One of the highlights of the 2017 Academy Awards was when a bus full of tourists entered the arena only to be greeting by some of the biggest stars in the world. Gary Coe (a.k.a. Gary from Chicago) stole the show in that moment:   The highest moment in Gary’s life was soon followed by one of the lowest. According to the former convict,”[Life after the Oscars] was horrible I didn’t ask to be put on the Oscars. I was minding my own business, walking down the street.” It pisses me off that they really dug into that tourist from the Oscar's Gary Coe like what does his criminal past have to do with anything — bri bri. He was sentenced as part of the three-strikes law in California, with one of his arrests for an alleged attempted rape. Coe told the Hollywood Reporter that his engagement to his then fiancee fell apart right after the show.   Although he’s newly engaged to a different woman, Gary added, “And how about the way it’s come down? Look what happened to Harvey Weinstein! Come to find out that the people up in really high places are the ones we should’ve been watching, and not some poor little black guy that’s been locked away in prison for the last 20 years!” Yikes! According to CBS Los Angeles , the Victory Lap rapper is helping to provide entrepreneurs and creatives a safe and nurturing place to conduct their businesses. Nip has teamed up with Real-estate investor David Gross to create Vector90 in an effort to empower a seriously underserved community. “I always think there would be a lot of people in my shoes had they had those breaks,” he said. Vector90 will also teach STEM classes to children. Hopefully some of them will become the next “Shuri” and outpace all the colonizers in technological advancements.

Tamar Braxton Opens Up on The View: WTH Happened with Vince?

Tamar Braxton kept it real this week on The View. The former talk show host and recording artist took the unusual step of serving as a guest panelist on the program, touching not only on her failed marriage in the process… … but doing it with her estranged husband sitting right along side her! As a quick refresher, Braxton and Vince Hebert called it quits in October after nine years as husband and wife. About two months later, rumors surfaced that Hebert has knocked up his mistress , something Braxton herself appeared to cite on Instagram when she said Hebert was “having a baby” with his “whore.” Pretty hard to misinterpret that, right? Except that Tamar said on The View that this wasn't the case. “In this situation, I absolutely have no reason to lie about my marriage for ratings,” she told her fellow hosts early on, adding: “I think that's disgusting and I would never sell my soul to the devil like that.” Well, okay. But what about that “a bun in the oven of some other woman,” as Joy Behar asked Vince himself. “Absolutely not,” he replied. “And all the other allegations are not true, I'm just not that kind of person. I love this lady with all my heart. I will never stop fighting with my family and make it great.” Then… what about everything Braxton wrote on social media (below)? What the heck was that about?!? “Let me just address the meltdown,” she replied, expounding as follows: “That was my fault that I put myself in a position where I opened up the floor for people to give their opinions on my marriage and I have to take responsibility for that. “I do air my dirty laundry, however I've never been that specific.
