It’s alleged that she used drugs and alcohol to seduce teen boys off the internet. Via NY Daily News A 24-year-old Arizona woman who used alcohol and drugs to have sex with three boys she met while posing as a teenager online was sentenced 10 years in prison Wednesday. Anna Areola-Hernandez, 24, also received lifetime probation after pleading guilty to three counts of child molestation, according to The Republic. A mother to one of the teens got emotional at the sentencing and started yelling. “You’re a child molester, Anna,” the mother of one victim screamed at her as police escorted the mother out of the courtroom. “F–k you too.” “She should not be let out, ever,” the mother of a boy under the age of 15 who contracted chlamydia from her abuser said. “She bullied these kids. She would not let go.” Areola-Hernandez used the nickname “Tiny Hernandez” when using social media and apps like Facebook, Kik, Snapchat and Tango to find her victims, the newspaper reported. Pastor Accused Of Killing Wife To Have Gay Affairs Before she was killed in 2013, Karen Shahan sent an email saying she knew of her pastor husband’s sexual preferences and his attempts to carry on affairs with two men outside of Alabama, according to prosecutors. Via AL reports: Richard Shahan, formerly a pastor in Homewood, was charged last January in connection with his wife’s murder. He is set to appear in court for a pretrial hearing Thursday morning before Jefferson County Circuit Judge Laura Petro. In a document filed Wednesday, prosecutors responded to a request from Shahan’s attorneys, Wendell Sheffield and John Lentine, seeking specific facts necessary to prepare the defense. Witnesses, numerous emails and statements from Shahan himself demonstrate that he was involved in romantic relationships with a man in Nashville and another in Europe, Deputy District Attorney Patrick Lamb wrote. In an email sent to an unidentified recipient in February 2012, Karen Shahan wrote that she told Richard that he had to choose between the two lives he was trying to maintain, according to the prosecution’s filing. “I told him that he cannot keep both lives. That he will have to lose one of them. I said that if he was having any interactions that were not right before God that he should go to God and be completely honest with him because he knows anyway. I told him that God will reveal it to me. I told him that any texting or gmailing that does not bring glory to God has to go…” Karen Louise Shahan’s body was discovered about 11:15 a.m. July 23, 2013, inside the family’s Hugh Circle home. She was stabbed to death and had several small defensive wounds, according to court filings. In the document filed Wednesday, prosecutors say that email and text message conversations between Richard Shahan and his two “paramours” include explicit sexual statements, as well as a reference to Karen’s death: “I’m in a legal marriage contract [sic]. There is not an acceptable way for me to dissolve that and continue with the things that are important to me (my job and children)…There is only one way I could become legally ‘single’ and I have to wait until God grants me that gift. It will come; the woman I live with is slowly killing herself – she is diabetic and refuses to take care of herself physically. Her mother died early with the same disease and did the same thing to her body. So I pray and wait. It will happen in God’s timing.” The filing states that Shahan also wrote emails noting that, because of his job, his sexual preference had to be kept secret and he could not get divorced. Teacher Fined And Not Given Prison Time For Having Sex With Student Should this pedo teacher be in jail?? Via NOLA reports: Shelley Dufresne, the former Destrehan High School teacher who admitted in court that she had sex with an under-age student, posted a smiling selfie to her Instagram account just hours after pleading guilty, WVUE television reports. Her caption: “my mood today”. Dufresne, a 32-year-old Montz resident who is married and has three children, pleaded guilty to obscenity Thursday in 29th Judicial District Court in Hahnville. She admitted having sex last year with a 16-year-old student at home in Montz, avoiding prison time and sex offender offender registration but agreeing to 90 days’ mental health treatment and three years’ probation, and $1,000 fine. She is one of two former Destrehan High teachers, along with Rachel Respess, 24, who also are accused in Jefferson Parish of having sex with the same student at an Respess’ apartment in Kenner on Sept. 12. Prosecutors have not decided whether to charge the women in that case in 24th Judicial District Court. SMH!!!!!!
Officer Charged With Murder In Shooting Death Of Unarmed Black Man During Traffic Stop By now, you’ve likely seen the full graphic video turned in to South Carolina police just days after Officer Michael Slager shot and killed Walter Scott during a routine traffic stop. The video shows Slager not only shooting Scott in the back multiple times, but also planting evidence on his deceased body to justify the lies he told to justify his murder. Just hours after seeing the unarmed man being shot and killed while blatantly running for his life, North Charleston PD decided to arrest and charge one of their own for his actions. Via NBCnews : A police officer in North Charleston, South Carolina, was charged with murder Tuesday after a cell-phone video was released of him fatally shooting an apparently unarmed man in the back following a traffic stop Saturday. Michael Slager, 33, was arrested by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and faces 30 years to life in prison or the death penalty, state officials said in a news release. In the video, which was obtained by The New York Times, Slager shoots at the suspect — later identified as 50-year-old Walter Scott — about eight times as he runs away in a vacant lot. The officer, who is white, said the suspect, who is black, took his Taser and that he feared for his life. The Justice Department is also reviewing the incident, which comes on the heels of other police-related shootings involving unarmed black men. Slager was arrested less than an hour after the video, taken by a bystander, was provided to city and police officials. At a Tuesday news conference, North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey said the decision to charge the officer came after viewing the footage. Good thing the bystander was there to capture what REALLY happened…this cop had lies on deck to tell about what Walter Scott did to “deserve” being shot in the back 8 times. SMH.
