Dayum. Nurse Accidentally Throws Out Healthy Kidney How would you feel if someone threw your life-saving kidney away? According to Mail Online A brother and his sister are suing an Ohio hospital after a nurse accidentally threw away a kidney he had donated to save her life. Surgeons at the University of Toledo Medical Center removed the organ from Paul Fudacz Jr. on August 10, 2012 to give it to his then 24-year-old sister Sarah Fudacz – but a nurse, Judith Moore, threw it away as she discarded the contents of a slush machine before the operation was over. Doctors tried unsuccessfully to resuscitate the organ for two hours after the accident was discovered. After consulting with the family, physicians decided not to risk using the kidney because they thought it was likely another compatible donor could be found. The hospital, which found another donor for Sarah and covered her traveling costs so she could undergo the surgery in Colorado, is now trying to dismiss their lawsuit and recover its own costs. It gets worse. Sarah, John, their parents, and their four siblings filed a lawsuit on July 29 against UTMC in the Court of Claims in Columbus.They individually demand $25,000, plus interest and the costs of the suit. Their attorney Jim Arnold said UTMC had been accommodating after the mix up but that the Ohio attorney general’s office, which represents UTMC, would not accept some of the family’s demands. On Tuesday, the medical center responded to the Fudacz family lawsuit, acknowledging the organ was discarded but denying some of the Fudacz claims, the Toledo Blade reported. Dr. Michael Rees, who performed the surgery, still works at the medical center while two nurses, Moore and Melanie Lemay, no longer work there and the administrator of surgical services, Edwin Hall, was placed on paid administrative leave. Moore, who threw away the slush machine contents before the surgery was over, resigned on September 10 last year, while the hospital fired Lemay, a full-time nurse. Lemay, who took over when Moore went on a lunch break, did not update her on the status of the surgery when she returned from her break, disciplinary records showed, the Blade reported. She has now sued the hospital for wrongful discharge, defamation, slander, and libel and seeks damages exceeding $25,000. According to Mail Online A teenage boy has been discovered bearing horrific signs of torture after it is believed that his brother and sister-in-law beat him with a hammer, drove a nail through his hand and chained him nekked for days in a dog kennel. Jordan Gunn, 13, was found by police sleeping rough on a park bench in Seattle, Washington after he managed to escape the home of Brandon Gunn, 27, and his 34-year-old wife Viviana Gunn. The teenager’s arms were covered in deep scars and fresh wounds. He is now in protective custody. The married couple were charged with assault and unlawful imprisonment on Tuesday after being arrested at the weekend. The boy had gone to live with his brother and his wife in Silverdale, Washington last year after leaving his home in Atlanta, Georgia. The couple became the child’s legal guardians. Police say that the boy was beaten with a bat and metal bar. He had what appears to be a nail driven into his hand. The couple reportedly hanged the boy by his arms from the rafters of the house for ‘sessions’ of torture, according to WSBTV, and locked him nekked in a dog kennel for days at a time. The teenager only escaped by chewing through restraints. The deep scars, some healed and some fresh, revealed that the little brother was whipped with electrical cord. Viviana Gunn is accused of cutting the teen with a knife heated by a lighter. Neighbors reported hearing crying coming from the home but believed the sobs to belong to a younger child. The family had their suspicions that the child was in danger when they were unable to contact him for several months and tried to get police to intervene. They have now set up a fundraising page in order to get Jordan home to his mother and relatives in Georgia. Viviana and Brandon Gunn are being held at the Kitsap County Jail with their bail set at $500,000. These people need their azzes whooped for torturing that poor boy.

White Toddler Bullied By Black Children According to Mail Online A shocking video has emerged which appears to show the racially motivated bullying of a three-year-old white girl by her five-year-old black neighbors. Two clips uploaded to Facebook and entitled ‘When white people pi** black people off’, show a heartbreaking scene – a little Minneapolis girl trying to play with another group of girls who are encouraged to hit, push and verbally abuse the toddler at the encouragement of an older boy off camera. Outraged viewers quickly seized upon the videos as evidence of racism and unleashed a torrent of threatening calls at the parents of the bullying children – who had no idea the incident had been filmed, let alone posted online and rushed to apologize to the equally clueless parents of the victim. In the video’s, which have been watched with horror by over 250,000 people, a little girl is seen sitting on a plastic bike as two older girls yell, ‘you ugly’ at her. Identified as Mackenzie Peterson, the toddler, who is sitting on her small tricycle is seemingly spat at by one of the girls, who has been indentified as being a neighbor and five-years-old. Another girl grabs Mackenzie’s hand and begins to hit her with it. ‘Why you hitting yourself? Why you hitting yourself’, the older boy filming, identified as the 12-year-old brother of the girls, asks. Beginning to cry loudly, the bullies leave the toddler in the middle of the street in her tricycle and another clip shows the girl off her trike and still attempting to play as one of the girls says ‘hit her hard and slap her head like this.’ In a wrenching scene, little Mackenzie attempts to share a toy with one of the older girls, but the older boy interrupts and tells her to ‘throw it on the ground’ – which she does, causing the girl to cry and run to pick it up. Man Has Forced Sex With Woman In House Shared With Wife According to Mail Online A top Goldman Sachs banker has been arrested on charges that he had forced sex with a 20-year-old woman at a $33,000-a-month summer house he rented in the Hamptons with his wife. Jason Lee, 37, was charged with first-degree forced sex on Wednesday. Police allege that he assaulted the woman during a nekked pool party at the home in East Hampton on Long Island, New York. Lee, the managing director for the Goldman Sachs group that handles the initial public offerings, pleaded not guilty. His lawyer said he is innocent and is looking forward to clearing his name. He is on leave from his job at Goldman following his arrest. The East Hampton Star reports that the alleged victim was a guest at Lee’s summer house during a party Monday night. A police source told the newspaper that there was ‘nudity involved’ at the pool party. Sometime that evening or early Tuesday, police allege, Lee had forced sex with the young woman. The party was being held at a four-bedroom mansion Lee and his wife had rented for the summer. The New York Times reports that the mansion was listed for $33,000 a month. The woman reported the alleged assault to police on Tuesday. Lee was arrested the next day. During a court hearing in East Hampton Wednesday, which was attended by Lee’s wife and several members of his family, Lee posted his $20,000 bail in cash. An envelope with the money was handed to the clerk of court, who diligently counted out the bills before Lee was allowed to be released. Lee’s lawyer Edward Burke Jr. told the Times that Lee ‘adamantly denies the allegations levied against him.’ He said Lee has ‘never been in trouble in his life.’ ‘We look forward to clearing his name in a court of law,’ Mr Burke said. Diabetes is something that’s prevalent in the genetic makeup, and you just can’t help it. Although I’ve got to say, I’ve never had better barbecue and better chicken and ate better in my life than when you go down South and you, I mean, I love it. Everybody loves it.” Marble added that Mexicans, for example, have healthier diets in their homelands but stop when they immigrate to America. “The Mexican diet in Mexico with all of the fresh vegetables, and you go down there and they are much thinner than they are up here. They’ve changed their diet. I’ve read studies on that.” That Marble is a member of the task force is what makes her remarks even more disturbing.
