You need more people Lamar . Lamar Odom Says He Is Not A Drug Addict Either Lamar is doing a good job hiding his drug abuse or those Kardashians are hella sneaky. According to TMZ Lamar Odom says he’s absolutely NOT a drug addict … doesn’t need professional help … and is confident he’ll play in the NBA next season. He’s wrong on all 3 counts. 33-year-old Odom went to Teru Sushi in Studio City last night … and after taking some photos with fans, he finally addressed the media about drug issues in his life … claiming everything is hunky-dory. Problem is … Odom is clearly in denial. As we’ve previously reported, just about everyone in his life — personally and professionally — knows about his battle with substance abuse, including his wife Khloe Kardashian. In the last year alone, Lamar’s been thrown out of hotels … busted for DUI … spent time in rehab … and dropped from multiple NBA teams. Handyman Joseph Gentz has pleaded guilty to strangling her, saying Robert Bashara commissioned him. Mr Bashara was later convicted of trying to hire someone to kill Gentz in jail. He has denied involvement in his wife’s death. During the first day of Bashara’s preliminary examination Monday, witnesses testified about the couple’s marital problems and Bashara’s BDSM lifestyle, which his wife had wanted no part in, The Detroit Free Press reported. The defendant’s former business associate Robert Godard Jr told the court that the married father of two had operated a sex dungeon under a bar he owned called the Hard Luck Lounge, where he would bring different women for kinky sex parties. Crazy. But according to Godard, of all Bashara’s sexual partners, one woman had stood out. The witness testified that Bashara started a relationship with Rachel Gillett, and the two were planning to buy a $245,000 house and start a life together. According to earlier reports, Rachel Gillett believed that Bashara was divorced or separated from his wife of 26 years during their three-year relationship. In April 2012, then-51-year-old Gillett filed a restraining order against Bashara saying that she was terrified that she would suffer the same fate as his wife. Bashara is currently serving a minimum prison sentence of 6 1/2 years for trying to have Gentz killed in the county jail last year. He faces life in prison without parole if convicted of the new charges against him. Last December, Gentz pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and agreed to cooperate with authorities. ‘Bob Bashara offered me money to kill his wife,’ he told a judge. ‘He threatened he would kill me if I didn’t kill his wife.’ Somebody will make him their wife in prison. Jeffrey Babbitt slipped into a coma and had been declared brain dead at Bellevue Hospital after he was allegedly beat by 31-year-old Lashawn Marten last week. Babbitt, a retired train conductor, was reportedly walking in Union Square around 3 p.m. Wednesday when Marten allegedly shouted a racial comment and began attacking people. “He said ‘the next white person who walks by I’m going to [expletive],’” one female witness told CBS New York. “His fist went in and the man’s head bobbed and he hit the ground and you could hear his skull hitting the ground.” Witnesses said Marten then hit two more people before demanding to see police officers. He remained at the scene until police arrived. Marten, who is apparently homeless, was watching people play chess in the park and reportedly complained that nobody wanted to play chess with him prior to the attack, according to 1010 WINS’ Carol D’Auria. Police are investigating the attack as a possible hate crime, according to NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly. Marten already faces felony assault charges. Babbitt shared a Sheepshead Bay apartment with his 92-year-old mother. He was her primary caregiver. R.I.P. Jeffrey Babbitt, go to hell Lashawn Marten. What a scary way to die . Woman Dies After Falling From Dorm Room We feel bad for her family. According to Mail Online A 19-year-old woman died yesterday after falling from a sixth-story college dorm window. Police said Stephanie Ann Lehr was trying to climb onto a rooftop from the room on the University of Minnesota campus when she fell. The Hennepin County medical examiner found she died of blunt-force injuries. She fell from the window into a courtyard at Yudof Hall about 4:30pm on Saturday and was taken to the Hennepin County Medical Center, where she died the following day. Police, who said they are treating the death as an accident, say Miss Lehr was trying to reach a gravel rooftop about three feet away when she fell. She was not a university student and her friend was the only other person in the room at the time. A screen had been removed from a window before the accident. Tim Busse, communications director for University Services, told The Star Tribune that the screens were not designed to be removed. He told the newspaper: ‘We take safety very seriously for our students and those who come to visit our campus. This wasn’t a safe thing to do.’ Authorities say Miss Lehr’s friend has been moved to another room. The Star Tribune reports alcohol was found in the room, but police are awaiting the results of tests to determine if Miss Lehr had imbibed. A university spokesperson said in a statement: ‘Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. ‘We hope students will use this as a reminder to be protective and caring of their friends and classmates’, according to the Star Tribune. Not again . George Zimmerman Will Not Be Charged In Violent Gun Incident This guy keeps having brushes with the law and getting away scott-free……Wtf? According to TMZ Lake Mary Police Chief Steve Bracknell tells us, Shellie and her father have declined to press charges and George will NOT be arrested. He said, “My understanding is that she never saw his firearm and that is what she is now telling us. So George Zimmerman is free to go and will not be arrested at this time.” The chief of police where Zimmerman was arrested isn’t feeling him either. Police Chief Steve Bracknell tells TMZ, he’s frustrated Shellie Zimmerman changed her story. Chief Bracknell says of Zimmerman, “The guy just can’t stay out of the news” — referring to the Trayvon Martin killing, speeding tickets and now this. Bracknell says, “You’d think he’d get the heck out of Dodge.” We’re told Shellie recanted her story after talking to her lawyer. The Chief said because of her flip-flopping, “There was not enough to affect an arrest, unfortunately.” Bracknell seems concerned that Zimmerman is bent on causing trouble, saying, “It’s smoke, smoke smoke. Is there a fire somewhere? Lord knows.” We asked him if he’d feel safe if Zimmerman was his next door neighbor. The Chief was clear … “I would not want to be the neighbor of George Zimmerman.” We’re with the chief on this one. Life has given Zimmerman 9 lives. The gun-happy wankster needs to learn to stay out of trouble.

According to US Magazine Is Khloe Kardashian focusing on the positive or turning a blind eye to her problems with estranged husband Lamar Odom? On Monday, Sept. 9, the 29-year-old reality star shared a pretty picture of herself on Instagram — with a somewhat cryptic caption. The photo, like many other selfies in the brunette beauty’s feed, shows Kardashian staring sultrily into the camera. There’s just the slightest hint of a smile on her lips, and she appears to be wearing gray sweatpants and an off-the-shoulder sweater. It’s a lovely shot, but there’s nothing particularly unusual about it — except for what’s included alongside it. The caption for the picture is three tiny emojis. Each symbolizes one of the three wise monkeys or three mystic apes, a.k.a. the “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil” simians. Kardashian offered no other explanation to go with the photo, but it could be a sign that she’s choosing not to dwell on the negative amid her ongoing problems with Odom. According to The NY Daily News A neighborhood crime watch leader in Texas led a double life of serial forced sex, police said. Van Dralan Dixson, 38, is accused of having forced sex with nine women in south Dallas. Cops say they matched his DNA to one of the victims. Dixson is now on the run, ditching his car in the Dallas suburb of Garland as his old neighbors live in fear. “I wouldn’t have thought it was him,” one female neighbor told CBS 11. “It’s scary to live that close to someone that’s doing that.” The attacks began on June 22 near Fair Park. The pervert picked off women walking alone in the morning dark and forced them at gunpoint into secluded areas where he robbed and had forced sex with them. It took a while for police to recognize the pattern of a serial rapist at work. The first two attacks were followed by six weeks of quiet before the creep returned, racking up victims with increasing speed. Police warned the public on Tuesday. Dixson was identified by lab results on Saturday. It’s crazy how people live double lives. The 38-year-old served as the crime watch leader for the Mill City Community Association until the day he disappeared, CBS 11 reported. Neighbors told the station they often saw Dixson walking the streets, but he was a “quiet guy that kept to himself.” Police suspected from the early going the suspect lived among his victims, because the attacks all fell within about 2 square miles. He apparently fled about the same time police identified him as a suspect, leaving his children in the care of relatives. There is now a warrant for Dixson’s arrest and a $1 million bond. Crime Stoppers and a local business put up a $15,000 reward for information leading to his capture. Police said they were still awaiting lab results on DNA they collected in the other attacks. Only cowardly men pick on women who are alone and walking in isolated areas. Somebody will be too happy to have forced sex with him in prison.

She says things quickly turned sexual, and they continued seeing each other even after his 2010 marriage to Michelle Ghent Howard. The 40-year-old brunette beauty shared email and text messages with the Daily News backing up her claim. Michelle, 36, now has a restraining order against Terrence based on claims he “sucker punched” and choked her in a Costa Rica vacation home during a failed reconciliation in July. The ex-wife filed new court paperwork last week claiming the “Hustle & Flow” actor physically abused her in Toronto and threatened a murder-suicide with an X-Acto blade just two weeks before their divorce was finalized on May 6 in Los Angeles. SMH. Terrence has denied ever laying a finger on Michelle and said in his own court filing that her allegations are a vengeful attempt to “ruin” his career. “I believe Michelle. I’ve seen the same behavior firsthand. He’s very likable, but when he gets in a certain headspace, it’s scary,” Yang told the News Tuesday. “He didn’t have these tendencies when I first met him, but in the last five years, he’s progressed to dangerous behavior,” she said, explaining that he was devastated by his beloved mom’s 2008 cancer death and became “depressed” over the loss. “He would say he wished he could just stop breathing,” she said. Yang’s relationship with Terrence took a dark turn on May 6, 2012, when she dropped by his Pennsylvania house unannounced. She said she ran to a neighbor’s house and called 911, but when cops arrived, Terrence claimed she was the aggressor and had a visible scratch on his face. Yang denied scratching the actor but was taken into custody, she said. Attempts to reach Terrence’s lawyers were not immediately successful. It’s clear Terrence has issues.
