NFL Cheerleader Accused of Grabbing 12 Year Old’s Penis of the Day

Best news story ever…or at least for today: A former NFL cheerleader has been charged with aggravated sexual battery after allegedly grabbing a 12-year-old boy’s penis outside his pants … and attempting to perform oral sex on him. 42-year-old Elizabeth Garner — who cheered for the Tennessee Titans until 2009 — was also charged with solicitation of a minor for rape of a child. According to law enforcement, Garner — who is married — is accused of following the 12-year-old to the bathroom during a party last month hosted by the boy’s mother, grabbing his penis over his shorts … and attempting to remove them in order to perform oral sex on him. The boy escaped, told his mother what happened … and the mother then informed authorities. According to police, the boy said Garner asked if he’d ever been with a woman. During a police interview, cops claim Garner willingly admitted she approached the boy … but said she was drunk and had confused him with an (adult) man at the party. (We’ll see how that defense pans out.) I wish shit like this happened when I was 12, but I was always the kid no one wanted to molest. I appreciate her excuse “I was drunK”….which legally doesn’t really hold much of a defense when in court and being charged for sex crimes, like meeting a 17 year old off the internet in Florida one night after she seduced you on chat for the authorities…you know telling you what you want to hear….entrapment. I also like “I thought it was an adult” cuz 12 year olds and 40 year old men have so much in common in terms of their build now with all the hormones in the food. I mean at the point between tapping him on the shoulder and asking him if he had been with other women before trying to suck him off, you’d think she’d realize he was 12. Who are we to judge, maybe they do things different in pre-Teennesee. More importantly, she’s a fucking ex NFL cheerleader, who looks like a hooker, it is not like she’s some top grade morally sound citizen…. Still a good story for her to tell her grandkids about one day.

Justin Timberlake Releases "The 20/20 Experience," Confirms Follow-Up Album Rumors

Give Justin Timberlake credit: when he comes back to music, he really comes back to music. Having spent the last few weeks promoting his new album (” The 20/20 Experience “) absolutely everywhere – from hosting Saturday Night Live to sticking around Jimmy Fallon all week as the musical guest – JT announced at a release party yesterday that even more new songs are on the way. “I’ve got to clear up the rumors,” the singer said. “This whole thing about this only being the first part … is true. There is another half. I’m not giving you a release date.” Reports, however, claim the second new album of 2013 will be available in November. Timberlake sang three songs from the new album at the shindig in Los Angles:  “Mirrors,”” Suit & Tie” and the Latin-infused “Let the Groove Get In.” However, he says the final song on the CD, ” Blue Ocean Floor ,” is the most “unique.” It was inspired by British rock group Radiohead. Why wait so long between albums and then release TWO in a matter of months? Justin explained to Ryan Seacrest: “I definitely enjoy all the entertaining but music is definitely the most special thing to me, and that’s probably why I wait so long in between records, because for me, no pun intended, it’s an experience.”

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth: It’s Over!

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have broken up, according to the N.Y. Post . One source close to the celebrity couple said, “Miley and Liam are done; it’s over. She likes to party really hard and can be pretty wild.” “It became a problem for him.” Another source added, “They’ve broken up before, and are broken up now . There was big drama because she suspected he had a wandering eye.” Don’t buy her denials, either, says the insider, noting, “While Miley has insisted they are still together, right now they are very, very much apart.” The news, while not confirmed by either party, comes amid multiple reports of trouble in paradise and the pair more or less parting ways for weeks. Hemsworth, 23, returned to his native Australia because, “He needed to get away from L.A. and spend some time with his brother and friends.” Meanwhile, back in the U.S., Miley Cyrus was photographed outside an L.A. recording studio without her engagement ring, but with a mystery man . It was even reported that Liam slept with January Jones at one point this winter, “jilting” the former Hannah Montana star. It’s been a tough stretch. The Miley Cyrus split rumors reached a boiling point last week. Cyrus, 20, Tweeted: “I am so sick of La. And sick of the lies that come with it. I didn’t call off my wedding. Taking a break from social media. #draining.” She also wrote that her new album will “shut everyone up.” Cyrus and Hemsworth became engaged last May, but the evidence that they’ve been going through a rough patch in 2013 soon began to pile up. Another source added, “Miley is a fiery character. They do fight, but she is crazy about Liam. She isn’t ready to accept it but it might be over for good.” Again, Miley and Liam have not confirmed anything as far as an official split, so stay tuned. Still, it doesn’t look good for the couple of three years.

Ho sit down… We didn’t want to be the ones to say it, but we’re glad Kim Kardashian finally got the message. Via Page Six reports : Kim Kardashian is awaiting tests from doctors after her miscarriage scare, according to sources, and friends say the experience has been a “wake-up call” for the pregnant reality star who’s never met a photo-op she didn’t like. After we exclusively reported that Kim had to be rushed to doctors after she returned to LA from Paris fashion week, her sister Khloe posted a note to fans yesterday to thank them for their concern, writing, “Mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy.” But behind the scenes, we hear Kim is panicked as doctors carry out tests following her scare. “She’s awaiting test results,” said a source. “Kim’s really scared — this has been a wake-up call that she really needs to slow down and take care of herself. Friends are telling her to lay off the high heels and the high fashion.” But another source close to Kamp Kardashian said simply, “Kim didn’t feel well, she went to doctor, had some tests and all is fine. He ordered her to rest.” The mother of Kanye West’s baby’s been photographed working out daily to control her weight and appearing at promotional events galore. “She’s very responsible about meeting all her appointments. But she realizes this is something serious.” Kardashian returned to Twitter today to update her followers on her status. She wrote, “Thanks for all the well wishes, I’m doing fine! Just resting…have a good weekend. Love you guys!” We’re glad Kim is feeling better and hopefully she’ll chill on all the gym and traveling she’s been doing.
