He needed space to do whatever he wanted to do and he did so away from Khloe so he wouldn’t hurt her.” The sad fact is that it did hurt her. Watching Khloe on the premiere of KUWTK, it seemed clear that shutting Khloe out was not the best answer. All she wanted to do was help Lamar, and it just killed her that he wouldn’t let her. “I’ve been putting myself aside to hopefully help somebody else’s life,” Khloe told Kourtney through tears. “And now that I’ve come to terms that I can’t, I have to move on with my life and that means changing a lot.” Lamar sounds selfish. According to Standard-Examiner: Police today identified a woman and her two children who were found shot to death inside a Syracuse home Tuesday. The victims are identified as Kyler Ramsdell-Oliva, 32, Kenadee Oliva, 13, and 7-year-old Isabella Oliva.; Kyler was the mother of the two girls. All three females suffered gunshot wounds, Syracuse police said in a press release. The bodies have been taken to the state medical examiner’s office in Salt Lake City for autopsy; actual cause of death will not be known until the investigation is complete. Syracuse Police Department spoke to several persons of interest, including Kyler’s fiance. At this point it appears to be a murder-suicide situation. The situation is still considered an active investigation so further details cannot be released at this time, officers said. According to Charlotte Observer: IRMO A husband, wife and their two young children are dead following an apparent murder-suicide near Irmo, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. The four were found Wednesday morning after police were called around 10:30 to the home at 1 Forest Walk Court in the Riverwalk neighborhood off Broad River Road. The children were discovered in their own bedrooms, and the two adults were found together in their bedroom, said Sgt. Curtis Wilson, spokesman for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. Each of the four was shot in the upper body, he said. A handgun was found near the father, Wilson said. The sheriff’s department’s initial assessment is that the incident was a domestic situation. Wilson said authorities would investigate whether any previous domestic violence calls had been made to the house. Rachel Hinson, 25, said she had attended bible study at the family’s home and went to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with them. She described them as a good family. She said she thought each of the children was younger than 5. Hinson’s grandmother lives near the family’s house. “It’s confusing, and it’s not understandable why something like that would happen,” Hinson said. It’s sad how a man can easily murk his own family. Woman Posing For Picture Falls To Her Death This is such a tragic accident… According to NBC San Diego: A Chicago woman posing for a picture fell to her death at a popular tourist destination along the coast of San Diego Sunday evening, according to police. Police say 25-year-old Anna Bachman fell between 40 and 50 feet down the coastal cliffs known as Sunset Cliffs west of downtown. Police, firefighters and lifeguards responded to a cliff rescue on Ladera Street and Sunset Cliffs Boulevard around 5:30 p.m. Bystanders, including two nurses, rushed down the cliffs and performed CPR, but were unable to revive Bachman. The graduate student was visiting her sister, who witnessed the accident. At this time, police do not believe alcohol was involved. She had her whole life ahead of her. Facebook

Retired Tampa police officer Curtis Reeves, 71, was arrested and charged with second-degree homicide in the attack at the The Grove 16 theater complex in Wesley Chapel, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Department. Police said Nicole and Chad Oulson were seated in front of Reeves and his wife when Chad Oulson made the fatal mistake of pulling out his cell phone during the previews to send text messages. When Oulson refused to put his phone away, despite several requests from Reeves, Reeves pulled out a handgun and shot Chad Oulson in the chest, according to police. Oulson’s wife, who was holding her hand on his chest when the single shot was fired, was also injured by the single bullet. The two victims were transported to a Tampa area hospital, where the man was pronounced dead. “It’s absolutely crazy that it would rise to something like this over someone texting,” Sheriff Chris Nocco told the Tampa Bay Times. However, Judge Paul Batty QC dismissed Hull’s claims as a ‘cock and bull story’. Hull then abandoned his story, choosing not to give evidence in support of it. In mitigation, Anthony Wilson said Hull had ‘a number of medicinal conditions’ including breathing problems, back pains and frequent chest infections which would make any time in prison difficult. He suggested that a suspended sentence could be imposed so that Hull could stay at home and look after the baby while his partner went back to work. Judge Batty imposed an 18-month sentence, suspended for two years. He also put Hull under a night-time curfew for the next six months and ordered him pay £200 which will be taken out of his benefits. According to CBS Boston: A 36-year-old food service worker at a Weymouth middle school has been charged with forced sex with a teenager. Janelle Foley was arraigned Thursday in Quincy District Court on four counts of statutory forced sex following her arrest at her home Wednesday night. According to prosecutors, Foley had sexual relations with a 15-year-old boy around the holidays. An investigation is ongoing concerning a second victim, believed to be a juvenile relative of Foley. The prosecutor asked the judge to impose a $25,000 cash bail. But Foley’s attorney William Sullivan, told the court Foley is a life-long resident of Weymouth, has no criminal record, is married with four children between 7 and 15 years old, and is not a flight risk. He claimed Foley has substance and depression issues that may have resulted in a “lapse in judgement” and asked the judge to impose a $1,000 cash bail with GPS monitoring. A judge ordered Foley held on $5,000 cash bail with GPS monitoring. She must undergo mental health counseling. Foley will be back in court for a probable cause hearing on February 4. She has a “substance” issue alright, with underaged man milk!

Black Ballerina Recalls Racism In Russian Ballet Via Madamenoire reports: It’s no secret that when you think, historically, about ballet, you’ll realize that there haven’t been a slew of black and brown faces. The dance is largely dominated, throughout the world, by whites. But that doesn’t mean black girls haven’t dreamed of tying up their own set of powder pink slippers and stretching their bodies into graceful angles. Eighteen year old Precious Adams, of Detroit, was able to make that dream a reality. Her talent even led her away from the U.S. to pursue ballet at Russia’s iconic Bolshoi Theater. And though the opportunity is great for her career, it hasn’t come without its own set of challenges. In an article from The Moscow Times, Adams explained the discrimination and outright racism she’s had to endure since dancing at the Russian company. In one anecdote, an instructor evaluating which students would be able to participate in the academy’s 240th anniversary celebration, walked up to Adams and asked her plainly, “What are you doing here?” and then told her to leave the audition room. And that’s just the beginning. Adams says she’s been left out of performances and been told to ‘try and rub the black off.’ Adams says she does have allies at the academy but sometimes they are rendered powerless: “Some of the teachers know in the back of their minds that it is unfair, because they know that I can do what these other people are doing just as good if not better than them. Teachers have tried to vouch for me before, but if the almighty voice says it’s not right — it doesn’t look right — then whatever they say goes.” When the Bolshoi Academy was asked to address Adams’ concerns they said that they had not received any complaints of discrimination and noted that all students get to participate in onstage practice and said that Adams has received high marks for her time on stage. Adams said she hasn’t complained about the discrimination she’s faced because she didn’t feel like it would have been taken seriously. “I don’t think there would have been much of a response.” She said that she did not want “to look like I’m weak or that I feel sorry for myself.” We wish Precious not but the best of luck and commend her for her inspiring journey in breaking down racial barriers in ballet.

Ma’lik Richmond Released After Only Serving 9-Months In Jail Via RadarOnline reports: Ma’lik Richmond, one of the two Steubenville High School jocks convicted in the rape of a 16-year-old girl at an Aug. 2012 party, is a free man. Richmond’s lawyer Walter Madison said his client, 16-years-old at the time of the crime, saw the error of his ways during the nine months he spent in a juvenile facility. “While away, Ma’Lik has reflected, learned, matured, and grown in many ways,” Madison said in a statement. “He is a better, stronger person and looks forward to school, life, and spending time with family.” Bob Fitzsimmons, a lawyer for the victim, criticized Richmond for not alluding to the victim in his statement upon release. “One would expect to see the defendant publicly apologize for all the pain he caused rather than make statements about himself — rape is about victims, not defendants,” the attorney said. “Although everyone hopes convicted criminals are rehabilitated, it is disheartening that this convicted rapist’s press release does not make a single reference to the victim and her family – whom he and his co-defendant scarred for life.” The other teen convicted last March in the incident, Trent Mays, received a longer sentence due to a conviction he received for taking a naked pic of the underage victim. It’s appalling and sad someone gets 9 months for RAPE while others get years for traffic violations and lesser crimes.

Texas Girl Stabs Mother 9 Times Via DailyMail An 11-year-old Texas girl was arrested over the weekend for stabbing her own mother nine times in the head, neck and shoulder as the woman slept. While the unnamed minor is currently in a juvenile center, 41-year-old Toshia Edmonson, a single mother of two, is in a serious but stable condition in a Dallas hospital. The girl told police she that she attacked her mother as she was ‘so, so angry and frustrated with her.’ Officers say she was upset that she had to be home at 11.45pm on Friday. According to a police report, the girl said that Edmonson pushed her into a sofa and told her that she was going to ‘give her away.’ The girl then waited for her mother to go to sleep, got a knife from the kitchen, went to her bedroom and stabbed her nine times, as reported by CBS 11. The report stated that Edmonson’s other child, a younger boy, told police that his mother woke up screaming and shouting her daughter’s name. Edmonson was eventually able to get the knife out of the 11-year-old’s hand and fall on top of her to stop the attack, according to reports… …The girl has been charged with family violence aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
