Damn shame. Parents Starve 11-Year-Old Boy If they didn’t want the child, they could have given him up for adoption. No need to starve him. According to KHOU: A Houston couple is accused of allowing their son to nearly starve to death. The alleged abuse occurred at Elijah and Susan Johnson’s northeast Houston apartment in May of 2012, when the couple’s son Nathaniel was 11-years-old. At the time he was found, he weighed 30 pounds. According to court documents, the boy suffers from a very rare medical condition and requires a feeding tube to eat. Child Protective Services became involved after the boy was taken to a hospital suffering from respiratory failure. The documents also show that a small amount of that cocaine was found in the boy’s system. “There were some concerns about the child’s weight and the family’s understanding of his medical condition, including how to feed him,” said Gwen Carter, of Child Protective Services. She said CPS took custody of the child while experts instructed the parents on how better to care for him. Three months ago, CPS allowed Nathaniel to return home with a 24-hour nurse in place, even though the criminal investigation was still underway. “Our investigations and cases are civil,” said Carter. “They’re not criminal. And so they don’t always run parallel. We, of course, share all information with law enforcement and they share with us.” That information led to a charge of injury to a child by omission against Mr. and Mrs. Johnson. The child has temporarily been placed in the care of relatives while CPS tries to work out a long-term living arrangement. SMH.

Big news for Kristin and hubby Jay Cutler . Kristin Cavallari Pregnant With Second Child The Cavallari-Cutler household is adding to their growing family. According to E!: Pregnant Kristin Cavallari definitely appreciates the well-wishes. “Thank you for all the love!!” the former Hills star tweeted just hours after E! News exclusively confirmed that she and husband Jay Cutler are expecting their second child together. “We are so excited for Camden to be a big brother!” News of Cavallari’s pregnancy comes a little more than a month after the 26-year-old star told E! News, “We want to have a second sooner than later.” She added, “We know we want another one close in age to Camden and we’re at the point where we’re both ready. Before Camden was born, I thought I’d be pregnant again by the time he was six months, but I definitely wasn’t ready. Now, I’m finally ready.” Camden turned one over the summer. On his birthday, Cavallari and Cutler tied the knot in Nashville. They later honeymooned in Italy, which “was awesome,” the soon-to-be mother-of-two shared with us at the time. “I ate and drank for two weeks straight. It was great.” Congratz again!

So sad. Nursing Home Resident Beats His Roommate To Death Dayum, he killed that man with a leg rest…folks just don’t give an isht. According to NY Daily News: A dispute over a curtain separating their beds exploded into blind rage early Wednesday when a Rockaways nursing home resident beat his elderly roommate to death with a wheelchair leg rest, police said. Thomas Yarnavick had been squabbling with his doomed roomie over privacy issues since they began sharing the room in July, police sources said. Yarnavick’s anger finally boiled over around 1 a.m. when they began quarrelling over the curtain, the sources said. Jailall Singh, the battered 71-year-old, was rushed to St. John’s Hospital, where he died at 2:43 a.m., cops said. Yarnavick, 67, who sometimes used a wheelchair, was arrested at the scene and charged later with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon — the leg rest. The suspect and the victim are from Queens. Other residents at the Ocean Promenade Rehabilitation and Nursing Center said the two men in room 308 didn’t get along. “Last night I heard screaming voices, but that happens all the time,” said 63-year-old Kamal Musa, who lives across the hall from the once-warring pair. SMH. But Aaron Lichtman, a spokesman for the home, insisted management was not aware the two men had been at odds. “It’s as if you live in a small, tight-knit town, and you wake up to incredibly tragic news,” he said. “This is like a small town.” Yarnavick, who was waiting to be arraigned late Wednesday, is no stranger to the legal system. He has a prior arrest on his rap sheet. But it wasn’t immediately clear what he had been arrested for because the case was sealed, sources said. His sister didn’t want to talk about him. “I haven’t seen my brother in 20 years,” said Muriel Calame, 69, of Gouldsboro, Pa. Located on Beach 113th St., the rest home was badly damaged during Hurricane Sandy and some 90 residents were forced to shiver for several days in the sand-filled building before it was evacuated. They were allowed to return a week later. It was not known whether Yarnavick or his roommate were among the evacuees. When people don’t get along anything can be the last straw. He must have REALLY hated his wife , damn… Colorado Man Throws $500,000 In Gold In Garbage To Keep It From Wife In Divorce Via Gazette A fortune in gold, gleefully chucked into a Colorado Springs trash bin? That’s the claim of Earl Ray Jones, a Teller County man who says he converted $500,000 in life savings into gold in May and then threw it away – all to prevent his wife of 25 years from seeing a nickel in their pending divorce. “Damn right I did,” the 52-year-old former defense contractor huffed at a July deposition by the woman’s stunned divorce attorney, John-Paul Lyle of Colorado Springs. In his sworn interview, Jones said he consigned the treasure to a Dumpster behind a Colorado Springs motel, according to a transcript obtained by The Gazette. Bank records supplied by Jones prove that the money was converted to gold through a Phoenix, Ariz. precious metals dealer, lending credence to the hard-to-swallow tale, Lyle said. “We say that when people are divorcing, they enter a state of temporary insanity,” he said. “But on a scale of 1 to 10, this is my 10.” Whether the gold was actually tossed has yet to be established. Jones claimed during the deposition there were no witnesses and that he took no steps to document the disposal. Sir, really???? Jones is facing a Nov. 4 sentencing in Teller County for menacing after he beat up his wife and held her captive in their Divide home during a March fight over finances. April Jones filed for divorce three weeks after the assault. Facing the loss of his government security clearance, Jones resigned his $82,000-a-year job at Exelis, a Colorado Springs contractor, court records show. He has been held at the Teller County jail pending sentencing since his conviction at a September trial, court records show. His estranged wife was left “destitute” by the marriage’s breakup and is living with a relative in Virginia, Lyle said. A former teacher, she is unable to work because of the lingering effects of her injuries, including a diagnosis of post-concussion syndrome. People ain’t S#!T! Jones first made his claim that he disposed of savings at a June divorce hearing in which El Paso County Magistrate D. Denise Peacock ordered that he pay his estranged wife $3,000 a month – money the woman hasn’t received. At the sworn deposition in July, Jones said he threw the gold – a mix of coins and gold bars – into a trash bin at Value Place, 5555 Airport Road, a weekly rate motel that Jones called home after vacating the couple’s Divide home. Sad. Woman Filmed Girl Being Sexually Abused Someone will be chopping her azz down in jail. According to WHIOTV: A Springboro woman was sent to prison Friday after pleading guilty in a child sex case. Tanai D. Fortman, 32, pleaded guilty to forced sex and pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor in Warren County Common Pleas Court, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. Judge James L. Flannery sentenced Fortman to a total of 15 years in prison and she is now classified as a Tier III sexually oriented offender, meaning she will have to register her address with authorities every 90 days for the rest of her life. Fortman was arrested in June after her boyfriend discovered freaky videos on her cell phone that involved a 4-year-old girl. Fortman told investigators she didn’t recall making the videos because she had been taking large doses of diet pills. According to The Toronto Sun: A 12-year-old Quebec boy is responsible for hacking several government and police websites during the student uprising in spring 2012, creating computer havoc and causing $60,000 damage, court heard Thursday. Some sites were out of service for up to two days and the boy did it in the name of the activist/hacktivist group Anonymous. The Grade 5 student from the Montreal suburb of Notre-Dame- de-Grâce, whose actions were not politically motivated, traded pirated information to Anonymous for video games, court was told. The boy appeared in youth court Thursday dressed in his school uniform and accompanied by his father. He pleaded guilty to three charges related to the hacking of the websites, including those of Montreal police, the Quebec Institute of Public Health, Chilean government and some non-public sites. Police estimate damage to the sites at $60,000 but a more detailed report will be produced in court when the boy is sentenced next month. The little hacker, whose name can’t be published and is said to have been involved with computers since the age of nine, contributed to the crash of some sites and accessed information belonging to users and administrators. He had even issued a warning to others: “It’s easy to hack but do not go there too much, they will track you down.” Court heard the boy used three different computer attacks, one which resulted in a denial of service to those trying to access the websites and flooded servers, making them ineffective. In another method he would alter information and make it appear as the homepage. His third tactic involved exploiting security holes in order to access database servers. “And he told others how to do it,” a police expert testified in Montreal on Thursday. While others were arrested in the scheme, it was the boy who opened the door to the website attacks, court heard. “He saw it as a challenge, he was only 12 years old,” his lawyer said. “There was no political purpose.” He’ll be playing video games in jail now. That poor baby. Mom Burns Daughter With Hot Pocket Somebody needs to burn her face off and throw salt in the wound. According to KNXV-TV: A Valley mom is facing child abuse charges after allegedly burning her 3-year-old’s face with a Hot Pocket. According to a police report, Katia Lieutaud, 35, was arrested near Avondale Boulevard and Van Buren Street Monday after Lieutaud got frustrated with the child and shoved her face into the hot food causing second degree burns. The report said Lieutaud then tied socks around the child’s hands to keep her from scratching or touching the burn. When interviewed by police, Lieutaud said her 7-year-old child threw oatmeal at the 3-year-old, but when Lieutaud’s fiancé said the burn did not happen with oatmeal, Lieutaud admitted to burning her daughter with a Hot Pocket. Lieutaud then said she was frustrated and stressed because she is pregnant with another child, the report said. The police report states Lieutaud has a history of child abuse and neglect as well as domestic violence. Officials say the 3-year-old’s burns are so bad they could require plastic surgery. Police say all six of her children are now in foster care. This is so sad and she is pregnant with another child. She needs to give that child up for adoption. Thinkstock

Epitome Of A Bad Mother: Woman Charged With Attempted Murder After Placing Sock In 3-Month-Old Son’s Mouth And Throwing Him In The Closet To Die

If she didn’t want the baby , why not just put him up for adoption? Mother Charged With Attempted Murder Of 3-Month-Old Baby For every loving, caring mother… there are a thousand ishty mothers. According to News-Sentinel: A 22-year-old Berne woman has been charged with attempted murder in what authorities allege was an attempt to kill her 3-month-old son. The incident is alleged to have taken place Oct. 13, according to documents filed in Adams Circuit Court and released by the Adams County prosecutor’s office. Sasha J. Hunt is accused of placing a sock “in or over the mouth” of the infant, then wrapping tape around the head of the child to keep the sock in place, according to the documents. The infant, who was wrapped in a blanket, was then placed face-down on a pillow and blanket inside of a closet and the door of the closet closed. Hunt faces two charges for the alleged incident: Class A felony attempted murder and Class C felony neglect of a dependent. The Berne Police Department report filed in the case states that one of its officers was directed to meet with people at the department headquarters at 11:25 a.m. Oct. 13; the officer was reportedly told by Nathan A. Hunt that his wife, Sasha J. Hunt, has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, takes medication and is under the care of a doctor. According to the report, the officer was told that Sasha Hunt had to stop taking her medication when she was pregnant with the now 3-month-old and that Sasha Hunt had recently pushed air conditioners out of a window, kicked holes in doors and walls, and had crushed one of her prescription pills and put it into her husband’s drink because he was too boring. The police report states that the infant was allegedly discovered by the husband at around 1:05 a.m. Oct. 13 after he heard a muffled cry from the second floor of their residence, but could not find the infant in his crib. So sad. Doctor Kills Pregnant Woman With H-Ron Overdose A doctor that kills people…smh. According to The Huffington Post The personal ads that Dr. Ali Salim placed on Craigslist – and police say he posted hundreds of them – made one thing clear: He wanted “no drama.” He didn’t always get his wish. One woman told police she was accosted at Salim’s house. Another said she was sexually assaulted. Another woman left after she said Salim insisted she pose in her underwear while he painted the digestive system on her abdomen. The final drama, police and prosecutors say, occurred July 31 when Deanna Ballman, nine months pregnant with two young children at home, disappeared after answering one of Salim’s ads. Ballman’s body was found the next day in the backseat of her car on a country road a few miles from Salim’s house. After a six-month investigation, Salim was arrested in February and charged with kidnapping, forced sex and killing Ballman by injecting her with h-ron, as well as killing her unborn child, to be named Mabel Lilly. Salim has pleaded not guilty and is on house arrest on $1 million bond. His trial is scheduled for Sept. 3. Investigators say only that Deanna Ballman answered a personal ad. A cursory review of Craigslist finds Salim was not alone in placing such ads, dozens of which, many of them suggestive, abound for the Columbus area. In one, on May 14, a married man said he was looking for a “discreet relationship.” Another, the same day, was seeking “a woman who is pregnant and horny as hell.” Salim’s lawyer goes a step farther and bluntly calls Ballman an “unfortunate victim” who died as a result of prostituting herself to feed a drug habit. “Regrettably, she caused her own demise and Dr. Salim had nothing to do with it,” said attorney Sam Shamansky. The forced sex charge against Salim alleges he assaulted her knowing her ability to resist “was substantially impaired.” Capt. Kevin Savage of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office says there’s no evidence Ballman was a drug addict. But, like the prosecutor, he hints that Ballman’s reasons for going to Salim’s home have yet to come out. “I don’t think she knew she was going to be overdosed with heroin and subsequently die, but I think she knew what she was responding to,” Savage said. He needs his azz thrown underneath the jail. ABC 6
