year-old James Echols and 21-year-old Michael Sanon on 22 counts of various charges including murder, aggravated robbery and cruelty to animals. The gunfire at a home northwest of Cincinnati killed 22-year-old Autum Garrett, of Andrews of Indiana. The victim’s husband and two children were injured in the shooting. Garret was the cousin to the host of the party — who investigators claim was not even pregnant at the time. The party was held for then 21-year-old Cheyanne Willis, who claimed to have suffered a miscarriage after being shot in the thigh. Investigators later found that she was not pregnant, to begin with. Kim Kardashian is taking over. Yes, we know she took over the pop cultural landscape long ago, and perhaps in some respects, her career has peaked. But while Kim might be overshadowed by her younger sisters in terms of fame and media clout, she’s slowly assuming the role of the Kard clan matriarchal figure who’s in charge of family festivities. Sure, Kris Jenner is still at the top of the Kar-Jenner foodchain, but this year, she took a major step toward semi-retirement (We all know Kris will never fully retire.) by letting Kim host the family’s annual Christmas Eve bash. And what a celebration it was. Kim being Kim, there was an elaborate theme in place. The decor and attire were all in accordance with a “Winter Wonderland Whoville” motif. Though to be honest most of the guests just dressed like they were headed to one of Diddy’s annual White Parties and showed little regard for the more Seuss-ian aspect of the theme. But with a guest list like this, who could complain? Obviously, Kim’s A-list family was in attendance, including Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson, who were newly returned from a short pre-holiday trip to Mexico. But the Kards weren’t the only famous faces in hand for the Yuletide bash. Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez both stopped by to spread some holiday cheer (and pose for a selfie or two). Even Kim’s former bestie Paris Hilton stopped by for a spell. Maybe this is Paris’ way of trying to atone for all the trash she talked back in the days when Kim was her lowly closet-organizer. Attendees say John Legend took the stage to belt out some holiday classics, and all the guests seem to thoroughly enjoy themselves. Khloe’s sisters even refrained from berating Tristan Thompson for cheating on her while she was pregnant with his child. (Though frankly, we’re of the opinion that Tristan-bashing should be an annual tradition from here on out.) All-in-all it sounds like the party was a respite from what’s been an intensely drama-packed year for the Kardashians. But don’t worry, we’re sure the whole family will be back to bickering for the sake of the camera crew any time now. We’re sure another Kim vs. Khloe feud is brewing at this very moment. N ew York Democratic Rep.-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ’s plan to shake up the party in Congress reportedly involves the ouster of Rep. Hakeem Jeffries from his Brooklyn district in the 2020 primaries. For Ocasio-Cortez, targeting Jeffries is both political and personal. Jeffries, a political rising star who recently won the No. 5 House Democratic leadership position, is the “highest priority” for Ocasio-Cortez. However, her office denied to Politico that she had already recruited a candidate to challenge the congressman. Ocasio-Cortez, who won an upset primary victory in 2018 over incumbent Joe Crowley , is part of a group called the Justice Democrats that wants to replace moderates with progressives. However, targeting Jeffries goes beyond those reasons for Ocasio-Cortez. “It’s personal for Ocasio. And she’s going to go all out to take him out,” a source told the news outlet. “Ocasio-Cortez is also unhappy that a campaign donation to her from Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) was allegedly used in a whisper campaign against Lee before her narrow loss to Jeffries in the recent race for Democratic caucus chair,” Politico explained. But Jeffries is not an easy target. Since coming to Congress, the Brooklyn Democrat has gained a lot of political clout—rising to a post in House leadership after serving just six years. Jeffries, 48, is considered by many to be on track to become the first African-American speaker of the House. Unlike Crowley, he regularly keeps in touch with his constituents. Jeffries, a former corporate lawyer who has a war chest of more than $1 million to defend his seat, was unconcerned by the political threat. “It’s a free country and democracy is a beautiful thing. It seems like just yesterday that the Love & Hip Hop couple shocked the world by getting together long after their respective stints on the show, but now, they’re proving the skeptics wrong as they happily celebrate their first child together turning 1-year-old. In true mommy fashion, Cyn posted up a few emotional posts following up to Lexington’s birthday, one of just her baby boy and another of her and Joe in the delivery room following giving birth and meeting for the first time. She also thanked her baby daddy Budden for “being amazing father and soulmate.” Though the couple hasn’t posted any official party photos yet, they celebrated with friends and family at the crib on Saturday–where both Cyn and Joe kept it cute showing off the party on their respective Instagram stories. Santana shared before via twitter that the theme of the party was going to be “Elmo in Lex Land,” and as evidenced from pictures and videos, the festivities featured both a real-life Elmo and an Elmo cake to match. Just as Joe describes in the videos below, it looks like little Lexington is just trying to sleep while the festivities go on around him, but Cyn is excited enough about the party for the whole family. Though we got a glimpse into the party from the happy couple on their IG stories, we can expect to see some better footage in the coming days.
