Earlier this summer, Bethenny Frankel wore her 4-year-old daughter’s clothing and posted a bizarre photo of her new look to Instagram. Naturally, some fans complained that Bethenny was glamorizing a dangerous body ideal, while others expressed their concerns about her health. In response, Frankel told them all to get a life . Now, the former Real Housewife and current desperate divorcee has posted another worrisome pic to her IG page and, well…she’s certainly the perfect spokesperson for her line of Skinnygirl products: That’s Bethenny posing with a Ferrari that she’s apparently considering buying. Rather than commenting on the car, however, most of Frankel’s followers took notice of her worrisome weight loss: The hashtag “#WayTooSkinnyGirl” makes several appearances in the comments section of the pic, and with good reason. Frankel has been accused of being overly obsessed with weight loss in the past and in this photo – the most revealing that she’s posted in several months – the 43-year-old reality star and cocktail mix mogul appears alarmingly gaunt. Bethenny has yet to respond to the latest criticisms, but she’s been quick to dismiss haters in the past.
