According to TMZ: Flo Rida is no longer a tax fugitive — the rapper has just settled with Uncle Sam over a $1.2 million tax bill. The feds filed the tax lien against Flo earlier this year, claiming he owed a total of $1,197,655 in back taxes stemming from the years 2009 – 2011. Porsha, put on your big girl panties and pay your bills. She had no prenup with Kordell…so we know that divorce settlement was looking right. There’s no excuse to not pay her bills. According to Radar Online: Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart might want to re-think her divorce from NFL star Kordell, because she can’t pay her own bills now! According to court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, she was sued by The Grandview Condominium Association in 2012 for falling behind on her homeowner’s dues and when she didn’t respond to the lawsuit, the Condo Association went back to court in Nov. 2013 because she still wasn’t paying. On Jan. 13, 2014 a judge signed off on court documents issuing the garnishment of her bank account to the tune of $17,859.67. SunTrust Bank will get the money on behalf of the Grandview Condominium Association. The court docs state that Stewart actually owed $13,584.67 in dues, but with interest, attorney’s fees, post-judgment interest and case costs included, the grand total is now nearly $20,000. Aside from raking in earnings on the hit Bravo show, Stewart has also started her own luxury hair collection company Go Naked Hair, which she better hope is a success so she can pay off her debt! When The Checks Stop Coming In: Parents Of Olympic Swimmer Ryan Lochte Lose Home To Foreclosure

Ryan couldn’t call K.Michelle to help him out? SMH. Just goes to show you that times are hard even when your son is making big money athlete checks. According to RadarOnline reports : Ryan Lochte was a money-making machine after the 2012 London Olympics, even landing his own reality TV show — but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned he was unable to help save his parents’ home, which they lost to foreclosure. According to court documents obtained by Radar, the final judgement on the foreclosure of Steven and Ileana Lochte‘s Port Orange, Fla. home was handed down on Oct. 31, 2013. The Lochtes were first sued in 2012 by CitiMortgage claiming the couple took out a loan for $258,000 in 2007, requiring $1,609.58 payments per month. But the bank then claimed the Lochtes stopped making their payments in Feb. 2011 and owed more than $242,239! The Olympic swimmer’s parents were sued in Volusia County, Fla. for foreclosure over the money owed and lost last October. The judge signed a judgement in favor of the bank to the tune of $304,219.95. Although the bank hasn’t listed the house for public auction yet, it’s only a matter of time before they do as they were issued the Certificate of Title on Dec. 18, 2013. Interestingly, just before the Lochtes stopped making payments on their home Steven was arrested and charged with a DUI on April 11, 2010 blowing a .207 and .217 on the scene. Steven lost his driver’s license for one year. Dang. They stopped paying their mortgage even before Ryan won his medals. Looks like somebody gave no fawks about keeping that house!

Another Year Another Love Child: Ludacris Fathered Secret Baby During Break From Eudoxie!!!

Happy New Years! Like Dwyane Wade — Ludacris is a new daddy again. But Eudoxie is not the mommy. According to TMZ reports : Ludacris didn’t use protection when he banged some chick, but he’s taking precautions now … because he wants to legally establish his and then set a hard limit on his child support. Ludacris has been in a long-term relationship with Eudoxie — pronounced kinda like the book in the Bible (don’t ask). But Luda took a break from Eudo long enough to get Tamika Fuller preggo. Cai Bella Bridges was born December 9th. And here’s where the plot thickens. It seems Ludacris knows he’s the daddy, but he’s worried Tamika will go in for the kill. So he’s filed legal docs — obtained by TMZ — claiming he’s only pulling in $25,842.41 a month on average. Under Georgia law … his monthly child support payment would be set at $1,754.66. When The Checks Stop Coming In: DMX Down To $50 In Cash And No Gwap In The Bank

DMX is phucked up in the game. DMX Only Has $50 In Cash It’s a shame that a man can sell millions of records and have nothing to show for it… Earl needs to take money management courses. According to The Wall Street Journal In a real-life situation that sounds more like a tired old country song than the latest hip-hop single, rapper DMX has $50 in his pockets and nothing in the bank. New court filings in the bankruptcy case of Earl Simmons, aka DMX, show the rapper has little to report in the way of assets as well as expenses that exceed his monthly income. One of the top-selling hip-hop artists ever, DMX now says he’s down to $50 cash on hand. Not only does he report, under penalty of perjury, that he has zero dollars in the bank, but he also denies having any personal property of value—no electronic equipment, no jewelry, no clothes and no cars. Besides the $50 cash, DMX says the rest of the $1.4 million in assets to his name are tied to pending litigation and other claims. The rapper’s debts include more than $1 million in unpaid domestic-support obligations that, as Bankruptcy Beat readers will recall, precipitated his Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in July, as well as more than $453,000 owed on a mortgage to a property in Mount Kisco, N.Y. His unsecured creditors are owed another $479,000. As for his monthly budget, DMX is spending more than he’s earning. Court papers show the rapper’s estimated monthly income is $5,000, but monthly expenses are $5,221 (including $1,000 on clothing and $500 on laundry and dry cleaning). DMX’s bankruptcy attorney couldn’t immediately be reached Thursday afternoon to comment. The White Plains, N.Y., bankruptcy court has scheduled an Oct. 8 case conference for DMX’s bankruptcy, but the rest of us can catch him on an upcoming appearance on “Dr. Phil.” DMX, it is never a good idea to spend more than you earn if you already can’t pay your bills. But Tawanna says she doesn’t want to keep running into the same problem. On August 1st she filed docs asking a judge to make A.I. cover ALL the support through October 2026 (when their youngest turns 18).
