Ben Affleck Checks Into Rehab for Third Time

A week that started with Ben Affleck seemingly on top of the world, or at least on top of a Playboy model named Shauna Sexton , is sending with the actor possibly hitting rock bottom. He has once again checked into rehab. The actor will be seeking professional assistance for his addiction to alcohol, a source has confirmed to People Magazine. “He is seeking treatment. He knew he needed help and was vocal about it,” says this insider. Multiple outlets say basically the same thing: Affleck was open to treatment and well aware he was in trouble. This decision came just two days after paparazzi snapped photos of what appeared to be a box of alcohol being delivered to Affleck’s home… … and it was also strongly influenced by Affleck’s famous ex-wife, Jennifer Garner. The actress was seen leaving Affleck’s home on Wednesday, visibly upset and shaking. She then returned to this residence later in the day; at which time, Garner, Affleck and an unidentified woman who arrived at the actor’s house  with her were photographed in a car Garner was driving. TMZ reports that Garner was dead set on convincing her ex that he needed this trip to rehab, but that Affleck was open to it nearly as soon as their discussion started. As previously stated, Affleck knew he had fallen off the wagon weeks ago and could not continue down this path. He has reportedly drove straight to a “live-in rehab facility” with Garner “and will check in for an extended period of time,” per TMZ. Garner filed for divorce in April of 2017, two years after the stars announced their split. However, the former couple has remained extremely close, even prompting various rumors of a reconciliation, mostly for the sake of raising their three kids. The divorce is not yet final. Garner is pretty much the most mature, reasonable and saintly woman in Hollywood, by everything we can tell. On Monday, Affleck was seen outside of his Palisades home wearing a gray T-shirt and sweatpants as he picked up a Pacifico beer-branded box filled with Johnnie Walker Blue Label scotch whisky in a blue case, along with some other unidentifiable bottles. Sexton, perhaps by coincidence, is on record as saying her favorite drink is whisky. Affleck started seeing this model very recently, not long after he ended a year-long romance with Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus. He has never really talked publicly about her and hasn’t said much about his split from Garner, either. Just prior to his 46th birthday on August 15, a friend of the actor told People that “Ben is doing well,” adding of his personal struggles: “He continues to focus on himself and the health of his relationships. “He attends meetings, many meetings, and he also does meditation and yoga. “While he still has his moments – and let’s be honest, everyone struggles – he continues to work hard on himself.” Affleck previously checked into rehab in 2001 and also just this past December . Big Brother Recap: Zingbot Returns!

Level Six have been dominating the game inside the Big Brother house ever since the beginning of the season.  Their latest achievement involved them getting Faysal to put up his ally, Scottie so that there was just one member of their alliance on the block.  In a stunning nominations ceremony, they learned that their plan worked, meaning there was a good chance they would control the vote once again.  “You big buffoon,” yelled Brett in the Diary Room as we rejoined the house. Brett was right: Faysal should have targeted the Level Six alliance to give him and Haleigh a chance to make it further. “I’m not saying you’re lying, but somebody’s lying,” said Faysal to fellow ally, Scottie, whom he had just threw up on the block.  Faysal has got to be one of the worst players in Big Brother history. He is oblivious at evictions and has no grasp on how to execute a move.  The funniest part of all of this is that Faysal made another person come after him: Scottie. It’s astounding that JC managed to make Faysal believe Scottie had the hots for Haleigh.  Haleigh was unimpressed by Faysal’s move, but Faysal continued to be somewhat ridiculous.  “We play it safe every freakin’ week and where does that get us? Nowhere!” yelled Faysal. Haleigh talked sense, saying that Angela and Kaycee were blatantly working together yet they evaded the block.  The good thing is that Haleigh was vocal about getting Scottie off the block, further fueling Fessy’s insecurities that his bae was about to join a showmance with the man who has not kissed anyone before.  As we previously reported in our latest round of Big Brother Spoilers , Angela, Haleigh, and Tyler joined the veto race.  Things took a thrilling turn when Fessy turned to Tyler to ask about a final four deal with the two of them, Angela and Haleigh.  This was music to Tyler’s ears because it meant there was no way he would have to use his power. This dude might as well just be handed the check now, CBS! Zingbot returned to the house, and the famous robot was on top form with comments that were almost too crazy for TV.  Here are some of the best zings of the night: “People say robots are heartless, emotionless and soulless. Did I say robots? I meant to say … Angela!” “Kaycee, you have all the Big Brother viewers shouting “Let’s go … to another channel!”  “Brett, you always seem so fresh and clean, which makes sense because you’re a giant douche!” “Fessy, I was surprised to learn you’re a part-time teacher considering you’re a full-time moron!” “Sam, you love to tell everyone how real you are. You are real … real f—ing crazy!” The competition was the annual one that focused on the houseguests hiding things in the house. Brett was smart with this one, and it made it look like the area had already been looked through in his runs.  Brett won the veto! JC immediately got to work and told Fessy to get Angela or Kaycee on the block. To be fair, they’ve both been used as nominees in the past, so it made sense. Also, JC did not want Fessy to think he was to blame for any of the drama in the house.  Meanwhile, Brett wondered whether it would be time for Fessy to get Haleigh on the block, and Sam was the one who made the pitch.   “She’s using you as a body double because she can’t win these physical competitions,” Sam said to a irate Fessy.  That’s when Sam asked for a pinky promise, and Fessy seemed like he was ready to just self-evict because of the stupidity of this move.  Fessy then hits up the DR and claims Sam is working with Scottie. Even though Thomas Markle promises to stop talking already , it doesn’t look like Duchess Meghan’s family’s reign of terror is going to end any time soon. Between her dad and two of her half-siblings, the Palace is at a loss for what to do. This isn’t the good ol’ days when they could just throw people in the dungeons, folks. The Palace is having to rethink its long-standing policies to address Prince Harry’s new in-laws. A source spoke with Entertainment Tonight about Meghan Markle’s family and how she and Kensington Palace intend to deal with this ongoing problem. Speaking of Meghan and her father, an insider reveals: “She has gone through periods of difficulty with her father in the past.” That’s pretty normal for most families. “But,” the source makes sure to clarify. “She does love him.” Of course, in this situation, loving the person who is constantly blabbing to any camera he sees just makes it more painful. “That’s what’s been so difficult about this,” the insider explains. “The Palace,” the source says. “Normally takes a firm policy of not commenting on personal matters.” The royal family is always going to be the center of rumors and speculation and conspiracy theories. The insider reveals that Kensington Palace “is now considering a more aggressive strategy to deal with the situation.” Jokes about the Queen hiring assassins aside, this is a big deal. The source explains that the Palace is considering how to deal “with both her father and her sister.” “No one wants to see this continue,” the insider shares. For anyone, having family members constantly embarrassing and badmouthing them on a global stage is an absolute horror. However, the source does mention that the Palace is “less concerned” when it comes to Meghan’s half-sister, Samantha. They’re less worried, the insider explains, “because she has never had a real relationship with Meghan.” Meghan was close with her idiot dad . Samantha, it seems, is just delighting in being cruel on any show that will give her airtime. Entertainment Tonight had previously heard about how strained things have become between Meghan and Daddy Dearest. “She has not spoken to her father in more than 10 weeks since her wedding,” an insider revealed. That is understandable. Especially since her father, by his own admission, hung up on Prince Harry a short time after his photo scandal came to light. Meghan, the source shared, “is still hurt by her father, who has both staged the photos and continues to give paid interviews.” He claims that the interview that he gave on Sunday will be his last. We’ll see. “The Palace is at a loss of what to do and is re-evaluating options,” the insider stated. The Palace is condiering a lot of things, the source said, “including a more aggressive strategy to stem the embarrassment caused by Meghan’s dad, half-sister, and half-brother.” What we’re guessing is that the Palace will either give official statements to clear the air and discredit Meghan’s relatives and some of their nastier claims. Or they may use their considerable resources to counter Harry’s in-laws in a less direct manner, perhaps with a media campaign of their own. It’s even conceivable that they could effectively bribe Meghan’s family into silence, though that would set a very alarming precedent. PewDiePie Apologizes for Offensive Demi Lovato Meme

PewDiePie has issued a mea culpa for being a misguided, insensitive, offensive moron. Three days after Demi Lovato was hospitalized for a drug overdose, the YouTube star thought it would be funny to make fun of the singer and her situation. How could it not be, right? This is a young woman who has batted self-esteem issues and mental health issues for years… who had admitted to having suicidal thoughts at the age of seven… and who nearly died after a night of hard and dangerous partying this week. Talk about prime material for a joke, right?!? Yes, according to PewDiePie. Shortly after news broke about Lovato’s overdose, PewDiePie (what kind of name is PewDiePie?!?) shared a meme online that depicted the trouble artist asking her mother for money in order to buy a burger. After receiving the money, however, Lovato turns around and buys heroin instead. Here is the since-deleted image: A couple of quick thoughts come to mind: FIRST, this simply isn’t funny. Like, at all. If you’re going to go out on an offensive limb to crack a joke, you better make sure it’s a funny joke. This is just dumb and non-sensical. (Why would Lovato need to borrow cash from her mother? The whole thing makes no sense.) SECOND, what the heck is wrong with you, PewDiePie?!? We weren’t the only ones asking this question, as the YouTuber was forced to take down his stupid meme and then issue a statement in the wake of severe backlash. “Deleted meme,” he wrote to start his apology, which concluded as follows: “I didnt mean anything with it and I didnt fully know about the situation. I realize now it was insensitive, sorry!” Please, dude. You knew that Lovato overdosed on heroin (it has since been reported that the substance actually was NOT heroin) and you went ahead and posted that meme. What misinterpretation about the situation are you claiming here? Lovato, tragically, was found unconscious by her assistant around 11 a.m. on Tuesday morning. This assistant then dialed 911 (listen to the call HERE ) and paramedics revived the star prior to taking her to the hospital. It is believed that Demi will soon head to a treatment facility somewhere far away from Los Angeles, but this has not yet been confirmed by the singer or anyone close to her. It is simply what various anonymous insiders have reported. In the meantime, practically everyone in Hollywood has sent his or her best wishes, as an entire industry worries about a young woman who has been so open over the years about her substance abuse issues. Maci Bookout: I’m SO HAPPY Ryan Edwards is in Jail!

Ryan Edwards was arrested on Monday evening, and as far as we know, he’s still in jail. And thank goodness for that, right? After all, if he’s in jail, he can’t get arrested again , and we’d hope that heroin is a little more difficult to come by in jail than it is outside jail. Because as if it wasn’t clear enough already, Ryan seems to have a very, very big issue with heroin . This whole mess started last year, when he was arrested for possession of heroin and sentenced to a year of probation. Then, back in March, just before the probation was over, he was arrested again after failing a drug test . Surprise, surprise, he had heroin in his system. After that six more months was added to his probation, and on Monday, of course, he was arrested yet again . Some media outlets are reporting that he got another charge of possession and some are reporting that he violated his probation for missing a court date. But either way, it’s not great. A Nashville attorney has explained that if he has been charged with possession again, then he could be facing nearly three years in prison . Even if that’s not what happened, he’s facing at least a year and a half from his last two arrests. Considering that this time around, Ryan is being held without bond, it wouldn’t be too big a surprise if he did spend a bit of that time in jail. And according to a new report from Hollywood Life, Maci Bookout would be thrilled by that! “Maci’s heartbroken to see what drugs have done to Ryan,” a source explains. “She lives in fear that he’s going to overdose and die so getting the news that he was in jail was actually a huge relief because at least he’s still alive and still has a chance to beat this illness.” The source adds that “Now that he’s back in jail there is hope that he might finally get the longterm help he needs, that’s what Maci is praying for.” Just so we’re clear, she’s not wanting him to stay in jail out of spite or anything like that. “While jail seems bad on the outside, Maci is praying that it will save Ryan’s life and help get him sober,” the insider continues. Demi Lovato’s overdose apparently really shook her up, and “she’s terrified Ryan will overdose too if he doesn’t get sober once and for all.” And believe it or not, another source claims that Ryan has those same fears. According to this person, “Ryan can’t help feeling like he’ll never be able to get himself back on track.” “The past couple of years have been nothing but non-stop drama , and Ryan is just burned out and exhausted.” As sad as it sounds, “He truly regrets the day he first took heroin” because “it’s really wrecked his life and everything has been downhill ever since.” “Ryan just hopes and prays that when he gets out of jail he can stay clean, and work hard to regain the trust of all those he loves and has hurt over the years because of his addiction.” If any of this is true, and we really hope it is, then maybe things will be different this time around. An Uber Driver Got Suspended After Secretly Live Streaming Hundreds Of Passengers

Source: DANIEL SORABJI / Getty Ride-sharing apps Uber and Lyft have both suspended a driver after learning he that live streamed videos of hundreds of his passengers without their consent. The driver–identified by  The St. Louis Post Dispatch  as 32-year-old Jason Gargac–filmed his interactions with passengers using a small camera mounted on his windshield, and streamed the footage live on Twitch. Some of the conversations Gargac recorded revealed passengers’ full names, where they lived, and more according to reports. Uber announced that it ended its “partnership” with Gargac, while Lyft said it had “deactivated” his account. Unfortunately beyond that, the driver faces no legal repercussions for his behavior because Missouri has “one party consent” privacy laws–this means that only one participant in a conversation needs to agree to its being recorded. Crazy, right? “In regards to our policies, under our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, we do not allow people to share content that invades others’ privacy,” a Twitch spokesperson commented. “If reported to us by the person whose privacy was invaded, we would take action under our Community Guidelines to remove the content.” A lot of people believe that this case highlights a major disconnect between existing privacy laws and modern technology; “When these laws were drafted and enacted, I don’t think any of these states could have envisioned what we have in this case, where you have livestreaming video,”  said  CNN legal analyst Page on Sunday. According to Gargac, the camera was primarily a security measure, saying he knew “if something happens, immediately there can be a response, versus hopefully you’ll find my truck in a ditch three weeks later.” He said the streams were “secondary” but added “I try to capture the natural interactions between myself and the passengers — what a Lyft and Uber ride actually is.” What would you do if you found out your Uber driver was live streaming your ride?!

I have said it before and I’ll say it again. I am a big fan of Vanessa Hudgens….from Disney kid on a hugely popular show, to whatever the fuck else she does, she’ll always be one of the early adopters to sending nude pics to her boyfriend, who leaked the pics to the internet, allowing us all to see her thick bush and titties, starting a trend that I will forever be grateful for.
