MTV Video Music Awards: 11 Best Performances of All Time!

The VMAs aren't like other award shows.  But unlike when someone you met on Tinder tells you they're not like other girls/guys, in this case, the claim is legit. You never know what might happen at the VMAs. Kanye might interrupt someone's acceptance speech. Nicki Minaj might call out Miley Cyrus . Kanye might interrupt everyone's acceptance speeches. You really never know. In fact, the only thing that's certain is: there will be some amazing performances. Check out the gallery below to relive some of the most unforgettable musical moments from 32 years of the VMAs. 1. Beyonce: “Love on Top,” 2011 Beyonce crushed it with her performance of “Love on Top” in 2011. It didn’t hurt that she capped things off by confirming rumors that she and Jay Z were expecting their first child. 2. Madonna: “Like a Virgin,” 1984 The Material Girl was just exploding onto the scene when the VMAs first started confusing parents in 1984. To give you an idea of how different things were then: Herbie Hancock beat out Michael Jackson as the night’s top winner. 3. Britney Spears: “Slave 4 U,” 2011 Britney Spears cemented her place as a VMA icon with her 2001 performance. Giant live snakes are great for when you’re trying to make a lasting impression. 4. Taylor Swift: “You Belong With Me,” 2009 Later that night, Taylor would become an unwilling participant in the most notorious moment in VMAs history. But when she crooned one of her signature tunes to a subway full of fans, she was still just the country girl with a broken heart full of hits. 5. Eminem: “The Real Slim Shady”/”Way I Am,” 2000 There were thousands of Eminem wannabes in 2000. But as Mr. Mathers proved in his unforgettable 2000 medley, there’s only one real Slim Shady. 6. Diddy, Faith Evans, Sting: “I’ll Be Missing You” Diddy’s tribute to the late, great Notorious B.I.G. became a massive success in 1997. It also made for one of the most unforgettable performances in VMA history. View Slideshow

Nina Nina Agdal Bikini Photoshoot for SI Summer of the Day

Nina Agdal is Leonardo DiCaprio’s beard….or was during the summer…because she had her big break as a low level, relatively old, party girl from Miami at all the right event ass always dreamt of… She’s got a great body, but that face is so fucking Downsy….all forehead…I’ve made fun of her for at least 2 years of her low level success, and the fact that Leo’s picking her up, while she’s old news, last year’s kitchen garbage, rotten table scraps no one gives a fuck about, it’s safe to say he won his Oscar and has since lost his edge…but we can assume if he’s not gay, I know, it’s a stretch, that she puts in work when she fucks him, so much relies on her performance…because she’s not making shit with her modeling, she is more of a ride rich guys kinda girl…but then again, aren’t they all…they put a price tag on their immigrant asses, and want that american dream and any cost…mainly with their dignity…sugar babies… These pics are for SI, her only friends, who are releasing content in the summer – to keep their site active all year…bikini every day….with the same chicks…in the same cheesy catalog style pics..AWESOME… TO SEE THE REST OF THE PICS CLICK HERE The post Nina Nina Agdal Bikini Photoshoot for SI Summer of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepfather .

Justin Timberlake Reunites With *NSYNC, Those Handsome Devils

The boys of *NSYNC got together on August 8th to toast bandmate JC Chasez’s 40th birthday, and one thing was abundantly clear: these men have made a deal with the devil, because all five former boy banders look handsome as heck. Justin Timberlake, Chris Kirkpatrick, Lance Bass and Joey Fatone toasted Chasez in person, and prompted every girl over the age of 25 to dust off that ILUVJUSTIN playlist (downloaded illegally on Napster, natch). What’s even cuter about this whole reunion was the fact that Timberlake was the only one to Instagram a photo.   “JC’s 40th… And, if you don’t know now you know…,” the Tennessee native wrote. Kirkpatrick and Fatone used Ye Old Twitter, and Bass was probably having too good a time to post anything. The last time all five men were together was when Justin Timberlake accepted the MTV Video Vanguard Award.  They joined their bandmate briefly during his performance , something Chasex told Ryan Seacrest felt just like old times. “Essentially everybody has remained the same,” he explained. “And again, we all see each other at different times, working on different things, but this is the first time that we had a rehearsal together in over 10 years. View Slideshow: 90s Boy Bands: Where Are They Now? “So everybody’s going, ‘Can we go through this slowly one more time?’ That part was pretty funny. “Everything is memory, muscle memory, and everything started to click,” Chazed added.  “And before you know it we were good to go.” Don’t expect a reunion like 98 Degrees or Backstreet Boys, though.  Once everyone split in the early 2000s, there was no going back. Timberlake told Oprah Winfrey in 2014 that for him, being a solo artist was all he ever wanted. NSYNC Reunion Rumors “I would wake up every morning feeling this more and more of an urge to step out on my own,” Timberlake revealed on Oprah’s Master Class . Timberlake knew full well that leaving the group at the height of its popularity was a huge risk, “‘Why wouldn’t you ride this out?'” Timberlake would imagine others saying. “‘You’re the biggest group in the world. Why would you walk away from this?”

Gigi Hadid & Zayn Malik: BACK TOGETHER, Model Tweets Support

Just last week, we reported that Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik had broken up after several months of dating. Gigi turned to BFF Taylor Swift to commiserate, as Tay Tay had also just ended her relationship with Calvin Harris. Everyone presumed it would be the summer of TayGi. But as it turns out, ’tis ZayGi that has prevailed. Yep, Gigi and Zayn are giving it another go, according to E! News. “Gigi and Zayn are back together,” a source told the site. “They spent part of this week together and spoke about some issues they had and decided they want to work it out with each other.” Perhaps not coincidentally, the pair reunited in the midst of a difficult time for Zayn. About the same time the news broke of their reconciliation, Zayn announced that he was canceling his performance at the Capital Summertime Ball music festival in the U.K., citing anxiety as the reason. He posted an apologetic message to social media, informing fans that he was forced to bow out due to suffering “the worst anxiety of my career.” In response, Gigi tweeted back to him with these touching words of support:  “Z – I’ve seen the battles you go through and the way you fight to get to a place that allows you to get up there for your fans.  “Your bravery in those times makes me proud, but your honesty last night proved what you’re all about, being real. Human recognizes human. You made the best of the situation and have given your fans an opportunity to understand you better as a performer. “Those who can find compassion now are the ones that deserve to watch you continue to grow. We are all here to support you and make each experience easier. “Your talent and good heart will never lead you wrong. Love you and so proud of you always 🙂 xG.” Very sweet. It’s no wonder she won the Best Girlfriend award at the Guys Choice Awards. We wish the best to this couple during this tricky time.
