Ray J tried to warn us. About a month ago, word leaked that Ray J and Chris Brown were in the studio, working together on a track that would take Kim Kardashian , Kanye West and others to major task. In an interview with Billboard, Ray J opened up about the song, which would be titled “Famous,” and why he felt a need to come out with it. “You can’t fault me and Chris for responding to all the things that have been done about us [in the media] over the last few months,” the artist said. We think he was mostly referring to Kanye’s own “Famous” song, the one whose music video featured a naked Ray J body double. Apparently very upset by this portrayal, Ray J dropped his latest single on Apple Music on Monday… … and it’s truly incredible. Once again referring to the Kim Kardashian sex tape in which he played a prominent role, Ray J holds nothing back in this vengeful song, which is filled with pointed, X-Rated lyrics. To wit: “She f-ck me for fame, look in her eyes/She was the first one to sign on the line.” In this excerpt, Ray J is stating his case that Kardashian knew exactly what she was doing when she let him videotape their sexual encounter way back in the day. He’s claiming the plan all along was to release this sex tape to the public and cash in on future fame and royalties. The hilarious artist goes on to rap: “Look at the family, they walk around proud/All because she had my dick in her mouth.” Like we said: WOW . Also: LOL ! “Wanna have me in bed while you f-ckin’ your spouse,” Ray J continues. “Shows that you still a rat and your man Mickey Mouse.” Some may assert that this isn’t the best time for Ray J to come out with such scathing lyrics. We’re about six weeks removed from Kardashian having been robbed at gunpoint in Paris, while Kanye was hospitalized for psychiatric evaluation just hours after this track went viral But we somehow doubt Ray J cares very much. This is the same man who also released a track in 2013 titled ” I Hit It First .” We don’t need to explain what/who this was a reference to, do we? But it’s clear he’s never fully gotten over Kardashian. We don’t necessarily mean that he’s still in love with his famous ex-girlfriend. But she’s clearly on his mind more so than is healthy. Does this make sense, given how often she’s in the news and given that one could argue she’s only in said news because she spread her legs for Ray J on video? Absolutely. But, for his own mental health, Ray J may be better served to just let it go already. Then again… what are we saying?!? The guy just released a song in which he mocked the Kardashians for being all high and mighty and rich and proud, all because Kim once gave him a blow job. That’s hilarious! You keep doing you, Ray J. Never change.
