Minnie Makes It Clap? Disney Employee And Church Pastor Busted Watching Freaky Kiddie Flicks While At Work

Disney World Employee Caught Watching Kiddie Sex Clips At Work Now you even have to hide ya kids at Disney vacation spots?? Damn! via Orlando Sentinel A custodial manager at Disney’s Port Orleans resort is accused of watching freaky kiddie flicks at work while writing an Easter sermon for a Sanford church where he is the pastor. Cedric Eugene Cuthbert, pastor of the Historic St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church in Sanford, worked for Disney for more than seven years before his arrest. He has since been fired. An employee-relations manager at Disney was alerted last month when Cuthbert, 49, tried to access several blocked websites from his work computer, the manager told Orange County deputies. Disney’s monitoring system takes screen shots of employee computers every three seconds and recorded Cuthbert writing an Easter Sunday church sermon while loading p***ographic YouTube videos involving teenage girls. According the his arrest affidavit, Cuthbert wrote a letter of apology to Disney officials, but there were no details about what was in the letter. He also told investigators that he didn’t specifically search for child sex clips. Instead, he said he simply opened links that were sent to him via YouTube, the report states. Cuthbert worked an overnight shift at the Disney resort from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the arrest affidavit states. He logged in with his employee credentials during a time when no other employees would have been at work, deputies said. After watching one video, Cuthbert sent a message to the person who posted the video to YouTube that said, “You are so cute!… Keep making vids! Send me a private vid longer, I am a big fan of yours!” What a perv. SMH. Continue reading

Chris Brown Probation Violation Hearing Pushed Back Until June

Chris Brown was in court Friday to answer accusations that he violated probation by falsifying community service records , but the case was postponed. The D.A. believes Brown may not have properly completed the community labor requirement of his felony assault sentence for beating Rihanna in ’09. Attorney Mark Geragos was seen smiling, his arm around Brown, as he and his client emerged from the judge’s chambers after a 25-minute consult. L.A. Superior Court Judge James Bradlin kicked off the briefest of hearings by announcing that all parties “had a fairly lengthy discussion in chambers.” It’s not clear what was discussed specifically, but they reviewed motions from the D.A’s office and Geragos, as well as supplemental probation reports. Bradlin explained that new discovery – or evidence – had just come in in the form of two thick envelopes, which will be reviewed before the case proceeds. One was from the probation department in Brown’s native Virginia, where he says he completed his 180 days of service, and another from New York. The contents of both envelopes remain sealed at this time, as Bradlin granted a continuance until June 10. Until then, status quo for Brown’s probation. When the controversy arose earlier this year, Brown went off on Instagram , exploding in a tirade … he’s since cooled down considerably in recent weeks. Brown’s mother and a bodyguard accompanied him. Rihanna is on her world tour and couldn’t come … no word on whether she was cheating on him with a girl .

Rick Warren’s Son Dies of Suicide

Rick Warren, the well-known pastor at Saddleback Valley Community Church, relayed a tragic  message to his congregation tonight: His youngest son Matthew committed suicide on Friday at the age of 27, killing himself via self-inflicted gunshot wound. Warren passed along the sad news this evening at his church in Lake Forest, California. “Matthew was an incredibly kind, gentle and compassionate young man whose sweet spirit was encouragement and comfort to many,” the church said in a statement. “Unfortunately, he also suffered from mental illness resulting in deep depression and suicidal thoughts.” Warren is the author of many Christian books, most notably “The Purpose Driven Life.” He founded the eighth largest church in the nation in 1980. “No words can express the anguished grief we feel right now,” the pastor said in a statement. “You who watched Matthew grow up knew he was an incredibly kind, gentle, and compassionate man. He had a brilliant intellect and a gift for sensing who was most in pain or most uncomfortable in a room. He’d then make a bee-line to that person to engage and encourage them. “But only those closest knew that he struggled from birth with mental illness, dark holes of depression, and even suicidal thoughts. In spite of America’s best doctors, meds, counselors, and prayers for healing, the torture of mental illness never subsided.”

Applebee’s Waitress: FIRED For Posting Pastor’s Receipt on Reddit!

An Applebee’s waitress who posted a receipt on Reddit showing a note from a pastor complaining about the automatic suggested gratuity has reportedly been fired. After the pastor complained to her manager, no less. Chelsea Welch, the waitress, tells Yahoo News that the pastor (since identified as Alois Bell) told Welch’s manager that the ensuing firestorm “ruined” her reputation. “I give God 10%,” the pastor wrote on the receipt , scratching out the automatic tip and scribbling in an emphatic “0” where the additional tip would be. “Why do you get 18?” There were more than eight people in Bell’s party, triggering the auto-tip … on a bill not even totaling $35. Still, the pastor was apparently not a fan. Welch, who snapped a photo of the bill and uploaded to Reddit, defended her right to post the receipt online, along with how insulted she felt by it. “I thought the note was insulting, but also comical,” she told the Consumerist about her decision. “And I thought other users would find it entertaining.” Bell, a pastor at Truth in the World Deliverance Ministries Church, was not amused when word got around, and called Welch’s manager to complain. “[It was] a lapse in my character and judgment,” Bell said, noting that her signature ID’d her to a friend in St. Louis, who said, “it’s all over Yahoo. You went viral!” “My heart is really broken. I’ve brought embarrassment to my church and ministry.” Didn’t stop her from bringing up the issue to her server’s employer, of course. A spokesman for Applebee’s said it apologized for violating Bell’s “right to privacy” and confirmed that Welch “is no longer employed by the franchise.” Welch was surprised that Applebee’s fired her, “especially because there was nothing specific in the employee handbook admonishing this behavior.” “I had no intention of starting a witch hunt or hurting anyone. I just wanted to share a picture I found interesting,” she said, still in shock from her dismissal. Welch also isn’t buying Bell’s “embarrassment” over the note she wrote. “If a person wrote this, obviously they wanted it seen ,” she said. “I’ve been stiffed on tips before, but this is the first time I’ve seen the Big Man used as reasoning.” What do you think? Is Bell being sincere? And should Welch have been fired?

Jesus Take The Wheel: Dirty Azz DC Police Officer Charged With Abusing 11-Year-Old Girl

This ninja had the nerve to hire a lawyer who reps his police union , cause you know, he paid his dues and all!!! According to The Washington Post , Wendel Palmer abused a young girl from the youth choir he directed in his church from 2004-2006…his lawyer’s asking why the victim’s only reporting it now!?!?! The Metropolitan Police Department officer accused of sexually abusing a young girl in the youth choir he directed would send the rest of the group to the store and order his victim to stay behind, according to court documents. Wendel Palmer, 44, pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges of first-degree child sexual abuse in D.C. Superior Court. According to court documents, the abuse occurred while Palmer directed the youth choir at Bethuel Temple Church of Christ Apostolic in the 2400 block of Martin Luther King Avenue SE. During rehearsals, the court documents say, Palmer would tell the girl to stay with him in the pastor’s office while the rest of the choir members went to a store. The assaults began in August 2004 when the girl was 11, according to court documents. They allegedly ran through August 2006, when she was 13. She told investigators there were “too many incidents to count,” court documents say. Other incidents allegedly took place elsewhere in the D.C. area. Police learned of the alleged abuse when the mother of the alleged victim, who is now 19, called a hotline in March 2012 to report it, according to court documents; Detectives interviewed the woman days later. Palmer’s attorney, Harold Martin, argued Thursday that the allegations were “not specific” regarding the date and time of the offenses. Martin also asked why the alleged victim waited until 2012 to report the abuse. “That should raise some question about the level of proof,” said Martin, who also represents the D.C. police union. Assistant U.S. Attorney Sarah McClellan said her office has no reason to question the woman’s credibility. It was unclear whether Palmer was still associated with the church. Calls to the church were not answered, and a woman who answered a Pennsylvania number listed for the pastor, Winston R. Palmer, said he did not want to talk to a reporter. It could not be determined whether the pastor and Wendel Palmer are related. Bethuel Temple has churches in Southeast Washington and Harrisburg, Pa. The name on the church marquis is Bishop William Rutherford Palmer Jr., who died in 2010 at the age of 75. His wife declined to comment when asked about Wendel Palmer. Several other people listed in public records as relatives also declined to speak to a reporter. In an interview, Pennsylvania Magistrate Judge Robert Jennings III said he knows both Wendel Palmer and the pastor, though he declined to detail their relationship to each other. Jennings said he has attended the Harrisburg church for about five years and has been to the Anacostia church. Asked about the allegations, he said: “I find that hard to believe, I have to say that. I can’t fathom it. I think he is a fine, upstanding young man.” McClellan said Palmer tried to elude police when they tried to arrest him, a claim Martin denied. Court documents say that a sergeant who knew that Palmer was wanted on an arrest warrant discreetly called 911 when she saw him inside the police union office on Wednesday, but he drove away before he could be apprehended and sped away from the sergeant as she followed him in her personal car. Palmer later turned himself in, according to court documents. Palmer is a 22-year veteran of the department who had been assigned to the Sixth District. D.C. Police spokeswoman Gwendolyn Crump confirmed Palmer’s arrest but declined to answer further questions about the investigation. Palmer, who joined the police force in 1990, got into trouble in 2004 after a woman flagged him down while on patrol to tell him about a domestic dispute. City records show that Palmer allowed her into his marked cruiser, took her to a restaurant and brought her back to her apartment. The woman’s husband and aunt came home and found them, according to the records. They filed a complaint with police, who suspended him for 35 days for conduct unbecoming an officer, failure to obey orders and neglect of duty. In 2009, the D.C. Office of Employee Appeals reduced the suspension to 13, awarding Palmer back pay. Palmer, of Fort Washington, has six children through a previous marriage that ended in 2011, according to court records. The records show that his ex-wife took custody of the children — two are now adults — in June 2011. A woman who answered the phone at a number listed for his ex-wife, LaVera Palmer, declined to comment Thursday. Palmer was ordered held in jail ahead of a hearing scheduled for Tuesday. He has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the criminal charges. Magistrate Judge Karen Howze granted Martin’s request to have Palmer isolated from other inmates while jailed, which is common when police are arrested. It’s sad that no one will speak out against this predator. Something shady is definitely going on here. Hopefully justice will be served! Images via shutterstock

Makin’ It Rain On Them Mogul Hoes: Oprah’s Dubbed A ‘Top Rule Breaker’ On The Cover Of The Hollywood Reporter

They named her one of 2012′s ‘Rule Breakers’… According to The Hollywood Reporter , Oprah says she’s got a lot to be thankful for in 2012: “I’m not doing the hula yet …but compared to a year ago, it feels like a sigh of relief,” says Winfrey between sips of iced tea on her sprawling estate. She’s referring to the recent surge in relevance (and ratings) of her OWN cable network, which debuted two years earlier to a deluge of headlines about weak programming, management shake-ups and its honcho’s dwindling influence. “Part of my own expectation was, ‘You’ve had 25 years of success; people will leverage that,’ ” confesses the 58-year-old mogul. “But we didn’t account for people not having the channel, and not knowing how to find it, and the cable audience being different from broadcast.” Today, the network, co-owned by Discovery and Winfrey, is generating fresh ink: 3.5 million viewers tuned in to see her mourn with Whitney Houston’s family as part of her Oprah’s Next Chapter interview series; 2.5 million watched as Rihanna opened up about her relationship with R&B star Chris Brown; and 1.6 million watched her debate marriage and faith with Pastor Joel Osteen. OWN also has signed a lucrative producing deal with Tyler Perry, found buzz in shows like Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s (a reality series about a St. Louis family who runs soul food restaurants) and delivered 10 consecutive months of year-over-year growth. Discovery chief David Zaslav has stated that the feel-good network is poised to become profitable in late 2013, ahead of the five-year horizon Saturday Night Live’s Lorne Michaels, a friend, told Winfrey to expect. “He said to me, ‘It’s like throwing spaghetti against the wall and watching it drizzle down,’ ” she recalls of a conversation they had in early 2011. “ ‘Nothing’s going to work until you get there.’ ” What do you think of OWN?? Kristen Stewart on Vampire Sex: Awful!

Not only is Kristen Stewart likely having sex with Robert Pattinson again in real life, the actress pretends to do the actor in a key scene from Breaking Dawn Part 2 . Hot, right?!? Not so much, Stewart says… Kristen opened up to E! News this week about Bella’s post-transformation love scenes with Edward and described them as more technical than titillating. “[The director] Bill [Condon] kept saying that he wanted to make this one feel like you’re very much inside of the experience,” Stewart explained . “Like you’re there, you’re sort of a part of it, which is odd. But to do that we had to look directly into the camera instead of at each other.” Still, it couldn’t have been that bad… right? “It was awful!” she joked. “I was like, ‘Bill, you’re depriving me of this experience. We’ve been waiting for vampire sex! What are you doing?!?'” Ouch! Breaking Dawn Part 2 opens on November 16.

T.I., Rick Ross Hold Court, Lil Wayne Surprises At Birthday Bash

Gucci Mane, Future, Usher and more of Atlanta’s finest celebrate at Saturday’s Bash. By Rob Markman, with additional reporting by FLX T.I. onstage at Atlanta’s Birthday Bash on Saturday night Photo: ATLANTA — ATL is an infamous party town, and on Saturday night there was no bigger celebration than Hot 107.9’s 17th annual Birthday Bash. Every year, the city’s premier hip-hop station brings out rap’s finest, and Saturday was no different: Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, Usher, Lil Wayne and T.I. all performed for over 20,000 fans at A-Town’s Philips Arena. The five-hour bash started as new southern staples like Cash Out, Travis Porter and Future pumped up the crowd alongside beloved veterans Lil Jon, Pastor Troy, Crime Mob, Lil Scrappy, Rocko and Gucci Mane.  Each set seemingly outdid the one that preceded it. After Future built the crowd into a frenzy with his catalog of hits (“Tony Montana,” “Same Damn Time” and “Turn on the Lights”), Rick Ross stormed the stage as energetic as ever. The MMG big man bounced up and down and controlled both the entire arena running through power tracks like “I’ma Boss,” “9 Piece” and “Bag of Money.” While all opening acts were appreciated, none were greeted quite like the King of the South. At 10:15 p.m., T.I. took the stage while his live band riffed the opening chords to his 2010 single “I’m Back.” It was all very fitting considering it’s been a few years since Tip graced the stage which has made him royalty in his native city. “A-Town what’s happenin’? I’d like to welcome y’all to my Birthday Bash,” T.I. said. Tip dug deep into his discography reciting tracks like “Rubberband Man” and “24s.” The Trap Muzik MC set the tone with street bangers before catering to the ladies with “Love This Life” and “Whatever You Like.” Immediately after, T.I. began to parade out his long list of multiplatinum friends. “It was a good 30 mil, maybe 50; maybe 50 mil,” Tip told MTV News after the show trying to estimate the amount of collective records sold between all of his specially invited guests. First there was Usher , who sang his current smash “Climax” and then came Nelly, who along with Kelly Rowland performed his 2002 single “Dilemma.” Nelly exited the stage and left Kelly to rock her #1 single “Motivation.” Halfway through her tune, Lil Wayne skated out onto the stage rapping his guest verse. The Destiny’s Child singer then turned the stage over to the YMCMB boss, who rocked a number of his own hits like “Bill Gates” and “John.” T.I. could’ve stopped there but then took his stage back proving that he could’ve easily performed without any help. Tip went solo for a few spitting “Swagga Like Us” and “Bring ’em Out” and then once again played the gracious host inviting out newcomer Chief Keef and ATL veteran Young Jeezy.”All these people I called, these are personal acquaintances of mine, these are not people I call just because they have hit records,” T.I. told us. At the end of T.I.’s set, which ran over an hour, there was only one song left to sing. As the opening chords for “Live Your Life” rang through Philips Arena, fireworks shot through the air and gold confetti fell from the rafters. What’s your favorite Birthday Bash memory?
